<![CDATA[This study aims to test whether interest rates, sales growth and dividend policy affect stock prices in consumer cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021 to 2023. The type of research conducted is quantitative research using the associative method. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, so that it can produce a sample of 15 companies with a total of 45 observation data. The analysis tests used were descriptive statistical analysis tests, selection of panel data regression models, classical assumption tests, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of the study prove that interest rates, sales growth and dividend policies have been proven to affect stock prices.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini merupakan hasil kerja sama antara Program Studi Manajemen S-1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pamulang dan SMK Bina Karya Karang Anyar, Kebumen, Jawa Tengah. Artikel ini membahas Peran Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran Siswa SMK dan mengusulkan pendekatan inovatif berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang adaptif. Dalam Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan etika kerja serta profesionalisme di kalangan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) melalui pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI). Melalui pelatihan yang dilaksanakan pada 26–27 Februari 2025. Tujuan penulisan adalah Optimalisasi Peran Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam membangun Etika kerja dan Profesionalisme Siswa. Metode penelitian mencakup Pendekatan Partisipatif dengan evaluasi menggunakan metode Observasi dan Seminar Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa terhadap pentingnya sikap profesional di lingkungan kerja. Penggunaan AI terbukti efektif sebagai media interaktif yang menarik dan relevan dengan dunia industri saat ini. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi bekal penting bagi siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan dan mampu menciptakan generasi muda yang sadar akan pentingnya kestabilan finansial. Kerja sama ini juga memperkuat hubungan institusional antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah menengah dalam mengembangkan program pendidikan berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Tungro disease poses a serious threat to rice cultivation, as it is caused by a viral infection transmitted by green leafhoppers. This study develops a mathematical model to describe the spread of tungro disease by incorporating plant growth phases and control measures such as roguing. The model divides the system into two subpopulations: plants (susceptible and infected in both vegetative and generative phases) and vectors (susceptible and infected). Dynamic analysis identifies two equilibrium conditions, namely a disease-free state and an endemic state. The disease-free equilibrium is stable when the basic reproduction number is less than one, whereas the endemic equilibrium becomes stable when the reproduction number exceeds one. Sensitivity analysis using the Partial Rank Correlation Coefficient method shows that the infectivity rate and the roguing rate are the most influential parameters affecting disease transmission. An optimal control framework based on Pontryagin’s Maximum Principle is then applied to determine the most effective roguing and vector control strategies. Simulation results indicate that applying roguing during the vegetative phase markedly reduces the number of infected plants and suppresses disease spread. These findings demonstrate that combining dynamic modeling, sensitivity analysis, and optimal control provides an effective and efficient strategy for managing tungro disease in rice crops.]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak di Indonesia masih memerlukan perhatian yang serius karena angka keterlambatan dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan masih cukup tinggi, dengan sekitar lima hingga sepuluh persen anak mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan secara umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang perkembangan anak usia 0-59 bulan di Posyandu Tulip di Desa Tuguraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif untuk menggambarkan perkembangan anak usia 0-59 bulan di Posyandu Tulip, Kelurahan Tuguraja, Kecamatan Cihideung. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 102 anak berusia 0-59 bulan. Sampel penelitian diambil secara purposive sampling terhadap 50 anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode pengumpulan data langsung. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak usia 0-59 bulan di Posyandu Tulip mengalami perkembangan yang sesuai, dengan 3 anak (6.00%) dalam kategori meragukan, dan tidak ada yang mengalami perkembangan yang menyimpang (0.00%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan kepada para orang tua untuk terus memberikan stimulasi dan melakukan pemantauan secara rutin untuk mendeteksi adanya penyimpangan sejak dini.]]>

<![CDATA[Customer satisfaction a very important role in marketing strategies that can be implemented by fast food restaurants by presenting high-quality menus and providing optimal service to consumers, fast food restaurants strive to create positive experiences that can increase customer trust. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence customer satisfaction has on consumer loyalty and Word of Mouth in fast food restaurants among generation Z. This type of research is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique distributed through questionnaires fast food consumer’s restaurant respondents aged 18-27 years and domiciled in the Bekasi area. Primary data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that the food quality variable has the greatest direct influence on customer satisfaction, then the trust variable does not moderate the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study contributes to fast food restaurants in maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction can be seen from several factors, namely prioritizing food quality as an effort to improve restaurant quality, especially related to the menu offered. High quality will provide greater customer satisfaction, of course it will be more in demand by generation Z. For further research, researchers plan to expand the research area and look for objects in other fields.]]>

<![CDATA[Mathematics plays a significant role in developing science and technology (also known as IPTEK in Indonesian). However, students' understanding of the contribution of mathematics to the progress of IPTEK still needs to be improved. This study examines the knowledge of senior high school students (also known as SMA in Indonesian) regarding the role of mathematics in developing IPTEK. The method used is a quantitative survey, and questionnaires were distributed to SMA PGRI Cicalengka students. The data obtained were analyzed to determine the level of students' understanding of the relationship between mathematics and its applications in various fields of science, such as physics, biology, and technology. The study results showed that although most students understand mathematics is important in IPTEK, most still need to learn its specific applications in modern technology and scientific innovation. This study suggests the need for more contextual and applicable learning about the role of mathematics in the development of IPTEK so that students can better appreciate and understand the contribution of mathematics in everyday life.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kampung Pasar Kemis RT 03 RW 01 Desa Pasar Kemis Kecamatan Pasar Kemis Kabupaten Tangerang, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesibukan orang tua karier terhadap pendidikan Islam anak. Dalam penelitian dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 dari 240 populasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode lapangan dan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Kemudian menggunakan rumus kolerasi product momen untuk memperoleh data. Fakta dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang menjadi pembahasan penelitian (X dan Y). sedangkan instrument penelitian ini menggunakan angket (Quesioner). Berdasarkan hasil uji coba diperoleh reabilitas terdapat pengaruh kesibukan orang tua karier terhadap pendidikan Islam anak koefisien kolerasi sebesar 0,40 dan koefisien determinasi sebanyak 16% yang berarti terdapat pengaruh kesibukan orang tua karier terhadap pendidikan Islam anak. Dengan pembuktian bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (3,116 ≥ 2,007). Dengan demikian Ha yang menyatakan pengaruh kesibukan orang tua karier terhadap pendidikan Islam anak di Wilayah kampung Pasar Kemis diterima dan hipotesis Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kesibukan orang tua karier terhadap pendidikan Islam anak di Wilayah Kampung Pasar Kemis.]]>

<![CDATA[Wedi snakefruit is one of the local species snakefruit produced in Bojonegoro Regency. Antioxidant activity in salak fruit may be influenced by its cultivar. The peel of snakefruit is reported to have antioxidant activity as in salak fruit flesh. Antioxidants can prevent free radical damage to human skin and prevent aging so can be developed in cosmetic preparations. The current trend of antiaging cosmetic preparations leads to preparations with nanoparticle size. The objectives of this study is to determine the antioxidant activity and to characterisation of nanoparticles Wedi snakefruit peel extract that will be developed as anti-aging cosmetics. Wedi snakefruit peel extract was conducted using maceration method with 96% ethanol solvent, antioxidant activity test was conducted by DPPH method and total phenol content determination method using Folin-Ciocalteu method. Nanoparticles preparation of extract by ionic gelation method with characterisation through particle measurement using PSA and zeta potential measurement. Potential antiaging activity was measured through tyrosinase inhibition testing. The results showed the IC50 value measured by DPPH method of 56.10 ppm, total phenolic content of 13.41 mg GAE/g. PSA test results showed particle size of Wedi snakefruit peel extract 884 nm and zeta sizer value of 2 mv. Tyrosine inhibitory activity of Wedi snakefruit peel extract was 63.8%. The antioxidant activity of Wedi snakefruit peel extract is in the strong category, has not met the nanoparticle requirements and has tyrosinase inhibitory activity so that it has the potential to be developed as an antiaging cosmetic.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is based on the importance of students' conceptual understanding of geometry in the context of mosque construction. The geometry of the space has an important role in creating a beautiful and meaningful mosque design. The aim of this research is to understand the extent to which the PMRI approach can be applied to spatial geometry in the context of mosque construction. This research uses a design research method with a PMRI (Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education) approach for class VIII students at Ulul Albab Takokak Cianjur Integrated Qur'an Middle School with a focus on Geometry and Space Building material. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that students can find out how the concept of building space can be applied to everyday life, especially in building mosques.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to develop and evaluate a website-based learning media called SANADIQ about the story of the Prophet's Companion Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq as an interactive educational tool in learning Islamic history. SANADIQ is designed with features that support the learning experience, such as interactive, quizzes, and interesting multimedia materials to support students' understanding and increase students' involvement in learning PAI class V elementary school. This research applies the D&D (Design & Development) method with the ADDIE development model through the stages of problem identification, objectives, design, development, trial and evaluation. The trial was conducted on 27 fifth grade students of SDN Rancapurut by involving media experts and material experts as validators. The evaluation results showed a very good assessment from users and validators. Although there are obstacles such as lack of facilities, namely limited classrooms and the busy activities of students. However, students remain active and happy to use this interactive learning media. The SANADIQ website is proven to increase learning motivation and encourage students to be actively involved during the learning process, and create fun learning. Teacher recommendations are to improve skills in technology to create innovative learning. This research can inspire other researchers to develop digital learning media innovations.]]>
