Abstract

This research was to find out the results of the bending and torsional stiffness testing of the SALWA car according to Formula SAE 2021 regulations. The research method was by designing through Solidworks 2014 software. Testing of test specimens referred to Formula SAE 2021 regulations. The front impact test results produced max Von Mises 1046.921 MPA with a displacement of 8,540 mm; the rear impact test resulted in a max Von Mises of 222,529 MPa with a max displacement of 6.85 mm; and the side impact test resulted in max Von Mises Stress of 104.15 MPa with a max displacement of 9,116 mm. In the front torsional test, the max Von Misses Stress reached 135,266 MPa with a total max displacement of 4,844 mm. The rear torsional test had a max Von Mises Stress value of 147,144 MPa with a displacement of 5.51 mm. The feasibility test still found connection and construction placement errors, and there was a low Factor of Safety value. In conclusion, the construction of the SALWA Electric Car prototype frame is not in accordance with Formula SAE regulations.

Abstract

The community service carried out in Pelutan village aims to train participants to have the knowledge and information to do troubleshooting or detect motorbike damage. To achieve this goal, training was carried out using the counseling method by delivering material on troubleshooting and how to handle motorcycle damage. The activity was attended by 18 participants. Methods of implementing activities include: preparation, implementation, and reflection. Preparation is carried out by analyzing the problems and needs of the training participants. The implementation of the activity is carried out using the lecture method (question and answer) followed by a reflection stage. The end result of the community service activity is that participants can troubleshoot motorcycle damage and know how to handle it. The results of the analysis of the activity reflection questionnaire are as follows: 1) Understanding of troubleshooting material scores 92 %; 2) The benefits of the activity material presented with a score of 90%; 3) The level of pleasure or satisfaction of participants in the activity gets a score of 80%. Based on the reflection data of community service activities, it was concluded that the implementation of community service received a good response, hoping for further follow-up.

Abstract

Ketosari Bener Purworejo Village is geographically one of the villages with narrow roads, with steep inclines and descents. Under these conditions, of course every vehicle, whether car or motorbike, that passes this road must be in good condition. A good engine condition is not enough if it is not supported by a good braking system. The condition of the engine and the performance of the brake system must be ensured that there is no interference or damage. This service activity aims to provide knowledge and information as well as practical or light skills to overcome problems and damage to motorbike brakes to the community. Service activities begin with preparation, implementation and reflection on activities. The training activities were carried out in the form of workshops, material presentations and questions and answers. The evaluation results obtained were: 1) Implementation of activities at 90%, 2) Mastery of resource material with a score of 95%, 3) Usefulness of the material or program with a score of 92%, and 4) Participant satisfaction with a score of 89%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the AutoCAD Engineering Drawing learning Jobsheet which was developed to increase interest in learning and analyze how much the technical drawing competence increases in automotive engineering education students at Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo. This study uses a four-D model device development model with the research subjects taken are students of Automotive Engineering Education, University of Muhammadiyah Purworejo totaling 40 students with a sample of two class groups. Collecting data using a questionnaire method and quantitative data analysis test by taking a percentage of the research results. The results of the research show that: (1) the AutoCAD Jobsheet development procedure includes define, design, develop, disseminate searches. (2) Jobshet AutoCAD technical drawings are suitable for use as learning media. This can be proven from media and material experts who show a percentage of 90%. The AutoCAD engineering drawing jobsheet also meets the criteria very good. This is shown through student responses which include small group trials obtaining an average percentage of 69% and large group trials obtaining an average percentage of 77.56%. The results of the validation of media experts and material experts as well as the results of the small group test and large group test indicate that the module is feasible to use. Comparison of student learning interest in the experimental class and control class with a score of 77.56 experimental class and control class score of 68.25. Based on these results, the AutoCAD technical drawing Jobsheet can increase student interest in learning.

Abstract

Safety riding is a safe driving behavior that can help to avoid traffic accidents. The purpose of safety riding is to increase rider awareness of all possibilities that may occur while driving. The stages of implementing this activity include: 1) Program needs analysis, 2) Activity planning. There have been several preparations made including intensive coordination with related local residents, the location of the program activities, and the time of program implementation. Everything is done by making a schedule to facilitate the implementation of further activities., 3) Implementation of activities by exposing safety riding material about driving safely and comfortably. Based on the results that have been carried out from planning, implementation to evaluation, it can be stated that community service activities are going well. From the results of the user questionnaire 1) Mastery of resource materials with a percentage score of 87 percent, 2) Timeliness of activities with a percentage score of 85 percent, 3) Material utilization with a percentage score of 95 percent, and 4) Participant satisfaction with a percentage score of 97 percent. Likewise with the results of the questionnaire the response of the participants averaged more than 75 percent. This shows that the activity went very well and satisfied the participants

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menghasilkan modul digital terintegrasi karakter Sub Tema Jenis-jenis Pekerjaan untuk siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar, (2) Mengetahui kelayakan modul digital terintegrasi karakter Sub Tema Jenis-jenis Pekerjaan untuk siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian pengembangan (Research Development) menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Pacor tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 dengan jumlah 22 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ensiklopedia digital ini adalah: 1)menghasilkan modul digital terintegrasi karakter Sub Tema Jenis-jenis Pekerjaan untuk siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar, 2) Hasil penilaian ahli media mendapatkan rerata skor 3,77 dengan kategori sangat valid, dari ahli materi mendapatkan rerata skor 3,05 dengan kategori valid, dari praktisi mendapatkan rerata skor 3,84 dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan produk dari angket respon peserta didik uji coba terbatas memperoleh rerata skor 3,46 dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan kajian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul digital terintegrasi karakter Sub Tema Jenis-jenis Pekerjaan untuk siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The development of technology today is very rapid, with the development of information technology and the internet, there are abundant digital information resources available. Based on the results of observations at SD Muhammadiyah Purworejo, several problems were found, namely 1) limited internet network while the infrastructure at the elementary school is very supportive of facilities such as computers, LCDs and adequate projector screens, in which case not all teachers or students have access to adequate devices such as computers, tablets, or smartphones needed to access Kahoot and Quizizz. 2) There are still teachers whose levels of competence vary from one another in mastering digital technology in learning, which in this case is the lack of mastery of the features in Kahoot and Quizizz which requires time and effort. 3) lack of training activities in making digital media. The objectives of this training activity include: 1) To improve teachers' digital literacy in mastering digital technology, 2) Train teachers to use interactive applications such as Khaoot and Quizizz, so that learning activities become more interesting and interactive, 3) Improve the quality of learning by creating more varied and more interesting teaching materials, 4) Improve evaluation skills presented with Khahoot and Quizizz. This research method was carried out with a qualitative approach, involving observation, interviews, and training analysis. The results of this training activity This training also proves that with mentoring and direct practice, teachers can easily integrate technology into learning, providing sustainable benefits for the education process. This training activity not only improves teachers' digital literacy, but also has a positive impact on the quality of student learning.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to develop community services through the website of the Kalurahan Consultative Body. Participants in this activity are members of the Village Consultative Body and Village Leaders. This activity consists of three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The method carried out is public service to village regulations and website management workshops. The results of the evaluation showed that the service activities had been carried out well. The participants were enthusiastic and actively participated in this activity. This is shown from the participants' input on the form of the website menu and the results of the evaluation, which shows an increase in public knowledge about the use of the website as a form of village regulation innovation service. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that the village regulations can be read and understood by many parties so that people who visit this website can know the village regulations. Especially.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui bagaimana pembelajaran teknik sepeda motor dengan cutting absorber depan sepeda motor untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa universitas muhammadiyah purworejo, 2) Mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran Teknik sepeda motor dengan cutting absorber depan sepeda motor untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa universitas muhammadiyah purworejo, 3) Penggunaan media pembelajaran teknik sepeda motor dengan cutting absorber depan sepeda motor untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa universitas muhammadiyah purworejo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R and D (Research and Development). Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa PTO semester IIIA dan IIIB yaitu semester IIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media pembelajaran dan semester IIIB dengan sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode ceramah. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan pengisian angket. Uji analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran alat peraga  dengan cutting absorber depan sepeda motor mahasiswa universitas muhammadiyah purworejo terbukti baik untuk memotivasi kegiatan belajar  setelah diadakannya pengembangan pembelajaran dengan media. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil menggunakan angket yang melibatkan 5 siswa memperoleh skor 249 dengan presentase 83%, sedangkan hasil uji coba kelompok besar yang melibatkan 25 siswa memperoleh skor 1211 dengan presentase 80,73%. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa media pembelajaran yang termasuk kategori baik dan layak digunakan. Hasil analisis uji T menggunakan program SPSS pada motivasi belajar  diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata perbandingan pada kelas kontrol 72,00 sedangkan kelas eksperimen 81,00 lebih besar dari kelas control. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dibutkikan bahwa media pembelajaran efektif dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo. Kata kunci: Pengembangan Media cutting shock absorber, Motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Eco riding/driving is an approach to driving that aims to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce environmental impact. This technique guides drivers to avoid sudden acceleration and braking in order to maintain a stable speed, maintain optimal tire pressure and carry out regular vehicle maintenance. This technique helps save fuel, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and extends vehicle life. The aim of this research is to determine the level of understanding of students in the automotive engineering education study program regarding Eco Riding. This research is a survey research carried out from July - December 2024 to 56 students in the automotive engineering education study program at Muhammdiyah University, Purworejo. The research data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results showed that the level of students' understanding of Eco Riding was in the high category at 50%, followed by the medium category (32.1%), rendang category (14.3%) and very high category at 3.6%.
