Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction among micro and small business actors in obtaining the PSAT-PDUK distribution permit in Gresik Regency. The research focuses on four main indicators: ease of registration process, service speed, officer performance, and administrative costs. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling, the study finds that the digital-based Online Single Submission (OSS) system effectively reduces bureaucratic barriers and enhances accessibility. The clarity and user-friendliness of registration forms, combined with ongoing assistance from local government agencies, support inclusive service delivery. Additionally, the speed of document verification and license issuance aligns with public service standards, reinforcing user trust. Officers’ interpersonal skills, technical competence, and informative communication contribute significantly to service quality and stakeholder satisfaction. The study also confirms that there are no hidden fees or illegal levies in the registration process. The PSAT-PDUK registration is officially free, although technical compliance costs such as lab testing and packaging remain the responsibility of the business actors. Transparency regarding these cost elements fosters trust and supports a corruption-free bureaucracy. Overall, the research highlights the success of the government in creating an efficient, accessible, and transparent permit system that supports the formalization and competitiveness of local fresh food businesses. However, sustained improvement through continuous user support and digital literacy enhancement remains necessary to ensure equal access across all business levels.

Abstract

Kabupaten Lamongan menunjukkan kondisi belum mencapai tingkat kesejahteraan jika dilihat dari proporsi pengeluaran pangan dan non pangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani di Kecamatan mantup, Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan lokasi penelitian adalah Kecamatan Mantup, Kabupaten Lamongan, jawa Timur, melibatkan 51 responden petani padi. Analisis proporsi pengeluaran pangan dan non pangan merupakan alat analisis yang diterapkan. Aplikasi nutrisurvey digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat kecukupan energi dan protein. Klasifikasi silang antara pangsa pengeluaran pangan dengan tingkat kecukupan energi digunakan untuk menentukan kategori ketahanan pangan rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi pengeluaran pangan lebih tinggi daripada pengeluaran non pangan, yang menunjukkan bahwa rumah tangga petani di Kecamatan Mantup belum mencapai tingkat kesejahteraan. Rumah tangga petani di Kecamatan Mantup memiliki kondisi ketahanan pangan yang belum merata, terdapat 17 rumah tangga (34%) telah tahan pangan sedangkan 34 rumah tangga petani (64%) belum mencapai ketahanan pangan.

Abstract

Increasing the production of products needed by customers and the marketing mix is the foundation in a product marketing to disseminate products and be increasingly recognized by the public. This study aims to examine the production and marketing of glutinous corn at UPT Agribusiness Development. This research was conducted in November 2023 at UPT Agribusiness Development. The research method applied is the trend analysis method approach and descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the development trend of glutinous corn production in UPT Agribusiness Development tends to fluctuate from 2020-2023, the marketing mix strategy implemented by UPT Agribusiness development uses the 7P method, namely there are innovative products, appropriate prices, strategic places, creative and targeted promotions, quality of people / HR, processes, and complete physical evidence. It can be concluded that the application of the right marketing mix strategy can increase the production and sales volume of sticky corn products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan pada outlet Tomoro Coffee UPN dan Tomoro Coffee Tenggilis yang didekati oleh kelarisan sebuah outlet. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada kedua outlet Tomoro Coffee Surabaya tersebut, yang berfokus dengan 3 faktor: kualitas pelayanan, lokasi, dan manajemen waktu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deksriptif yang mana untuk mengetahui karakteristik pelanggan dan analisis SEM-PLS bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dari ketiga faktor signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada outlet Tomoro Coffee UPN dan Tomoro Coffee Tenggilis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi di outlet UPN positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan manajemen waktu negatif tidak signifikan. Variabel kualitas pelayanan pada outlet Tenggilis positif tidak signifikan, lokasi positif signifikan, dan manajemen waktu negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai R-Square pada outlet UPN sebesar 20.8% dan nilai R-Square pada outlet Tenggilis sebesar 26.7%. Dari nilai R-Square pada kedua outlet menunjukkan variabel yang diteliti dapat diterima. Penelitian ini mengharapkan kedua outlet Tomoro Coffee Surabaya tersebut dapat meningkatkan daya saing dengan memperhatikan tingkat pelayanan, lokasi, serta manajemen waktu guna mencapai kepuasan pelanggan dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis yang lebih optimal. Kata kunci: Komparatif, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Tomoro Coffee, Analisis WARP PLS. This research is motivated by the differences in customer satisfaction at the Tomoro Coffee UPN and Tomoro Coffee Tenggilis outlets which are approached by the popularity of an outlet. This study analyzes the factors that influence the level of customer satisfaction at the two Tomoro Coffee Surabaya outlets, which focus on 3 factors: service quality, location, and time management. The research method used is descriptive analysis which is to determine customer characteristics and SEM-PLS analysis aims to determine whether the three significant factors influence customer satisfaction at the Tomoro Coffee UPN and Tomoro Coffee Tenggilis outlets. The results showed that the service quality and location variables at the UPN outlet were significantly positive towards customer satisfaction, while time management was not significant. The service quality variable at the Tenggilis outlet was not significant, the location was significant, and the time management was not significant towards customer satisfaction. The R-Square value at the UPN outlet was 20.8% and the R-Square value at the Tenggilis outlet was 26.7%. The R-Square value at both outlets showed that the variables studied were acceptable. This study expects that the two Tomoro Coffee Surabaya outlets can increase their competitiveness by paying attention to the level of service, location, and time management in order to achieve customer satisfaction and encourage more optimal business growth. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sayur dan buah di Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penurunan penjualan yang terjadi pada produk sayur dan buah di Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo yang diduga berkaitan dengan kualitas produk dan harga yang ditawarkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk dan penetapan harga yang kompetitif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang pada akhirnya dapat mendorong peningkatan penjualan produk sayur dan buah di Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak manajemen dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction for vegetables and fruits at Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. This research is motivated by a decline in sales of vegetables and fruits at Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo, which is suspected to be related to the product quality and pricing offered. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are customers of Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that improving product quality and setting competitive prices can increase customer satisfaction, which in turn can encourage increased sales of vegetable and fruit products at Lotte Grosir Waru Sidoarjo. This study is expected to serve as a consideration for management in formulating appropriate marketing strategies to maintain and enhance customer loyalty. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Eustacio Coffee Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya tren konsumsi kopi dan pertumbuhan bisnis kedai kopi di kota-kota besar, termasuk Surabaya. Kualitas produk dan pelayanan menjadi dua faktor utama yang memengaruhi loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen aktif Eustacio Coffee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh secara signifikan meskipun lebih rendah dibandingkan kualitas produk. Indikator yang paling dominan dari kualitas produk adalah kelengkapan variasi menu, sedangkan dari kualitas pelayanan adalah daya tanggap karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, pihak Eustacio Coffee diharapkan dapat mempertahankan kualitas produknya dan meningkatkan aspek pelayanan, khususnya dalam hal empati dan bukti fisik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi sebagai acuan bagi pengusaha kedai kopi dalam menyusun strategi peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan yang berkelanjutan. The research background is based on the increasing trend of coffee consumption and the growth of coffee shop businesses in major cities, including Surabaya. Product and service quality are two primary factors that influence customer loyalty and satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who are active consumers of Eustacio Coffee. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality also has a significant effect, although to a lesser degree than product quality. The most dominant indicator of product quality is the completeness of the product variation, while for service quality, responsiveness of staff is the most notable. Based on these findings, Eustacio Coffee is expected to maintain its product quality and improve service aspects, especially in empathy and physical evidence. This research provides a reference for coffee shop entrepreneurs in developing sustainable strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction. Abstract

Urban Farming menjadi salah satu alternatif solusi untuk mengatasi keterbatasan lahan pertanian di wilayah perkotaan sekaligus mendukung ketahanan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan Urban Farming di Kota Surabaya dengan menekankan aspek ekonomi, ekologi, sosial budaya, edukasi & wisata, serta kesehatan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April–Juni 2025 di tiga kelompok tani di Surabaya Timur dengan melibatkan 50 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan Urban Farming telah berjalan cukup optimal, terutama pada aspek ekologi, sosial budaya, edukasi & wisata, serta kesehatan, yang memperoleh nilai tinggi pada dimensi kepentingan dan kinerja. Aspek kesehatan menampilkan kesesuaian tertinggi antara harapan masyarakat dan pelaksanaan di lapangan. Sebaliknya, aspek ekonomi masih menunjukkan kinerja terendah dengan gap terbesar, menandakan perlunya penguatan dalam hal pengelolaan hasil, akses pasar, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi komunitas. Dengan demikian, Urban Farming di Surabaya terbukti memberikan manfaat lingkungan, sosial, dan kesehatan yang signifikan, namun perlu strategi lebih lanjut agar kontribusi ekonominya dapat dirasakan secara optimal oleh masyarakat. Urban Farming is an alternative solution to address limited agricultural land in urban areas while supporting food security. This study aims to analyze the level of community participation in managing Urban Farming in Surabaya City, focusing on economic, ecological, socio-cultural, educational & tourism, and health aspects. The study was conducted from April–June 2025 in three farmer groups in East Surabaya, involving 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of the study indicate that overall Urban Farming has been running quite optimally, especially in the ecological, socio-cultural, educational & tourism, and health aspects, which received high scores on the importance and performance dimensions. The health aspect shows the highest satisfaction between community expectations and implementation in the field. Conversely, the economic aspect still shows the lowest performance with the largest gap, indicating the need for strengthening in terms of yield management, market access, and community economic empowerment. Thus, Urban Farming in Surabaya has been proven to provide significant environmental, social, and health benefits, but further strategies are needed so that its economic contribution can be optimally felt by the community. Abstract

The growth of fresh fruit consumption in Indonesia, especially bananas, is influenced by public awareness of health and product quality. However, there is a problem in the form of a decline in banana consumption in the city of Surabaya during the period 2021–2024. This study aims to identify consumer characteristics and preferences for purchasing "Sunpride" Cavendish bananas at Lotte Mart Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with primary data collection through questionnaires and interviews with 100 respondents, then analyzed using descriptive analysis and the Fishbein multi-attribute technique covering seven attributes (color, taste, price, size, freshness, number of bananas per bunch and type of banana). The results show that the majority of consumers are women, productive age 20-43 years, have a bachelor's degree, are self-employed, and have a high income. The most considered banana attribute is freshness (Ao= 3.42), followed by sweetness (Ao= 2.80) and yellowish-green color (Ao= 2.70), while price, type, and size are secondary considerations. This indicates that consumers prioritize fruit quality over attributes such as price. This research provides input for the company and Lotte Mart to maintain product quality, especially freshness, taste, and color, and adjust offerings according to consumer needs to maintain loyalty.

Abstract

Background: Cocoa is a strategic Indonesian plantation commodity that faces challenges in productivity, quality, and global competitiveness, despite being the world's third-largest producer.Purpose: This study aims to analyze the dynamics of Indonesia's cocoa competitiveness and the determinants of cocoa exports in the global market.Design/methodology/approach: This study used secondary data from the BPS, UN Comtrade, FAO, World Bank, and Bank Indonesia. The analysis includes the Trade Specialization Index (ISP), Export Product Dynamics (EPD) to measure the market position, and the Error Correction Model (ECM) to analyze the determinants of exports in the short and long term.Findings/Results: ISP shows Indonesia as a net exporter with an average value of 0.614 and relatively good strength. The EPD classifies the top destination countries of Malaysia, China, the Philippines and India as Rising Stars, indicating strong growth potential. The ECM results show that production, productivity, price, exchange rate, destination countries’ GDP, RCA, and ECI have a significant effect on exports in the long run, emphasizing the role of structural factors.  Meanwhile, in the short term, the effect is inconsistent because of market volatility and structural limitations.Conclusion: The findings imply that improving productivity, enhancing quality standards, and strengthening the downstream cocoa industry are crucial for increasing Indonesia’s export competitiveness. These efforts can enhance the country’s comparative advantage and economic complexity, thereby supporting sustainable export growth in the global market.Originality/value (state of the art): The integration of ISP and EPD analyses with export determinants using ECM provides a comprehensive overview and practical policy recommendations for the sustainability of cocoa exports. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani miskin ekstrim metode pangsa pengeluaran pangan dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik sosial ekonomi rumah tangga petani miskin terhadap ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani miskin ekstrim di Desa Alaskokon, Modung, Bangkalan. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah 45 petani maka sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 45 rumah tangga petani di Desa Alaskokon, Modung, Bangkalan, Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penggelompokan ketahanan pangan dan analisis regresi linear dengan SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science). Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ketahanan pangan di Desa Alaskokon, Kecamatan Modung, Kabupaten Bangkalan, masih berada dalam kondisi tidak tahan pangan. Sebanyak 38 rumah tangga (84,5%) memiliki pangsa pengeluaran pangan sebesar 60% atau lebih dari total pengeluaran rumah tangga, sedangkan hanya 7 rumah tangga (15,5%) yang mengalokasikan kurang dari 60% pengeluarannya untuk pangan, sehingga masuk dalam kategori tidak tahan pangan. Selain itu, faktor yang mempengaruhi pengeluaran pangsa pangan di Desa Alaskokon, Kecamatan Modung, Kabupaten Bangkalan, yaitu pendapatan (X1) dan jumlah anggota keluarga (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan pendidikan (X3) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.
