Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran Team Based Learning (TBL) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi keagamaan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel yang terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang diterapkan model TBL dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang diterapkan model TBL menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kompetensi keagamaan mereka dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model TBL efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan keagamaan siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership pattern applied by the Sultanah of Aceh in the development of science from 1641-1699 AD. The method used in this study is the historical method. The election of Sultanah Aceh in its historical reflection experienced turbulence between groups who opposed the ascension to the throne of leadership from the Sultanah of Aceh. So that in its development, starting from the leadership of Sultanah Tajul Alam until the time of Kamalat Shah, the opponents (Wujudiyah) continued to try to overthrow Sultanah's leadership in the kingdom of Aceh Darussalam. The results of this study indicate that the leadership pattern of Sultanah Aceh in the development of science in the first period showed a significant development, until the fourth period. Although actually the sultanah as the queen had high authority, the Sultanah still held consultations with the royal advisor who was then held by a cleric, especially in determining an action or policy aimed at achieving progress towards the Aceh kingdom.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan menjelaskan tentang komunikasi sosial lintas kultular dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Dasar. Indonesia yang terdiri dari banyak suku, agama, ras dan bahasa merupakan anugrah dari Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, untuk itu menjadi suatu hal yang sangat urgent dalam menjaga dan menjadikan hubungan sesama anak bangsa menjadi rukun damai dan tentram. Untuk itu diperlukanlah apa yang disebut dalam hal yang sangat urgent yaitu saling memamahi dan menghargai bahwa perbedaan yang ada tidak harus dipertentangkan namun harus menjadi sarana saling mengerti satu sama lain bahwa kita akan menjadi bangsa yang besar. Hal yang cukup mendasar bagi para pendidik sangat penting memahami bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran sangat penting dalam mengelola dan menghayati apa yang ada dalam proses pendidikan khususnya dalam aspek komunikasi sosial lintas kultur agar tidak ada yang saling curiga dan saling mencurigai. Menjadi mutlak ketika komunikasi sosial lintas kultur menjadi sarana utama dalam pembelajaran PAI dalam menjaga sikap inklusif, sikap toleran dalam memahami dan menjaga kekayaan bangsa kita yaitu sikap menerima perbedaan yang merupakan hadiah anugrah dari Tuhan yang maha Esa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan menganalisis pemikiran pendidikan multikultural Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam tinjauan Alquran. Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar yang dilakukan seseorang dalam mengembangkan dirinya menjadi insan yang sempurna, sementara keragaman masyarakat menuntut agar pendidikan mampu menyesuaikan dengan kultur yang ada sehingga memerlukan penegasan tentang pendidikan yang multikultural, hal ini juga menjadi salah satu konsen dari pemikiran Ki Hajar Dewantara. Gagasan pendidikan multikultural tersebut dielaborasi lebih lanjut dengan beberapa konsep yang terdapat pada Alquran. Penelitian ini termasuk kategori deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan, dengan pendekatan kajian tokoh, guna mendalami dan menganalisa gagasan Ki Hajar Dewantara, khususnya tentang pendidikan multikultural. Pengumpulan datanya dengan studi dokumentasi dan kepustakaan, sedangkan untuk analisanya mengunakan analisis isi atau content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: pertama, menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural adalah Pendidikan yang menitikberatkan pada penegasan, pengesahan, penanaman kesadaran, pengembangan akhlak setiap warga Negara agar memiliki adab, persaudaraan, tolong-menolong, serta menumbuhkan sikap toleransi dalam hidup berdemokrasi (musyawarah dan dialog). Pendidikan multikutural dalam pandangan Ki Hajar Dewantara merupakan pendidikan yang sangat menjunjung tinggi berbagai budaya yang terdapat di nusantara. Kedua, berbagai asas-asas pendidikan multikultur yang menjadi isi atau materi pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara tersebut diatas juga selaras dengan berbagai nilai yang terdapat dalam Alquran, diantaranya: QS. Ali Imron ayat 64 tentang prinsip musyawarah dan demokrasi, QS Al-Nisa ayat 131 tentang persaudaraan, QS. Al-Baqoroh ayat 256 tentang kebebasan memeluk agama, QS al-Maidah ayat 69 tentang pengakuan agama lain selain Islam, dan QS Al-Hujurat ayat 13 tentang humanis dan toleransi.

Abstract

Abstract, Zakat as an Islamic economic instrument is expected to be a bridge between the rich and the poor to overcome the problem of poverty. However, the reality has become a polemic that is still interesting to talk about where from year to year there are always incidents related to zakat, including the habit of jostling at Muzakki's house just for twenty thousand rupiahs. This research is included in the category of field research. The approach is juridical-normative. The data collection uses; a). Observation; b). Interview; c). Documentation. While processing the data through several stages; Editing, Classifying, Verifying, Analysing, Closing. The results of this study are that Islamic philanthropic activities that have been carried out by the Amil Zakat Nurul Hayat Institute, Tuban Branch, through several activities and stages, including; Independent Pillar Program, Education Scholarship Establishment of superior formal education. All of these programs are funded from philanthropic fundraising carried out by Nurul Hayat Tuban, in the form of zakat, infaq, shaqadah and others. The implications of Islamic philanthropic activities that are socially included in the field of poverty alleviation activities and strengthening superior education for the younger generation of Muslims, is proof that Islamic philanthropy, if managed properly, will be part of the Islamic instrument solution in the field of community economic management, which will later can make people more empowered and stronger, both educationally and economically.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the legal basis and limits of the absolute authority of the Religious Court in resolving various legal issues of Muslims in Indonesia, and to identify the legal implications of the misapplication of this authority. The issues raised focus on the importance of properly understanding absolute and relative competence in civil procedural law, especially to avoid errors in determining the competent court forum. Through a normative legal approach and literature study, this study explores the scope of the absolute authority of the Religious Court over cases such as marriage, inheritance, wills, grants, waqf, zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and sharia economics as regulated in Law Number 3 of 2006 and other related laws and regulations. The results of the analysis show that absolute competence plays an important role in maintaining judicial order, preventing overlapping jurisdictions, and ensuring legal certainty and justice for the Muslim community in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital technology has become an important factor in increasing people's income, especially in rural areas that still face challenges in digital literacy. This research aims to optimize the use of digital technology to improve the economic welfare of the people of Mlaras Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency. The method is a participatory approach involving observation, socialization, training, and intensive mentoring. This program uses marketplaces, social media, and digital transaction systems to increase people's income.The study results showed a significant increase in digital literacy, which was 90%. People who previously relied on conventional methods are now more confident using digital technology to market products and conduct financial transactions. Some participants managed to increase revenue through online sales and the efficiency of digital transactions. With the increase in digital skills, the people of Mlaras Village are expected to continue to develop technology-based businesses and sustainably improve economic welfare. This program has a real positive impact and can be a model in developing a digital-based village economy.

Abstract

Bankruptcy is an impact caused by a company's financial failure. Financial failure in the company must be avoided so as not to cause losses to the company. In the research that was carried out utilizing a data set from the Taiwan Economic Journal as many as 6,819 to be trained using machine learning algorithms using classification techniques. The goal obtained from the research conducted is to obtain a classification technique with the best accuracy results. The method used in this research is preprocessing using the synthetic minority over-sampling technique to handling unbalanced data sets. Then, the results of the balanced data set will be processed using a genetic algorithm-support vector machine feature selection algorithm to reduce the attributes of the data set. Data sets that have experienced reduced attributes will be trained using the stacking method with a single classifier base learner in the form of k-nearest neighbors, naïve bayes, decision trees with classification and regression tree models, gradient boosting decision trees, and light gradient boosting. The meta-learner used in the stacking method is extreme gradient boosting. The results of the accuracy obtained from the research conducted were 99.22%.

Abstract

Coastal areas are increasingly vulnerable to abrasion, flash floods, and seawater intrusion due to climate change and human activities. Addressing these hazards requires an integrated early warning system that enables timely and adaptive disaster mitigation. This study integrates landscape analysis, Mobile GIS technology, and the Ant algorithm into a unified early warning framework. Landscape analysis identifies geomorphological patterns and coastline changes. Mobile GIS supports real-time spatial data acquisition, while the Ant algorithm optimizes evacuation routes, sensor placement, and hazard prediction through agent-based modeling. The system incorporates spatial, topographic, oceanographic, and socio-economic data processed through spatial and computational methods. Validation using historical records and field data shows enhanced hazard detection, more efficient evacuation planning, and quicker response times. The Ant algorithm adapts routes in real time based on environmental changes. Sensor deployment is optimized for high-risk zones. Mobile GIS ensures continuous updates and spatial visualization. Real-time processing supports rapid decision-making and threat modeling. These integrated components demonstrate a strong potential to build a resilient, data-driven early warning system for coastal communities. In conclusion, the proposed system offers a precise, adaptive, and scalable approach to improve disaster preparedness in vulnerable coastal regions. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa serta motivasi belajar siswa ditinjau dari pola asuh orangtua dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Open-ended. Sebagai salah satu alternatif buat mengatasi kasus tersebut, hingga dicoba riset mix methods dengan desain sequential explanatori dengan tujuan bisa meningkatkan kemapuan tersebut. Subyek yang digunakan riset ialah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Talenta Bandung. Pada riset ini instrument yang digunakan antara lain, uji keahlian berpikir kritis, angket motivasi belajar, angket pola asuh orang tua serta lembar observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) Kemampuan berpikir Kritis meningkat apabila menerapkan pembelajaran model Open-ended, 2) Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir Kritis lebih baik apabila menerapkan pembelajaran model Open-ended dibandingkan dengan pendidikan Konvesional, 3) Terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap keahlian berpikir kritis siswa yang menerapkan pembelajaran model Open-ended serta pendidikan Konvesional, 4) Kemampuan berpikir Kritis serta motivasi belajar siswa lebih baik apabila menerapkan pembelajaran model Open-ended dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran Konvesional ditinjau dari pola asuh orang tua, dan 5) Cerminan keahlian berpikir siswa serta motivasi belajar siswa lebih baik dengan mempraktikkan model open ended ditinjau dari pola asuh orangtua.
