Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji beberapa faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Beberapa faktor tersebut yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja. Metodologi: Penelitian menggunakan data yang diperoleh langsung oleh responden dan bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh karyawan UD Bosman sebanyak 400 karyawan. Teknik simple random sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan hasil akhir sampel yaitu 80 sampel. Data dianalisis melalui uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji F, dan uji korelasi. Temuan: Disimpulkan hasil penelitian bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan terhadap kinerja karyawan di UD Bosman. Dimana hasil koefisien regresi variabel gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 0.298 bernilai positif, variabel pelatihan sebesar 0.569 bernilai positif dan variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 0.189 bernilai positif dengan kontribusi ketiga variabel tersebut sebesar 75,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Implikasi Praktis: Pihak UD Bosman terhadap gaya kepemimpinan dapat menerapkan kepemimpinan yang partisipatif dan komunikatif untuk mendorong semangat kerja, menyusun program pelatihan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan, membangun budaya kerja yang menghargai kedisiplinan, seperti ketepatan waktu dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh getok tular, promosi, biaya, dan lokasi berpengaruh pada keputusan mahasiswa memilih universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian yang diguanakan pada penlitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 16. 0 Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Getok tular, promosi, biaya, dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. Orisinalitas: Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk menambah studi literatur mengenai keputusan memilih dengan mengambil subjek Mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interest in buying Selis electric bicycles using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach in Yogyakarta. This study is a quantitative study using data analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis processed using the assistance of the IBM SPSS version 26 program calculation. The population of this study is consumers who have purchased or have not purchased Selis electric bicycles in Yogyakarta as many as 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the variables partially perceived usefulness and trust have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest of Selis electric bicycles in Yogyakarta, while perceived ease of use and perceived security have a positive but insignificant effect on the purchase interest of Selis electric bicycles in Yogyakarta. The results of the F test indicate that the variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and trust together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchase interest of Selis electric bicycles in Yogyakarta. The variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and trust are able to explain the purchase interest variable by 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This community service was carried out with the aim of developing Watu Gendong tourism in Beji Village. Watu Gendong is a tourist attraction that has the potential to be developed into a local and national tourist destination. The implementation of the Watu Gendong tourism development was carried out in Beji Village, Ngawen District, Gunungkidul Regency. This activity is carried out using the training method. The results of this dedication include increasing the Partner's ability to manage Watu Gendong tourism, the management structure of Watu Gendong tourism, and digital promotional facilities in the form of websites and sosial media. With good tourism management and digital promotion facilities that have begun to be built, it is hoped that Watu Gendong tourism will develop into a globally recognized tourist destination.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of halal marketing, halal labeling, knowledge, brand image, and product quality on the interest in buying halal cosmetics in the Zilenial generation.The method used in this study is a quantitative survey approach through a questionnaire with a sample of 211 Gen-Z respondents who were selected by purposive sampling based on birth criteria between 1997-2012, domiciled on the island of Java and had bought halal cosmetic products. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. This study shows that halal marketing, halal labeling, halal knowledge, brand image, and product quality have a significant influence on buying interest. The implications of this research can be used by halal cosmetics industry players as a basis for formulating marketing strategies that are more effective and in accordance with the characteristics of Gen Z. By utilizing the right strategy, companies can help the country's economic growth.

Abstract

The need for an internet network is important. This study aims to predict the impact of SERVQUAL dimensions of internet service providers on customer loyalty in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research with SEM-PLS analysis. Data collection by questionnaire, with a sample of 115 internet service provider (ISP) customers in Yogyakarta. The test results with the structural model are responsiveness and empathy do not affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer satisfaction, experiental marketing, customer trust terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Coffee Shop X. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik probality sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji T dan Uji F. Hasil dari regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa Customer satisfaction, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,513 dan sig 0,001 < 0,05. Experiental marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,220 dan sig 0,002 < 0,05. Customer trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 1,472 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa customer satisfaction, experiental marketing, dan customer trust secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R2) dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,835%.

Abstract

The development and the increasing number of business actors engaged in the industrial sector has resulted in competition in business becoming increasingly sharp and competitive, both in terms of quality, price and the way promotions are carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were consumers who purchased FEZ Racing. The sample used was 80 respondents who were selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data analysis used using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that simultaneously product quality, service quality, price, promotion influence purchasing decisions. In partial variable testing for the variable product quality, service quality, price, promotion proves that there is a positive and significant influence on the purchase of FEZ Racing Exhaust brand exhaust.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan keadaan yang dialami di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Adanya kehadiran virus Covid-19 ini berdampak pada segala bidang, salah satunya yaitu bidang pendidikan. Semenjak adanya pandemi saat ini, tentunya ada perubahan dalam sistem pendidikan. Pemberlakuan pembelajaran daring, memaksa peserta didik mengikuti pembelajaran dengan sistem online. Adanya hal tersebut tentunya menjadikan tantangan bagi tenaga pendidik maupun orang tua yang seharusnya mendampingi anaknya ketika pembelajaran daring berlangsung. Pembelajaran daring ini merupakan adaptasi kebiasaan baru yang harus bisa diterima dan dilaksanakan oleh tenaga pendidik maupun peserta didik. Terlaksananya pembelajaran daring ini harus ada faktor-faktor pendukung, salah satunya yaitu aplikasi yang digunakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran daring. Wilayah Dusun Gatak RT 05, Kelurahan Tamantirto, Kecamatan Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, ditemukan permasalahan bahwa kurangnya sosialisasi dan pemahaman mengenai pemanfaatan aplikasi pembelajaran online, maka dari itu dibuatlah “Pelatihan Aplikasi dalam Pembelajaran Daring Terhadap Anak-anak Sekolah di Masa Pandemi”, hasil pelatihan tersebut terlihat dari adanya peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap anak sekolah yang mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi pembelajaran online, mulai dari pembuatan akun Google, Google Classroom, dan Zoom Meeting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, direct compensation, work stress and work environment on turnover intention at PT. Indonesian Bamboo Craft. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling and the data collection method used a questionnaire. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of -0.315 and a significance value of 0.025. Direct compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of -0.295 and a significance value of 0.017. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of 0.342 and a significance value of 0.000. The work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of -0.207 and a significance value of 0.028. Perceptions of job satisfaction, compensation, work stress and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.000. therefore, all hypotheses are accepted.
