Abstract

This study investigates how transformational leadership, work motivation, and human resource (HR) human resources training influence employee performance across various industrial sectors in Indonesia. Improving employee performance is crucial for organizational success in an increasingly dynamic business environment. This study utilizes a quantitative survey method and involves 200 people from the manufacturing, service, and trade sectors. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression after being collected through questionnaires. Research shows that human resource training, work motivation, and transformational leadership simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results indicate that organizations must enhance their inspiring leadership styles, boost employee morale through internal and external approaches, and implement sustainable training programs to improve their employees' skills. This study provides a theoretical basis for the advancement of human resource management science and offers practical benefits for human resource managers and practitioners in improving organizational efficiency.

Abstract

In recent years, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have increasingly positioned themselves as one of the main pillars of the Indonesian economy, contributing significantly to employment opportunities, income distribution, and economic resilience. In the local context, Cifest Cikarang Selatan represents a dynamic marketplace where various MSMEs operate and directly interact with consumers. An interesting phenomenon emerges during holiday periods, when consumer behavior shows significant changes, especially in terms of purchasing methods and preferences between online and offline channels. This study aims to explore the transformation of consumer behavior, focusing on the comparative analysis of online and offline purchases, and to evaluate its broader implications for the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs operating at Cifest. The research adopts a descriptive and analytical approach, using both recent statistical data and supporting literature to provide a comprehensive understanding of the digital era’s influence on shopping patterns. The findings reveal that online purchases continue to grow rapidly due to convenience, wider product access, and promotional offers that attract customers. However, offline purchases remain relevant, particularly for consumers who value direct product inspection, immediate ownership, and social interaction within traditional marketplaces. For MSMEs, this shift presents both challenges and opportunities. Those that rely solely on conventional offline strategies risk losing competitiveness, while those able to integrate digital platforms with traditional sales methods demonstrate greater adaptability and potential for growth. Overall, this study concludes that the sustainability of MSMEs in Cifest Cikarang Selatan depends largely on their ability to embrace digital transformation without neglecting the strengths of offline interactions. By leveraging both channels strategically, MSMEs can not only survive but also thrive in the increasingly competitive market landscape shaped by evolving consumer behavior.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memberikan kontribusi yang berarti bagi ekonomi negara, namun seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengadopsi praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan.  Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Cikarang Utara dalam mengimplementasikan prinsip-prinsip bisnis yang berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan pendekatan praktik bisnis ramah lingkungan. Proses pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui seminar yang berlangsung selama satu hari, mencakup presentasi materi, diskusi interaktif, dan pembahasan studi kasus tentang penerapan bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran UMKM mengenai signifikansi menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan, hadirnya komitmen untuk mengadopsi praktik yang ramah lingkungan, serta terbangunnya jaringan kerja sama di antara pelaku usaha guna mendukung pencapaian ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif, kompetitif, serta ramah lingkungan

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of motivation, training, and salary on employee performance at PT. Eka Rahayu Azzahra both partially and simultaneously. Using quantitative approach with a population of 20 employees, saturated sampling technique, and Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression with t-test and F-test.Results show: (1) Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (sig. 0.008 < 0.05; t count 3.031 > 2.120); (2) Training positively and significantly affects employee performance (sig. 0.005 < 0.05; t count 2.699 > 2.120); (3) Salary positively and significantly affects employee performance (sig. 0.000 < 0.05; t count 4.922 > 2.120); (4) Simultaneously, all three variables positively and significantly affect employee performance (sig. 0.008 < 0.05; F count 19.993 > 3.239). Salary is the most dominant factor. The study recommends integrated strategies to optimize performance through enhanced motivation, continuous training, and compensation evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem klasifikasi biaya sebagai strategi peningkatan efisiensi operasional pada Store Famura Japan, sebuah toko ritel berbasis e-commerce. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh tingginya tekanan kompetitif dalam industri ritel digital serta kebutuhan UMKM akan sistem pengelolaan biaya yang lebih terstruktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus tunggal, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi internal toko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klasifikasi biaya berdasarkan kategori tetap, variabel, langsung, dan tidak langsung mampu meningkatkan transparansi pengeluaran, memperkuat proses pengambilan keputusan, serta mendorong efisiensi operasional. Meskipun sistem masih dijalankan secara manual, manfaatnya terlihat dalam pengendalian biaya tidak langsung, formulasi harga, dan pembentukan budaya kerja yang efisien. Temuan ini menggaris bawahi pentingnya sistem klasifikasi biaya sebagai alat strategis manajerial, bukan sekadar administratif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan digitalisasi sistem pencatatan serta pelatihan internal sebagai langkah lanjutan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi inovasi layanan dan pemasaran digital Bengkel Nirwana Variasi Mobil dalam menghadapi perubahan era digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bengkel mengembangkan layanan antar-jemput, pemesanan online, serta konsultasi daring, dan memanfaatkan media sosial serta marketplace untuk promosi. Strategi ini meningkatkan daya saing dan kepuasan pelanggan. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan CRM digital dan peningkatan kualitas konten untuk menjangkau pasar lebih luas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi prinsip Kaizen dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan penginputan data pada sistem kerja operasional di PT Fuji Spring Indonesia. Kaizen sebagai pendekatan perbaikan berkelanjutan diterapkan untuk menumbuhkan budaya kerja yang lebih tertib, sistematis, dan berorientasi kualitas, khususnya dalam proses pencatatan dan pelaporan data produksi. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan telaah dokumen internal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kaizen mampu membentuk pola kedisiplinan baru di kalangan karyawan, seperti kepatuhan terhadap waktu penginputan, ketelitian dalam entri data, dan penurunan tingkat kesalahan pencatatan. Implementasi Kaizen juga mendorong terjadinya perubahan budaya kerja ke arah yang lebih kolaboratif dan bertanggung jawab. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran bahwa pendekatan Kaizen tidak hanya efektif dalam konteks produksi fisik, tetapi juga berkontribusi signifikan dalam pembenahan sistem administrasi data di lingkungan kerja manufaktur

Abstract

This research aims to analyse how the idea of Islamic education reform progresses from the perspective of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan and the role of Muhammadiyah in inheriting K.H Ahmad Dahlan's thoughts. The method in this research uses character research with a literature study approach (Library Research). The results showed that K.H. Ahmad Dahlan was a reform thinker in Indonesia who was engaged in the field of education through the organisation he formed, namely Muhammadiyah. There are so many thoughts of renewal of Islamic education, such as in the aspects of the education system, educational goals, educational materials to teaching methods. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan as a figure of renewal in Indonesia came up with his thoughts to respond to the condition of the people, especially in the field of Islamic education which was very bad in Indonesia during the Dutch colonial government. The presence of the Islamic organisation formed by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, Muhammadiyah, also inherited K.H. Ahmad Dahlan's understanding of progressive Islamic education, which is needed to be implemented in Indonesia. The results of this study can also be used as a reference in other studies related to Islamic education in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial training, entrepreneurial education, and motivation on technopreneurial interest among Generation Z. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The respondents consisted of 100 individuals from Generation Z. The results indicate that entrepreneurial training does not have a statistically significant effect on technopreneurial interest, with a significance value of 0.081 (> 0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.238. In contrast, entrepreneurial education shows a highly significant influence with a significance value of 0.000 and a regression coefficient of 0.556. Furthermore, entrepreneurial motivation also significantly influences technopreneurial interest, with a significant value of 0.002 and a regression coefficient of 0.240. Therefore, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial education and motivation are key factors that drive Generation Z's interest in becoming technopreneurs, while training has not yet made a statistically significant contribution.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the economy, but often find obstacles in coping with risks and adjusting to market changes. Lack of knowledge and skills in risk management can affect the sustainability of a business, especially in the midst of increasingly complicated market changes. This community service activity aims to strengthen the ability of MSME human resources (HR) to manage risks and formulate strategies to adapt to changes in the market. This activity was carried out in Central Cikarang MSMEs using interactive training and mentoring methods. The material presented consisted of an introduction to business risks, strategies to reduce risks, and adjustment actions to changes in the market, which include aspects of technology, regulations, and consumption patterns. The method applied was a combination of theory and case analysis related to the situation of MSMEs in the area. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the participants' understanding and awareness of the significance of risk management to maintain business continuity. Participants also gained practical skills in recognizing risks and designing adaptation plans that are suitable for the business situation they face. Through this activity, it is hoped that MSMEs can become stronger in the face of market uncertainty and be able to grow sustainably.
