Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of modular aquarium recirculation to improving the quality of ornamental corals at CV. Rezky Bahari, South Sulawesi. As for the application of modular aquarium recirculation at CV. Rezky Bahari is that it has been implemented and runs according to its function or use and can improve the quality of ornamental corals in the company. This research uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. The samples used were all the number of ornamental corals found in 5 modular aquariums..The results of the study were obtained by making direct observations about how changes before and after recirculation was applied. With this direct observation, it has been proven that the quality of ornamental corals is very influential on the application of recirculation where there are many changes ranging from the level of survival to the quality of water.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the competence of local government apparatus, the implementation of financial accountability and compliance with regulations on performance accountability at the Aceh Financial Management Agency. The sample of this study were employees of the Aceh Financial Management Agency, totalling 29 employees using the census technique. The variable competence of local government apparatus, the application of financial accountability and adherence to regulations on performance accountability is measured using a Likert scale, and the data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously there is an influence of the competence of local government apparatus, the application of financial accountability and adherence to regulations on performance accountability. The results of the F test obtained Fcount> Ftabel or (16.346> 2.73) and a significant test that the p value is 0.000 < p which is set at 0.05. Partial test results show that: 1. The competence of local government apparatus affects performance accountability Thitung 3,755> Ttabel 1,703 and p value 0.001 < p 0.05 means significant. 2. The application of financial accountability affects performance accountability Thitung 2,713> Ttable 1,703 and p value 0.002 < from p 0.05 means significant, 3. Obedience to regulations affects performance accountability Thitung 2,777> Ttable 1,703 and p value 0.004 < from p 0.05 means significant.

Abstract

Culture is one of the national identities that must be preserved and is a characteristic of a country that differentiates it from other countries. One of the cultures in Indonesia is Malay culture. Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) will visit Tanjungpinang, Indonesia with the agenda of carrying out Community Service on Penyengat Island which will be accompanied by lecturers and students from STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang. The aim of implementing Community Service is to introduce Malay culture to foreign students, especially Malay culture on Penyengat Island. This activity is carried out in the form of direct outreach. The results obtained from this Community Service activity were introducing Malay culture to overseas students with a series of activities involving lecturers, students and the residents of Penyengat Island.

Abstract

This community service is an activity that aims to improve skills in preparing calculating budgets for BUMG managers in Gampong Batoh, Lueng Bata District, Banda Aceh City. It is hoped that with this E-Budgeting Application Training, budget calculations preparation will be more effective. Village fund management is the budget most vulnerable to misuse or corruption. Village officials are the most corrupt officials in Indonesia according to ICW Lola Ester in Jakarta. The aim is to optimize expenditure according to needs and also as planning in managing finances in the village so that expenditure can be made according to the available budget, other things are aligning with strategic plans, coordinating activities from several departments, assigning responsibilities to families and evaluating performance.  Keyword : Apparatus, Training, E-Budgetting, Budget Calculations

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji terkait Faktor Penyebab Rendahnya Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi dalam Rapor Pendidikan SMA Negeri 1 Gowa tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menyajikan data berupa data tertulis dan bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Rendahnya Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi serta Upaya Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi dan Numerasi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Hasil penelitian penelitian menunjukkan faktor penyebab rendahnya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi SMA Negeri 1 Gowa meliputi fasilitas belajar, metode pembelajaran, bahan ajar, dan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. a) Fasilitas belajar utama yang disediakan oleh sekolah dalam menunjang kemampuan literasi dan numerasi berupa buku pelajaran serta tersedia perpustakaan sekolah, namun pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar oleh siswa masih kurang optimal, b) Pemilihan metode pembelajaran oleh guru cenderung monoton dan kurang inovatif, seperti penggunaan metode ceramah. c) Ketersediaan bahan ajar berupa buku paket belum dimiliki oleh setiap siswa, dan beberapa guru tidak menyiapkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan baik sebelum tahun ajaran baru dimulai. d) Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi membantu proses pembelajaran, sebagian guru di SMA Negeri 1 Gowa masih kurang mampu mengaplikasikan teknologi tersebut dalam proses pembelajaran. Upaya yang dilakukan SMA Negeri 1 Gowa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa yaitu pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS), pengadaan fasilitas belajar dengan optimalisasi perpustakaan, pemilihan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif, dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This study was a classroom action research (CAR) on improving students’ vocabulary achievement through short story to Junior High School. This research was conducted within two cycles in which each cycle consisted of three meetings. Either first cycle or second cycle consisted of planning, action, observation/evaluation, and reflection. The subject of this study was 8th Grade students’ at SMP Negeri 4 Kendari. A number of the students in the class were 32 students. Then, the instruments were used in this study include observation sheet of teacher’s and students’ activity, vocabulary test. The improvement could be seen in the result of students’ achievement after conducting this study was 90.62% proved that it achieved classical achievement. Moreover, percentage of teacher’s and student’s activity also achieved 800% in the second cycle. In other words, the students’ vocabulary at Grade 8th of SMP Negeri 4 Kendari improved through short story.

Abstract

Kota Serang sebagai ibu kota Provinsi Banten, mengacu pada UU No. 32 Tahun 2004 berubah status menjadi kota otonom baru. Dampak yang terlihat akibat perubahan status ini adalah besarnya arus migrasi tenaga kerja dari berbagai daerah ke Kabupaten Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode literatur rieview di kawasan tersebut secara signifikan mempengaruhi pola kehidupan para migrasi. Selain sebagai migrasi penduduk, aktivitas di sekitar juga memicu perpindahan ke kabupaten terutama untuk kegiatan perdagangan dan jasa. Daerah yang menjadi konsentrasi perdagangan Kabupaten Serang. Disebabkan selain karena jaraknya yang relatif dekat dan mudahnya akses transportasi, jalan-jalan utama kabupaten dalam kondisi relatif baik sehingga waktu tempuh ke lokasi relatif lebih cepat,di samping itu fasilitas umum di Kabupaten Serang ini lebih lengkap seperti fasilitas pendidikan, perkantoran, dan pusat pemerintahan karena negara kota ini juga merupakan ibukota Provinsi Banten.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of a baby's life is an important strategy to support optimal growth and development. Breast milk has many benefits for babies, such as strengthening the immune system and supporting brain development. However, various obstacles such as emotional stress, lack of self-confidence, and minimal support from family and the community remain significant barriers to successful breastfeeding. These issues often lead to failure to provide exclusive breastfeeding in accordance with health recommendations. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of hypnobreastfeeding training in improving breastfeeding knowledge, attitudes, and practices among mothers with infants aged 0–6 months in the Bojongkerta area of Bogor City. Hypnobreastfeeding is a psychological approach that combines relaxation techniques, positive affirmations, and education about breastfeeding to help mothers feel more confident in the breastfeeding process. This study used a quasi-experimental approach with a pre- and post-test design without a control group. A total of 31 breastfeeding mothers participated in this training, which included education about breastfeeding, positive affirmation techniques, and relaxation exercises. Data analysis results showed a significant increase in mothers' knowledge and attitudes towards breastfeeding after the training intervention. Furthermore, the study also recorded an increase in the success of exclusive breastfeeding during the observation period. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that hypnobreastfeeding is an effective approach to supporting the empowerment of breastfeeding mothers at the community level. This method offers a psychologically based solution to overcome social barriers that affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the principal as a motivator at SMAN 2 Bulukumba using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, with the principal and teachers as the main sources. The findings reveal that the principal plays an active role in motivating by managing the physical environment, ensuring adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as maintaining school safety and cleanliness. In fostering teacher discipline, the principal applies persuasive approaches, role modeling, structured guidance, and open communication. Furthermore, the principal designs fair and inclusive reward programs, which enhance teacher motivation, work enthusiasm, and professionalism. Supporting factors include the creation of a conducive school environment, harmonious cooperation, open communication, and wise leadership. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors consist of the lack of active participation from some teachers and staff, as well as limited facilities and infrastructure, which hinder the optimal implementation of motivational programs..
