The purpose of this study is to determine the revitalization of protection for children and women towards sustainable development or what is known as the sustainable development Goals. The protection referred to here is the protection of the fulfillment of the rights of children and women which must receive attention because it is very vulnerable to all actions such as discrimination as well as violence which can lead to violations of the rights to the lives of children and women where the violation is a crime or an act. criminal. Protection towards sustainable development gives attention and focus to the lives of children and women in order to obtain fulfillment and protection of their rights, both of which the most important rights are related to education to right and teaching, to obtain health, as well as to get proper housing and not be treated. arbitrarily by anyone and entitled to justice and equality of rights. Problem formulation, namely how to revitalize the protection of men and women towards sustainable development. The research method used is juridical normative research, which is an approach based on the main legal materials based on existing concepts, theories, legal principles and legislation related to this research. The result is that sustainable development can be realized if there is cooperation and coordination between various parties including the community to always pay attention and care for the protection of children and women.

Recognition and protection of children's rights is fully a shared responsibility of both the parents, the government and the wider community that guarantees its survival and development and the growth of children in a strong, healthy and intelligent state. The main role in the development of children in addition to nutrition and vitamin intake or fulfillment of clothing, food and shelter, is also needed attention to the development of children in the future which is the right of the child to get education and teaching so that the aspirations can be achieved and succeed as he wants. But with the changing times it turns out that the rights of children are neglected in the sense that they are not fulfilled as expected, because they are triggered by economic factors so that children cannot attend school or continue their education due to marriage at a young age or so-called early marriage. With the occurrence of marriage at a young age for children is a violation of the rights of children, and children experience the destruction of their future because they are not ready and mature thinking and psychology because basically children should be protected from any threat or anyone. Protection of children's rights is absolutely granted, and has been regulated in the child protection law and marriage law regarding the age limit of children, the fact that there is still a high level of child marriage. The research method that is used or used in this writing uses literature studies based on the literature of journals, books, magazines and even from legislation relating to child protection and child marriage. The results showed that economic factors are the dominant occurrence of early marriage and lack of awareness of parents and community members on the protection and prevention of child marriages, on the other hand there is the assumption that by marrying their children, the obligations of parents are completed and by carrying out the marriage live independently without depending on their parents. The involvement and participation of the government can also prevent early marriage, especially in the application of sanctions in the rules that have been set, because if you want to protect children's rights, one of them is to prevent early marriage, or in other words stop child marriage.

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui keberadaan rumah singgah dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap hak ahak anak jalanan, serta kendala yang dihadapinya. Dikarenakan anak-anak jalanan yang hidup dijalanan dengan kekerasan, dan sering diperlakukan tidak sebagaimana mestinya, mendapatkan perlakuan yang tidak layak dan harus diberikan perlindungan akan hak-haknya secara memadai termasuk perlindungannya dalam bidang hukum, baik anak jalanan dalam kapasitas sebagai pelaku dan juga korban, perlu diberikan pendampingan akan hak-haknya, dan tidak dibedakan dengan hak anak pada umumnya, secara khusus untuk membina agar anak-anak jalanan selalu mendapatkan hak-haknya terutama hak untuk belajar dan mendapatkan pendidikan selama berada dirumah singgah. Metode dalam Penelitian yang diguakan berupa penelitian yang yuridis dan normatif serta berdasarkan pada konsep, dan asas serta mengacu pada literatur-literatur dan peraturan akan perundang-undangan, dimana hasilnya bahwa keberadaan rumah singgah terhadap anak-anak jalanan dapat memberikan perlindungan hak-haknya terutama hak untuk menerima pengajaran, juga menerima pendidikan guna menghindari kehidupan akan kekerasan di jalanan.

The law of child protection is very important and determines the future of family, community, nation and state formation. If a country's child protection law is formulated, ratified, and enforced concretely in terms of substance, structure and culture applied consistently and continuously, then the position of the child both in family, community and nation will become a very strong pillar and foundation. for a country to achieve its objectives nationally independent. Improper treatment or discrimination is the duty and responsibility of guardians or other parties and their parents. Getting the right opportunity to protect and grow socially, physically, and even spiritually is absolutely given because the future leaders of the nation and the next generation will be able to fight for the nation and its ideals. Eliminating discrimination requires equality in all aspects of the field because it involves the same views and opportunities where women and men have equal access and opportunities, equality of views does not mean women must be equal to men, because women are naturally different from men. Because children are the generation and successors of the nation, the Government forms an independent institution whose task is to shade and provide protection or supervision of children who are victims of crime, namely the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) providing data reporting and assisting these children to obtain rehabilitation or recovery related to their rights.

This community service activity can provide knowledge and understanding to schools, especially teachers as educators of students to be able to provide understanding, knowledge and understanding to always be introspective as not to fall into marriage a young age where one way is to avoid association free, which will have an impact on unwanted pregnancies in adolescents so that they do not fall into marriage at a young age which can later harm themselves. Where in addition existence of free association, it is also due to general factors. Besides that, teachers have the right to provide protection and prevention from underage marriages, because children are not yet unstable in their mental maturity and mental maturity, so they need supervision and guidance not only from other people. only parents but also teachers as a place for students and students to knowledge and learn and the implementation of this service activity in order to knowledge and understanding in preventing underage marriages providing socialization to students, that if you marry at a young will harm yourself because can no longer receive education and health aspects will damage women's reproduction. The activity carried through the zoom application with presentation of material by resource persons and followed by a question and answer session with participants, legal counseling so that understanding and impact consequences of child marriage could be known, so it necessary to provide legal counseling to teachers and students. so that understanding based on legal basis, namely the law child protection, and implementation of this counseling must always be improved by prioritizing protection for children that fall into underage marriage. This activity can be followed up carrying out this legal counseling between schools to increase knowledge and understanding of the factors and impacts of underage marriage.

Anak sebagai bagian dalam kehidupan bangsa dan negara dan merupakan ciptaan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, yang harus dijaga dilindungi dari segala hambatan dan gangguan apapun juga dan kebutuhan akan sandang pangan dan papan diberikan kepadanya. Termasuk jika anak yang melakukan atau dianggap melakukan tindak pidana atau kejahatan, tetap harus diberikan perlindungan akan hak-haknya selama berada dalam tingkat penyidikan, bahkan perlu dilakukan upaya diversi atau perdamaian juga di antara para pihak yakni korban dan pelaku dimana harus ada kesepakatan antara para pihak untuk menyelesaikannya di luar jalur pengadilan. Narkoba disingkat narkotika, psikotropika, dan bahan adiktif lainnya sudah beredar luas di kalangan masyarakat, dan bukan itu saja bahkan sampai juga kepada anak-anak yang masih duduk atau berada dibangku sekolah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan sosialisasi atau penyuluhan kepada siswa dan siswi di Sekolah SMA Taman Harapan 2 Harapan Baru Bekasi, mengenai pentingnya pendidikan dalam pecegahan, serta pemberantasan dan penyalahgunaan akan peredaran gelap narkoba (P4GN) di kota Bekasi. Harapannya setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian kegiatan masyarakat ini diharapkan adanya kesadaran serta pemahaman akan dampak dan pengaruh akan narkoba yang meningkat dan kesadaran akan adanyapendidikan mengenai P4GN bagi anak khususnya dalam lingkungan sekolah. Children marriage of children at a very early marriage performed under adult age which is prohibited by law or other rules and regulations because it can cause things that can harm women. The impact that occurs from marriage a serious problem that must be with appropriately and seriously by the parties as well as the relevant agencies. Because the results in future generations caused by first high number of children who experience unwanted pregnancy and childbirth. Second, this also results in divorce. Third, the birth of a baby who later does not grow properly. Fourth, children are victims of divorce have the potential to fall into poverty, fail in education, get trapped trafficking children, are placed in degrading work such as sex workers, drug dealers, slavery. These are all in violation of child rights. The method in research in using normative juridical research is by principles and theories reviewing books, documents, journals, as well as from invitation legislation relating to the problem to be studied. The result is the prevention of child marriage at a very young age is the protection of children's rights, especially the protection of the right to life, the right to grow and must remain protected.
