Abstract

The waste bank is a container that can solve the problems that the community is currently experiencing through a program by utilizing dry waste to sort and having management like banking but what is stored is waste. The management of the Pancadaya Kuranji Garbage Bank, Padang City, has used many ways to change people's environmental care behavior. The focus of this research is to find an overview of waste bank management efforts, including: knowing the implementation, obstacles, and efforts made in overcoming obstacles to implementing the garbage bank application. in realizing pancadaya good governance in Kuranji, Padang city. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The discussion of this research is based on data from interviews with secretaries, coordinators, and members at the Pancadaya Kuranji Garbage Bank, Padang City. The theoretical studies used are Good governance, E-Government, Aspects of Digital Governance, The Role of Digital Governance in realizing good governance, Garbage Bank , and the Garbage Bank Application. The results of this study indicate that the Pancadaya Garbage Bank Application has not been able to provide maximum service. Because the application features are not related to service to the community, and data processing of people who carry out waste transactions. In terms of limited facilities and infrastructure, the solution is in the form of government policy to embrace the private sector in the form of integrated cooperation which certainly benefits both parties

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the Manpower Application at the West Sumatra Province Manpower Office. In this study, primary data will be obtained from the results of interviews with someone (informant). This research uses a qualitative method, namely a method that focuses on reasoning based on objective social reality. The type of research used is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The application of this qualitative method aims to make it easier to understand multiple realities, presenting an essential relationship between writing and reality in the field. This method is more sensitive and adjusts to the form of the value encountered. In using this method it aims to find problems more openly, so the writer will interview Baznas informants in the city of Padang, in which case the writer interviewed BKOL staff, namely Mr. Ahmad Ridho. SH, Then administrative staff, namely Mrs. Yen. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. The Sisnaker information management system was introduced at the W Sumatra Disnaker in 2019. Through this Sisnaker it is expected to be able to provide accountable and transparent services and information to all its users. The existence of Sisnaker is a new breakthrough for the West Sumatra Manpower Office in providing all forms of services such as training, information on job vacancies, information on overseas internships, etc.

Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pemerintah yang sesuai dengan Perpres No.95 Tahun 2018 yang berisi upaya memberikan layanan dalam menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan serta menciptakan tata kelola pemerintah yang transparansi dana, akuntabel, efisien dan bersih maka pemerintah daerah diwajibkan untuk dapat membuat kebijakan inovasi berbasis sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik(SPBE). Studi ini bertujuan guna mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian inovasi kebijakan dalam penyelenggaraan SPBE di kota Pekanbaru. Data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini baik berupa data primer dan juga data sekunder diperoleh dengan melalui teknik interview, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi serta selanjutnya dianalisis dan dibuat kesimpulan dari permasalahan yang diteliti. Hasil studi ini adalah penerapan kebijakan inovasi dalam penyelenggaraan SPBE di kota Pekanbaru telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik, dapat dilihat dari terciptanya aplikasi layanan yang memudahkan masyarakat di Kota Pekanbaru. Adapun hambatan-hambatan yang ada yaitu, keterbatasan penyebaran sosialisasi mengenai aplikasi dan keterbatasan SDM yang memiliki keahlian teknis TIK.

Abstract

The management information system in the form of the “Pesona Tanah Datar” application is part of Digital Governance which aims to realize good governance by utilizing technology. Modern tourism really needs technology for marketing, documentation and data collection which is very important to support the development of tourism as well as providing information services to the public regarding tourism, youth and sports in Tanah Datar district. applicable tourism information to support and develop regional tourism. This tourism information system will provide optimal value benefits when used in conjunction with a good tourism website and tourism multimedia. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Pesona Tanah Datar Application Management Information System at the Youth and Sports Office of Tanah Datar Regency. In this study the authors used a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection was not guided by theory, but guided by facts found in the field. Therefore, the data analysis carried out is inductive based on the facts found and can then be constructed into hypotheses and theories. The results showed that the implementation of a flat land charm management information system at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports went well.

Abstract

With the acceleration of the times and the progress of education, a prosperous economy, social and cultural changes and the development of advanced science and technology can facilitate human activities. This is in accordance with the concept of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, one of the characteristics of which is technological development and the digitalization era. Technological developments and digitalization can occur in several sectors, one of which is electronic trading or buying and selling on the Internet. Not only now, shopping can be done through social media such as the Instagram application, as well as online buying and selling applications that can be downloaded on smartphones. Given the high creativity of the younger generation, it is believed that it can increase Indonesia's per capita income, and adequate competitiveness will have a major impact on the development of online business. Of course, consumers will also be facilitated in their consumption activities. . The ease of doing business has aroused consumer interest in doing business, not only in the field of selling goods, now it can also be done online in the service sector, for example the Gojek application for online motorcycle taxis.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam menjalankan tanggungjawab dan kewajibanya melayani keperluan atau kepentingan masyarakat secara luas yang diatur berdasarkan perundang-undangan yang ada. Terwujudnya sebuah pemerintahan baik dibuktikan dengan adanya pelaksanaan pelayanan yang baik, jika pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah baik, maka tujuan pelayanan atas kepuasan masyarakat dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk reformasi pelayanan publik terhadap pengurusan kartu AK-1 di Dinas Perdagangan, Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Secara khusus dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bentuk reformasi pelayanan publik dalam pengurusan kartu AK-1 di Dinas Perdagangan, Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Padang Pariaman yakni; sistem administrasi satu atap dam operasional yang dilakukan secara elektronik. Hal ini dilihat dari adanya sistem pemerintahan elektronik (e-government) dalam menjalankan semua pemerintahan baik pusat maupun daerah dengan tujuan mempermudah pelaksanaan pelayanan terhadap kepentingan publik. Kesimpulan substantif dari artikel ini adalah adanya bentuk perubahan pelaksanaan pelayanan terhadap kepentingan publik yang akan memudahkan pelayan publik dalam melayani masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana elemen sukses penerapan E-Government pada era Covid-19 di Kominfo Riau, sekaligus mengetahui bagaimana penerapan E-Government di Kominfo Riau saat masa Covid-19 dan setelah masa Covid-19 ini. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat inovasi-inovasi apa saja yang mendukung kesuksesan penerapan E-Government di Kominfo Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menjabarkan penelitian berdasarkan penggambaran keadaan yang sebenarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai dan pimpinan Kominfo Riau, dengan Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara pada Kepala Dinas beserta pegawai yang ada di Kantor Diskominfo Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen sukses penerapan E-Government pada era Covid-19 di Kominfo Riau didukung oleh penerapan inovasi-inovasi pemerintahan yang meliputi : (1) Inovasi Dimensi Smart Governance, (2) Inovasi Dimensi Smart Society, (3) Inovasi Dimensi Smart Environment, (4) Inovasi Dimensi Smart Economy, (5) Inovasi Dimensi Smart Living, dan (6) Inovasi Dimensi Smart Branding. Beberapa inovasi yang diterapkan ini masih menemui beberapa kendala yang perlu ditangani langsung oleh Kominfo Riau serta pemerintah Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan governansi digital melalui aplikasi Mobile JKN di kantor BPJS Kesehatan di kota Bukittinggi, Serta dapat menguraikan hambatan- hambatan yang dihadapi serta solusi yang telah di jalankan. Aplikasi mobile jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN) merupakan suatu bentuk transpormasi digital model bisnis BPJS kesehatan yang semula berupakegoatan administrasi dalam di lakukan di kantor cabang atau fasilitas kesehatan, di transformasi dalam bentuk aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh peserta dimana saja dan kapan saja tanpa batasan waktu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data digunakan tiga tahapan yakni tekni reduksi, teknik penyajian data dan teknik pegambilan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang telah dilakukan di kantor camat kecmatan pauh duo, ditemukan terdapat budaya organisasi kantor tersebut yang terus menerus dilakukan oleh setiap pegawai kantor yaitu jum’at bersih dimana kegiatan membersihkan kantor oleh semua pegawai dengan goro bersama. Dan sesuai tujuan yang diharapkan budaya tersebut selain untuk menjaga kebersihan an kenyamanan, di samping itu juga dapat menjalin kembali hunungan baik antara sesama pegawai dan meningkatkan keangkrabaan. Sehingga budaya tersebut terus menerus dilakukan.

Abstract

Along with the progress of the Digitalization Era, people's needs are increasingly complex so that they must be followed by optimizing excellent public services and one of the ways that must be carried out by the state apparatus is by utilizing information technology or also known as Public Information System Management. According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, chapter I article 1 paragraph 7 states that the National Zakat Amil Agency, hereinafter referred to as BAZNAS, is an institution that manages zakat nationally. Furthermore, in Chapter II article 5 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 it is stated that to carry out zakat management, the Government establishes BAZNAS domiciled in the State capital which is a non-structural government institution that is independent and responsible to the President through the Minister. SIMBA can be used by BAZNAS throughout Indonesia as an operational standard for zakat institutions and national zakat reporting. SIMBA or BAZNAS Information Management System is a system that is a new breakthrough in terms of fulfilling the role of the national zakat coordinator for the creation of a transparent and accountable zakat management system throughout Indonesia. With an online basis, the role of the zakat coordinator can reach almost all parts of Indonesia. However, the implementation of SiMBA did not go smoothly, there was a lot of zakat data that had to be recorded starting from registration, receipt and distribution of zakat, causing various problems, namely data loss, so designing a web-based zakat management information system is one way to overcome the problems and weaknesses of the process. zakat management.

Abstract

Fuel Oil (BBM) is one of the commodities from the natural resources of oil and natural gas. Oil and natural gas are non-renewable strategic natural resources controlled by country. Oil and natural gas have an important role in the national economy. So that the management of oil and natural gas must be able to provide optimally prosperity and welfare of society. The government made a policy regarding subsidized fuel in order to save on the state budget, and it is hoped that more people will use public transportation in order to reduce traffic jams in Indonesia. The government created the My Pertamina application to buy several Pertamina products such as fuel, but in its implementation this application reaped many pros and cons from the public.
