Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the Padang City Civil Service Police Unit in controlling homeless people and beggars in Padang City. To find out the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats faced by the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling beggars and homeless people in Padang City. And to find out what efforts or things need to be improved in the performance of the Satpol PP for controlling beggars and homeless people in the city of Padang. This type of research is qualitative research. The results of this study are: 1) Implementation of the performance of the Padang City Civil Service Police Unit in controlling homeless people and beggars has been carried out as much as possible and in accordance with Padang City Regulation No. 1 of 2012; 2) In controlling the sprawl, the Padang City Satpol PP has the power to patrol every day. Opportunity is that mobile members carry out patrols. The weakness is the lack of facilities and infrastructure. And the threat is that there are still sprawl from outside the city of Padang; 3) The efforts or things that need to be improved in the performance of the Satpol PP for controlling beggars and homeless people in Padang City, such as: Communication with the people of Padang City, facilities and infrastructure, cooperation with related OPD, and inadequate Padang City Satpol PP personnel.

Abstract

Background – Work productivity is a real result (product) created by individuals or groups. In this situation, the more products produced in less time, the more valuable the productivity level. Work productivity in the organization is one of the goals that must be achieved by every organization. Thus the low productivity of employees will affect the goals of the organization. In the study the low work productivity of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency. Purpose – The aims of this research are analyze the effect of integrity, career development and the provision of additional employee income on the work productivity of employees at the Pasaman Regency Secretariat. Work productivity is often used by private organizations with the aim of measuring inputs and outputs within the organization. But in this article work productivity is measured in government agencies. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The total population in this study amounted to 117 respondents. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program as statistical data processing. Finding – The results showed that (1) There is an influence of integrity on the work productivity of employees in the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency (2) There is an effect of career development on the work productivity of employees in the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency. (3) There is an effect of providing additional employee income (TPP) on the work productivity of employees in the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency. (4) There is an influence of integrity, career development and the provision of additional employee income (TPP) on the work productivity of employees in the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency. Conclusion - The leadership of the Pasaman Regency Regional Secretariat must be able to provide encouragement through integrity and career development and be able to provide additional employee income based on the quantity and quality of employee work. Thus the work productivity of employees will be achieved in accordance with the objectives set by the agency. Research Implication – To get good employee integrity at the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency, it is necessary to improve and foster the integrity of good employees. Furthermore, the greater and better career development given at the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman Regency, the greater the work productivity of employees. As well as means that the bigger and better the additional employee income provided, the greater the employee's work productivity. Limitations – The scope of this research is limited to one particular agency, so it cannot reflect the situation of other institutions in the same area regarding integrity, career development and additional employee income.

Abstract

Pemerintah memberlakukan UU Desa. Hukum adalah angin segar bagi desa, karena memungkinkannya untuk mengelola kebutuhannya sendiri. Untuk membantu implementasi UU tersebut, pemerintah menyalurkan dana, khususnya Dana Desa sebesar 1 miliar dolar AS per desa. Tak terkecuali desa-desa di Provinsi Sumatera Barat, yang dijuluki "nagari". Efektivitas Pemerintah Nagari dalam mengelola Dana Desa sangat disegani, khususnya Wali Nagari, istilah lain untuk Kepala Desa, yang dibantu oleh aparatur Nagari, antara lain Sekretaris Nagari, Kepala Bagian, Kepala Urusan, dan Kepala Desa/Jorong. Peningkatan kapasitas aparatur nagari dilakukan untuk memastikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana tugas pokok dan fungsi dilaksanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji efektivitas Peningkatan Kapasitas Peralatan Nagari dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Ini adalah studi kualitatif yang akan merinci proses pengembangan kapasitas untuk seluruh aparatur Rabaa Feed Nagari Tengah. Menyusul pelaksanaan berbagai metode peningkatan kapasitas, termasuk pengajaran di kelas, pendampingan dan bimbingan dari instansi terkait, serta bimbingan dan fasilitasi oleh Tenaga Pendamping Profesi Kementerian Desa, aparatur Rabaa Nagari Pakan Pusat telah mampu melaksanakan semua tahapan pelaksanaan pemerintahan. Abstract

This research is motivated by the occurrence of several problems in the Implementation of the Tourism Ambassador Program in promoting Tourism Potential in Tanah Datar Regency which is seen in the parameters of the Study in Tanah Datar Regency, which aims to determine the Work Implementation and Inhibiting Factors of the Implementation of the Tourism Ambassador Program in promoting Tourism Potential in the Regency. Flat Land. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach that uses the source triangulation method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Tourism Ambassador Program has not been optimal in promoting tourism potential in Tanah Datar Regency and there are still many inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tourism ambassador program in promoting tourism potential in Tanah Datar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the employee religiosity in the DPRD of Bukittinggi City has. The method used is quantitative with descriptive method. In this study the population is all employees in the DPRD Bukittinggi. The number of samples in this study were 61 respondents drawn using the Yamane formula with a significance level of 5%. The sampling technique in this study is Proportional Random Sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents with a Likert scale measurement. The data analysis in this study was simple linear regression using SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that: 1) Based on the results of the description of the respondents' religiosity, the employees of the DPRD Kota Bukittinggi were in the very high category with a mean value of 3.30 with a percentage of 82%. . 2) The integrity of the Bukittinggi City DPRD employees is categorized as very high with an average score of 3.35 with a percentage of 84%. 3) There is a significant influence of religiosity on the integrity of employees in the DPRD Kota Bukittinggi with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, and a T count value of 3.672 > T table 2.001 and an Adjusted R Square value of 0.172.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how much influence the level of Integrity has on Employee Work Productivity at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of West Pasaman Regency. The background for conducting this research is because there are still cases found in the field that the productivity of employees at the agency is not yet optimal. One example is that the target of making e-KTP for citizens has not been achieved. If it is percentaged, it is still around 10.75% of the people who have not recorded their e-KTP. This research uses quantitative methods with associative quantitative types. Data was collected by questionnaire and supported by study documentation. Using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique and using the Slovin formula at a margin of error of 3%, a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Regression analysis is used to analyze field data, which has previously been tested by classical assumptions. The results showed that integrity proved to have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity by 70.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence the level of education has on the integrity of employees who work in the DPRD of Bukittinggi City. The total sample in this study was 61 respondents drawn using the Yamane formula with a significance level of 5%. The sampling technique in this study is Proportional Random Sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed to respondents with an ordinal scale measurement. Data analysis in this study is a non-parametric statistical test using the Spearman Rank Test. Using the SPSS 22 program as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that the test results show a value of 0.655 which states that the relationship or influence of the education level variable on employee integrity is not significant, because the value is greater than 0.05

Abstract

Pengembangan inovasi dan aplikasi pelayanan publik berbasis web merupakan salah satu bentuk penerapan e-government. salah satu hasil program Penanaman Modal Kota Padang dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) online dari Sapo Rancak. Aplikasi Rancak Sapo yang merupakan aplikasi berbasis web ini dapat digunakan oleh siapa saja dengan koneksi internet. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk mempermudah. mendapatkan izin layanan, khususnya kewajiban layanan, untuk pengguna umum. Pemohon lisensi wajib memenuhi kewajiban untuk menggunakan aplikasi OSS secara legal atau efektif. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata lisan dari informan terkait. Dalam penerapannya, aplikasi layanan Sapo Rancak online dapat dikatakan mampu mengurangi kontak langsung antara pemohon izin dan petugas, namun aplikasi ini masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan atau kendala yang membuat aplikasi ini masih belum efektif dan efisien, diantaranya penggunaan aplikasi ini yang tidak dapat diakses. Reformasi pelayanan bertujuan untuk mengoreksi dan terus memperbarui penyimpangan pembangunan nasional sebelumnya. Agar negara dan pemerintahan yang direformasi tidak ketinggalan arus globalisasi, maka birokrasi harus dilaksanakan. pejabat akan memulai reformasi ini, yang harus dilaksanakan oleh pejabat pemerintah lainnya.

Abstract

Public service can be said as a mirror of the relationship between the government and its citizens. Public services are also a medium for channeling the government's attention to the demands and needs of its people, especially at the present time where we are entering the era of society 5.0 which is defined as a period of intense human competition because various sectors of life coexist with the use of communication technology. The implementation of E-government has also been widely implemented in several government agencies in Indonesia, including the Population and Civil Registration Office of the City of Padang, West Sumatra, with the use of an online-based service system to improve service quality and quality. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the form of SIMBA implementation at the Padang City BAZNAZ Office, to find out the obstacles to SIMBA implementation at the Padang City BAZNAZ Office and to find out the efforts or solutions in overcoming obstacles in SIMBA implementation at the Padang City BAZNAZ Office. This research uses a qualitative method, namely a method that focuses on reasoning based on objective social reality. The type of research used is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The application of this qualitative method aims to make it easier to understand multiple realities, presenting an essential relationship between writing and reality in the field. This method is more sensitive and adjusts to the form of the value encountered. In using this method it aims to find problems more openly, so the writer will interview Baznas informants in the city of Padang, in which case the writer interviewed the Head of HR and General Affairs: Industriyadi, S.Sos.I, MA, and Staff: Bobi Iskandar. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. This application To facilitate the management of zakat is not solely carried out individually from muzakki to mustahiq, but is carried out by an institution that specifically handles zakat, namely amil zakat. In addition, the government has also issued Law no. 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, which explains that the National Zakat Amil Agency is an institution that manages zakat nationally
