Abstract

AbstractUnit Magazine Tebuireng is one of the Sub-units of the Issuance of Tebuireng-oriented non-profit. Training and motivation of work that is recognized to be an important factor in improving the productivity performance of the members in non-profit organization named the Magazine Tebuireng. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze to bring up the conclusion of the effectiveness of training and motivation to work in an effort to improve productivity performance of the existing employees in the Magazine Tebuireng.The method of analysis used is Triangulation, the results showed that the training and motivation of work can lead to increased productivity. Keywords : Triangulation, a Sub-Unit of the Magazine, Training, Motivation, Productivity

Abstract

In this era of development, change in the organization is a must. Organizations must innovate and stay up to date in accordance with the demands and needs of the times so that the predetermined performance program can be carried out properly. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on organizational performance, with organizational commitment as a connecting variable. This study used a census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 59 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the 3.0 program. The results of the study show that leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. In addition, leadership style and organizational culture also affect organizational commitment. Organizational commitment also has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. In addition, organizational commitment also acts as a mediator mediating the positive and significant influence of leadership style and organizational culture on organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak manajemen konflik dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi. Objek penelitiannya adalah para pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di BKPSDM Kota Malang, BKPSDM Kabupaten Malang Dan BPSDM Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 121 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equition Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan Software Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen konflik secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai, kompetensi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai, dan secara tidak langsung manajemen konflik dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
