Abstract

Rekam medis merupakan hal yang penting di setiap rumah sakit, puskesmas, dan klinik-klinik kesehatan. Rekam medis biasanya berisi tentang data penting pasien, serta seluruh riwayat penyakit yang dialami oleh pasien. Rekam medis bagi seorang dokter merupaka sebuah hal yang sangat berguna, karena pada rekam medis ini dokter dapat melihat semua tindakan pengobatan/terapi yang pernah diberikan terhadap pasien. Tempat praktik pribadi dokter yang ada pada saat ini rekam medisnya masih dikelola secara konvensional, yaitu rekam medis yang masih ditulis diatas kertas dan disimpan pada sebuah lemari penyimpanan rekam medis. Hal tersebut tentunya akan membuat pengelolaan dan pengaksesan rekam medis menjadi sulit. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut peneliti mencoba membuat layanan web yang bersifat RESTful bagi rekam medis supaya dapat dipakai oleh berbagai unit layanan kesehatan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat membuat pengelolaan dan pengaksesan rekam medis yang lebih mudah.

Abstract

The study aimed at inquiring how science teachers use question technique in the teaching-learning process. The methodology used in this study was a survey method of quantitative approach. The population is all senior high school Physics teachers in Banda Aceh. The sample is the Physics teachers regarding their length of duty which were 6 teachers from 6 schools. The sampling technique was using disproportionate stratified random sampling based on the schools accreditation. The data collection process was carried out by distributing the questionnaire to teachers and documentation technique by videotaping the learning process. The data were analyzed using a descriptive technique. The results showed that teachers used redirecting technique (70%) and probing technique (45.83%). Next, the teachers experience only impacts the probing technique. A suggestion that can be made in teaching Physics, teachers should ask questions that track and test students understanding toward a concept that they have learned.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa, aktivitas guru dan siswa, keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, dan tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan strategi pembelajaran RQA dalam proses pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan statistik deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas X-MIA-1 di MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu lembar observasi, tes dan angket yang ketiganya dianalisis menggunakan uji persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) adanya peningkatan aktivitas guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran, (2) terjadi peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dari kategori baik menjadi sangat baik (3) ketuntasan individual secara keseluruhan meningkat dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 3, serta persentase ketuntasanan klasikal secara keseluruhan juga meningkat yaitu 73%, 81%, dan 92%. (4) respon siswa cenderung positif dimana 100% siswa menyatakan senang terhadap penggunaan strategi pembelajaran RQA ini dalam proses pembelajaran. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran RQA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan Gerak Lurus.Kata kunci : Strategi Pembelajaran RQA, hasil belajar AbstractThe aim of this research is to know the results of student learning, teacher and student activities, teachers' skills in managing learning, and student responses to the use of the learning strategies of RQA in learning process. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) and the approach used in this research is descriptive statistical approach. The subjects were students of class X-MIA-1 MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh the school year 2016/2017 totaling 26 students. Data collection instruments used in research that observation sheets, tests and questionnaires were analyzed using analysis of all three percentages. The results showed (1) an increase in activity of teachers and students during the learning process, (2) an increase in teachers' skills in managing the learning of the either category into very good (3) completeness of the individual as a whole increased from cycle 1 to cycle 3, and the percentage klasikal overall also increased to 73%, 81% and 92%. (4) The students' responses tend to be positive where 100% of the students said he was happy to use this the learning strategies of RQA in the learning process. From this study it can be concluded that the application of the the learning strategies of RQA can improve student learning outcomes on the subject of Straight Motion material.Keywords: Strategies RQA, learning outcomes

Abstract

Pemetaan lokasi kriminal sangat berguna bagi pihak kepolisian dan masyarakat. Pada proses kerja selama ini, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (POLRI) masih menggunakan pemetaan dalam bentuk konvensional seperti gambar peta pada kertas yang ditempelkan pada kantor kepolisian. Hingga saat ini, jumlah personel kepolisian pada suatu wilayah belum mencapai tahap ideal, yaitu 1 (satu) orang polisi untuk 100 orang masyarakat, sehingga pengawasan yang dilakukan akan menjadi kurang efektif. Meskipun demikian, pihak kepolisian masih menggunakan data dan informasi yang disimpan pada arsip serta peta konvensional yang memiliki banyak kelemahan seperti terbatasnya informasi yang ditampilkan, dan daya tahan peta serta arsip yang mudah rusak. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi, telah dilakukan penelitian tentang aplikasi pemetaan criminal, akan tetapi aplikasi tersebut masih memiliki kekurangan seperti belum menggunakan pendekatan atau metode yang dikenal dalam proses perancangan perangkat lunak untuk mengetahui kebutuhan user. Dari beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan pada peta kriminal yang terdapat di kantor kepolisian, maka ditawarkan solusi dalam proses perancangan aplikasi peristiwa kriminal menggunakan pendekatan contextual design yang mampu mendapatkan kebutuhan user di lapangan. Sementara itu, dalam proses perancangan aplikasi, terdapat 6 (enam) langkah yang dilakukan, mulai dari wawancara kontekstual, interpretasi, konsolidasi data, visioning, storyboarding, user environment design, dan prototyping. Dengan adanya perancangan aplikasi peristiwa kriminal menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Design, maka diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan pengalaman user dalam menggunakan aplikasi sehingga menjadi lebih menyenangkan, menangkap kebutuhan user dengan benar, serta mendapatkan keluaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membantu pihak kepolisian sehingga dapat mempermudah kinerja mereka dalam proses mengelola data criminal.

Abstract

Abstract: During the COVID-19 pandemic, the presence of a supervisor is essential, especially in providing guidance and supervision, conducting evaluations, providing teacher professional training to increase the effectiveness of the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. Given the importance of the supervisory role, the ministry of education has issued technical guidelines for implementing supervision during the covid-19 pandemic. This article aims to describe the management of the elementary school supervisor during the covid-19 pandemic in Pidie Regency. The qualitative method with a descriptive model was used in this research, and data was obtained from observations, interviews, and relevant literature reviews. This study found that the supervisors of elementary school had not prepared the supervision program properly. Likewise, the implementation and evaluation are not following the supervisor’s manual and technical instructions for the supervisor during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the supervision does not positively impact effective learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at elementary schools in Pidie Regency.Abstrak: Di masa pandemi COVID-19, kehadiran seorang pengawas sangat penting, terutama dalam memberikan bimbingan dan supervisi, melakukan evaluasi, memberikan pelatihan profesional guru untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19. Mengingat pentingnya peran pengawas, Kemendikbud telah menerbitkan pedoman teknis pelaksanaan pengawasan selama pandemi Covid-19. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pengawas sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Kabupaten Pidie. Metode kualitatif dengan model deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka yang relevan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengawas sekolah dasar belum mempersiapkan program supervisi dengan baik. Demikian pula, pelaksanaan dan evaluasinya tidak mengikuti pedoman dan petunjuk teknis pengawas masa pandemi COVID-19. Akibatnya, pengawasan yang dilakukan tidak berdampak positif terhadap pembelajaran yang efektif selama pandemi COVID-19 di sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Pidie.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop an instrument for affective assessment to measure students’ attitude on norms and values in the concept of Indonesian’s biological diversity. A developmental research was conducted from February to March 2015. The results showed that from 60 items of affective instruments of modified likert scale which was designed by the researcher and then validated by 3 experts’ lecturers, It was found that there were 44 triable instruments. From 44 items that have been tried out to 272 respondents, there were only 12 invalid items with the coefficient of correlation was ≤ 0.3. The reliability of the item was 0.868 which was categorized as good. After the next trial, 32 items of instrument were tried out to 100 respondents to measure students’ attitudes. It was found that the average of students’ attitude was 103.97 which was considered as having positive attitudes. It can be concluded that the quality of developed-likert scale item instrument for assessing affective domain has been valid and reliable. It has fulfilled the criteria of a good tool to assess attitude domain.

Abstract

The ability of students to ask questions is one of the obstacles faced by teachers when teaching. Most students do not want to ask questions when the teacher gives the chance to ask questions. The low ability of students to ask questions was also influenced by the ability of teachers to raise the enthusiasm of students to ask questions also experienced by physics teachers in Aceh Tengah. Therefore, it is necessary to increase teacher professionalism in these activities. The purpose of this activity is to provide support to physics teachers on how to improve students' scientific questioning skills in physics lessons at SMA Aceh Tengah District. The target of Community Service activities in 2020, is the core teachers in the field of Physics in Aceh Tengah Regency, totaling 10 people. Implementation of assistance uses the Question Web-Based Learning (QWBL) learning model or the questions based learning model. Assistance material is the development of student worksheets based on questions or called the student activity question web worksheets (SQWS). SQWS is a question sheet that can link one question with other questions about the material being studied. The teacher's ability to improve students' scientific questioning skills in learning physics is measured using the Scientific Asking Skills Assessment Sheet (SASAS) or scientific questioning skills test assessment sheet. The results of the mentoring show that the teacher's ability to ask questions before going mentoring is in the average scientific category and less scientific, whereas after mentoring the average ability of the teacher to ask is in the scientific category and very scientific. This shows that the mentoring activity very helped physics teachers to improve students' scientific questioning skills at SMA Aceh Tengah district.

Abstract

This study raises the issue of how and whether there are differences in students' interests, motivations, and barriers to online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in Rikit Gaib High School Student and Pantan Cuaca High School Student. This study aims to find out how and whether there are differences in students' interests, motivations, and barriers to online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in Rikit Gaib High School Student and Pantan Cuaca High School Student. The benefits of this reearch are expected to provide secientific treasures and literacy in the field of education, epecially during this covid-19 pandemic mass and practical benefits for teacher to be able to find out how the minimum, student motivation and what are the learning obstacles during the covid-19 pandemi and students participate actively in the learning process.The subjects in this study were students Rikit Gaib High School Student and Rikit Gaib High School Student Pantan Cuaca of 50 people. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using a direct-based closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is the percentage. Research result shows that the most dominant indicator of interest in learning is a sense of interest in online Rikit Gaib High School Student, less than half of students are interested in online learning, the most dominan indicator of learning motivasion is diligent in studying for High School Student Rikit Gaib more than half of students are diligent in learning online, and High School Student In Pantan Cuaca more than half students are diligent in learning online, And the most dominan indicator of learning obstacles is not being able to study properly in high school students Rikit Gaib more than half of the students can study properly and less than half of the students of High School Students Pantan Cuaca can study properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe students' mathematical problem solving abilities during learning process with Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model and simultaneously to see the improvement of problem solving ability of students. This research uses a qualitative approach together with quantitative through concurrent embedded strategy. The sample of research is 22 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Pilot Aceh Tamiang. The instruments used are problem solving and semi-structured test. Data of problem solving ability of student during learning with CPS model was analyzed descriptively, while improvement of problem solving ability of student was analyzed by t-test using SPSS software version 22 for windows. The results showed that there was development of problem solving ability of students during learning with CPS model. The development of students 'problem-solving abilities is demonstrated by students' ability to understand problems, plan settlements, solve problems and re-examine them. This ability is evident at every meeting. Further research results also show there is an increase in problem solving skills of students with CPS model.

Abstract

This research develops a comic-based student worksheet to learn about feasibility, learning outcomes, and motivation of the student worksheet. The research was carried out using research and development (R&D) methods with the ADDIE development model. The implementation of this comic-based Student Worksheet uses a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were students of class VIII at MTsN 3 Banda Aceh. The samples in this study were 57 students in the class of Abu Bakar Ash Siddiq and Zaid bin Thabit who were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection using validation tests, written tests, and questionnaires. The results of the feasibility test showed that the Developed Student Worksheet was included in the feasible category with an average score of assessments by experts and natural science teachers of 91.25% and 99.03%. Analysis of learning outcomes data using the t-test, obtained tcount>ttable (4.42> 2.01) shows that there are differences in the value of student learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes where the value of the experimental class is higher than the control class. Results of analysis Motivation of students tcount>ttable (15,53> 2,01) also shows the use of comic-based worksheets can increase students' learning motivation so that it can be concluded that the use of comic-based worksheets is feasible, it can improve student learning outcomes and motivation
