Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan tingkat Job Satisfaction di PT. Telkom Indonesia, khususnya pada WitelJakarta Inner Divisi Business Service. Transformasi organisasi menjadi salah satu faktor yang memicu ketidakstabilankerja, sehingga dibutuhkan evaluasi Servant Leadership dan Reward System untuk meningkatkan Job Satisfaction.Rumusan masalahnya yaitu bagaimana penerapan Servant Leadership dan Reward System, serta pengaruh keduanyaterhadap Job Satisfaction di Divisi Business Service.Penelitian ini mempunyai sejumlah tujuan. Pertama, mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Servant Leadership. Kedua,mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Reward System. Ketiga, mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat Job Satisfaction.Keempat, mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Reward System terhadap Job Satisfaction pada PT.Telkom Indonesia Witel Jakarta Inner Divisi Business Service.Metode kuantitatif yang digunakan yakni kausal dan deskriptif. Adapun non probability sampling dipilih melaluisampling jenuh dengan responden berjumlah 60. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan divisiterkait. Lebih lanjut data dianalisis dengan sejumlah teknik, yakni analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t(parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (R²).Penelitian menemukan Servant Leadership danReward System berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadapJob Satisfaction. Uji simultan membuktikan kedua variabel independen berpengaruh bersamaan terhadap JobSatisfaction dengan signifikan yang mempunyai nilai R² sebesar 0,726 berarti kedua variabel mampu menerangkanvariasi Job Satisfaction sebesar 72,6%, sementara 27,4% sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.Kontribusi penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk memperkuat gaya kepemimpinan dan sistem penghargaan.Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan tingkat Job Satisfaction untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Job Satisfaction, Reward System, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The management of the corpse which consists of bathing, shrouding, praying and burying the corpse in Islam is punished as fardhu kifayah. Therefore, the knowledge and skills of corpse management should be possessed by every individual Muslim who is baligh and rational. The limited number of people who know and can perform funeral arrangements in this village has encouraged members of KKN Sukabumi group two to carry out this activity. The purpose of this community service is to train the Funeral Management at Nurul Iman Mosque, Pasirhalang, Sukaraja, Sukabumi, West Java. This activity was carried out with two kinds of methods. Consisting of a direct practice or simulation method during a series of bathing and shrouding the corpse and a method of material presentation during the procession of praying and burying the corpse. It is hoped that this activity will benefit the community in terms of increasing knowledge about what is conveyed and can be used and practiced when this knowledge is needed.

Abstract

Penelitain ini Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan kemampuan berargumentasi siswa kelas X di SMAN 71 Jakarta melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam mata pelajaran kimia hijau. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas X di SMAN 71 Jakarta pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024, dengan sampel yang terdiri dari dua kelompok: Kelas X H sebagai kelompok kontrol dan Kelas X G sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Pengujian prasyarat dilakukan dengan uji parametrik karena data menunjukkan distribusi normal dan homogen. Kemudian, pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji paired sampel t-test pada taraf signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari batas signifikansi 0,05 atau nilai thitung sebesar -26.674 < ttabel sebesar 1,689 sehingga Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan beragumentasi siswa pada pembelajaran kimia hijau dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji N Gain pada pertemuan pertama dengan nilai rata rata scor 12 % dengan interpretasi tidak efektif. Pada pertemuan ke dua nilai rata rata scor 33% dengan interpretasi kurang efektif. Pertemuan ketiga nilai rata rata scor -gain 76% dengan interpretasi efektif, sehingga terlihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan setelah diberikan perlakuan yaitu sebesar 64%. Maka dari hasil pengujian nilai rata rata N-Gain di atas dapat di simpulkan bawah pembelajaran kimia hijau dengan menggunakan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berargumentasi siswa.

Abstract

This study analyzes the tactics of improving teacher qualifications at SDIT Al Fathimiyah in the face of limited teacher manpower.A qualitative case study approach was used using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, personal observation in the field, and analysis of a large number of supporting documents.The results of the study reveal that the tactics applied by the school include regular internal training, external collaboration using other educational forums, and integration of art elements, especially music, in the learning process to increase motivation & teaching effectiveness. The primary challenges encountered were limited operational rules, high workload of teachers juggling multiple roles, and limited access to certified training. Nonetheless, the school continued to innovate to form creative solutions. This research provides simple and theoretical insights that can be used as a basis for policy formulation to improve the quality of education in schools using limited resources

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative and descriptive library research method to analyse viral political jargon circulating on social media, such as "AMIN," "Gemoy", "Sat Set - Tas Tes” and others. Data was collected using observation and note-taking techniques and analysed through a sociolinguistic framework to identify the forms, meanings, and factors contributing to the popularity of these expressions. The analysis process involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that political jargon in this election includes words, phrases, clauses, and sentences, with morphological techniques like reduplication and affixation making the expressions memorable and relatable. These jargons carry denotative, connotative, and associative meanings, reflecting social and political values and enhancing political communication. This language use aids voters' understanding and boosts public engagement in discourse. This research shows that political jargon serves as a communication tool to shape group identity and reinforce candidate narratives, providing insights into the intersections of language, politics, and culture in contemporary democracy.

Abstract

Indonesian language instruction in elementary schools aims to improve students' oral and written communication. Indonesian serves as a primary tool for students to hone their language skills correctly and effectively. Reading skills in elementary school are divided into two phases: initial reading (lower grades) and further reading (upper grades). Initial reading skills influence students' readiness before entering the next learning stage. However, second-grade elementary school students often face difficulties in developing initial reading and writing skills. Factors such as socio-economic background, gender, and teaching methods used by teachers can affect the success of literacy programs. By considering these factors, we can improve students' literacy skills at the beginning level.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of Pancasila education to shape the Indonesian nation and the broad-minded young generation. The research method used is a literature review. This research data is that various literature will be used, including articles, research reports, journals, books and various other appropriate sources. Data is obtained through literature search in electronic databases related to the topic and published through Google Scholar. Analysis and evaluation are carried out through qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are that Pancasila education is considered as a view of national life and justice that enlivens daily life and becomes the basis for the formation of the character of the younger generation. The ideal young generation is a young generation who has noble character, noble character, integrity, nationalism, and broad national insight. In this context, Pancasila education contributes to the internalization of moral and ethical principles, the formation of national and state consciousness, and the preservation of national identity and values during globalization. The results of literature analysis show that Pancasila education plays an important role in shaping the morals, integrity, and national consciousness of Indonesia's young generation

Abstract

Swimming increases muscle mass, loses weight, improves heart and lung health, controls stress, overcomes nerve compression, relieves joint pain, addresses insomnia, and improves sleep quality. In addition, swimming is also very suitable for people with asthma, helping to increase lung capacity and train respiratory control. This article aims to find out the benefits of learning to swim for the growth and development of children in elementary school. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature study. The main source of data for this research is scientific articles published on the database on google scholar which can be accessed online with the keywords used in searching for journals are "Swimming, Sports, Elementary School, Benefits, Swimming Techniques". Data analysis is carried out qualitatively, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that swimming learning in elementary school has an important role in supporting children's growth and development. This sport of swimming has many benefits and advantages to help children's growth and development, relationships between children and others, increase confidence, and can also be used as a fun activity because of the cold stimulus that can refresh the body. Therefore, swimming helps children develop important life skills and improve their quality of life

Abstract

The curriculum plays a crucial role in the education system, serving as a tool to achieve the educational goals that have been set. The Independent Curriculum, which was introduced in 2020 and began to be implemented in 2022, however, its implementation in the field is still uneven. This study aims to find out the curriculum management activities at UPT SDN 31 Koto Pulai. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with observation and interview techniques as the main data collection techniques. The data was analyzed qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the analysis show that good Curriculum management is very important to ensure the effectiveness of learning, which includes planning, development, implementation, and assessment. The planning process at UPT SDN 31 Koto Pulai involves a meeting between the principal and educators to discuss the needs and combination of the curriculum. Curriculum development is carried out by formulating the vision, mission, and program structure, as well as organizing learning activities. The implementation of the curriculum in this school focuses on the application of learning tools that are in accordance with the applicable curriculum, with an interactive and collaborative approach. Through the Teacher Working Group (KKG) training, the school strives to improve the quality of teaching

Abstract

One-Stop Integrated Service as a process of simplifying administrative services controlled by a management system as a form of administrative service innovation. This study aims to examine the relationship between One-Stop Integrated Service Management and administrative service innovation in Education unit services at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Jakarta City. The research was carried out with a quantitative approach with the type of survey research. The research data was collected by questionnaire method. The population in this study was visitors to the One-Stop Integrated Service Education service unit with incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use correlation analysis. The results showed that: (1) One-Stop Integrated Service Management has an average calculation of 2.54 so that it can be rated high. (2) Administrative service innovation has an average of 3.08, which is in the high category. (3) The relationship between One-Stop Integrated Service Management and Administrative Service Innovation. The value of the relationship between the two variables is 0.521, the results show that the correlation is quite strong and positive value between the two variables. This research shows that One-Stop Integrated Service Management is related to administrative service innovation.
