Abstract

Mental illness experienced by 96 people between 12,392 people in Bubulak District, West Bogor. At the same time, family knowledge and abilities are not going well, services for psychological health programs by Community Health Centers are not going well, and Family Support Groups are not there. The title of this research is the Effect of Supporting Family Groups on Family Ability in Caring for Clients with Mental Illness in Bubulak Regency, West Bogor. This study aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the influence of the Family Support Group on the ability of families to care for clients with mental illness. The study design used a quasi-experimental pre-post trial with a control group using the intervention of the Family Support Group. The sample was selected using a single-stage cluster and consisted of 74 families with a client mental illness. This group is divided into two groups as follows: Group I (Care of family support groups, four meetings consisting of 2 weeks) and Group II (without Family Support Groups). Family cognitive abilities, affective abilities, and psychomotor abilities were assessed using a questionnaire, and then the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the dependent t-test, independent t-test, Chi-Square, and Simple Linear Regression methods. This study shows a significant increase in family cognitive abilities, affective abilities, and psychomotor abilities in caring for clients with mental illness. The ability of the group handled by the Family Support Group is significantly and significantly improved compared to the group without the Family Support Group. It is recommended to form and to conduct a Family Support Group to families who have clients with mental illness in the community.

Abstract

Harga diri sebagai hasil evaluasi individu (kognisi) tentang dirinya sendiri yang mempengaruhi emosi (kasih sayang) sehingga menampilkan perilaku menerima dan menunjukkan seberapa banyak individu percaya pada dirinya sendiri bahwa ia berharga. Individu yang memiliki harga diri rendah biasanya cenderung kurang percaya diri, karena mereka meremehkan bakat mereka sendiri dan merasa tidak ada yang menghargai mereka. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, wawancara dan distribusi kuesioner harga diri yang dilakukan peneliti di sekolah menemukan siswa yang memiliki harga diri rendah seperti menghindari situasi yang memicu kecemasan, kurang percaya diri dan menunjukkan rentang emosi yang sempit. Dari masalah ini para peneliti mencoba menerapkan layanan konseling perilaku kognitif dengan teknik restrukturisasi untuk siswa yang memiliki harga diri rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling perilaku kognitif dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif pada harga diri siswa kelas VIII di MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung pada Tahun Akademik 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain pra-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII di MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung yang termasuk dalam kriteria harga diri rendah. Kemudian diperoleh 12 sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh untuk menangani siswa ini. Skor rata-rata skor harga diri sebelum berpartisipasi dalam layanan konseling perilaku kognitif teknik restrukturisasi kognitif adalah 44,8 dan setelah mengikuti layanan konseling perilaku kognitif dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif meningkat menjadi 65,8. Dari hasil uji-t dengan derajat kebebasan df = 11 dengan tingkat signifikan α = 0,05 sebesar 1,796. karena thitung <tabel (-13,472 <1,796), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh pada penerapan layanan konseling kognitif perilaku dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif terhadap harga diri siswa kelas VIII di MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung. Saran yang diajukan oleh peneliti, yaitu guru bimbingan konseling diharapkan dapat memprogram dan melatih siswa dengan penerapan layanan bimbingan konseling untuk mengatasi masalah siswa, terutama pada siswa yang memiliki penilaian diri negatif. maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti ada pengaruh pada penerapan layanan konseling kognitif perilaku dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif terhadap harga diri siswa kelas VIII di MTs N 2 Bandar Lampung. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penurunan perilaku agresif peserta didik dengan konseling perilaku dengan teknik pemodelan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode desain pretest-postes satu kelompok. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa dengan melihat kriteria perilaku agresif peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada penurunan perilaku agresif setelah mengikuti konseling perilaku dengan teknik pemodelan .

Abstract

The aim of this research her to get comprehensive picture about the influence therapeutic group therapy to family’s ability stimulating for infant, and infant development trust in district of Batu Ampar, Kramatjati Jakarta Timur. Design research is “Quasi experimental design with pre post test approach on intervention and kontrol group." sample is purposive sampling with sample size 80 mother. Therapy group therapy conducted in the with seven sessions provide stimulation aspects of motor, cognitive, language, emotion, personality, moral, spiritual, psychosocial. Results showed increased cognitive ability, psychomotor, and infant development of trust is significantly (p-value <0.05). Increased cognitive skills, psychomotor and growth-child trust was significantly higher in mother who receive therapy compared with treatment groups that received no therapy group therapy (p-value <0.05). Therapeutic group therapy is recommended to be done within the framework of health services in the community as a form of mental health services for mother with infant age.

Abstract

This study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about the dangers of inhalationand the social environment of adolescents to the abuse of Fox glue. This study used a Cross-Sectional Design experimental design. The research subjects used in this study were 64 adolescents in the Pidada Panjang village, Bandar Lampung. Selection of subjects using simple random sampling technique by taking samples from members of the population at random without considering the existing strata. In this study, using data collection techniques with three instruments, the first instrument is knowledge of inhalation hazards (Asti, 2014), the second instrument is the influence of the social environment (Hidayat, 2016), and the third instrument of inhalation abuse changed by the researchers themselves. The data analysis technique used was Univariate and Bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge about the dangers of inhalation (p-value = 0.003) and the social environment of adolescents (p-value = 0.000) on the abuse of Fox glue. The findings of this study prove that knowledge about the dangers of inhalation and the social environment is related to the prevention of inhalation abuse (Fox glue) in adolescents. The higher the knowledge about the dangers of inhalation and a good social environment, the higher the preventive measures against inhalation (Fox glue)

Abstract

This study explores the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in guidance and counseling services to address online game addiction. The researchers employed the SLR (systematic literature review) approach compiled using the PRISMA Method and scanned with Vosviewer software. The number of participants varied, with the largest number being 7129. Other numbers of participants included 2-20 subjects, 30-100 subjects, and two subjects with the least number of participants. The findings highlight that CBT, often combined with supplementary techniques, effectively reduces online game addiction by adapting strategies to individual needs. Family involvement plays a crucial role, serving as both a source of support and a potential contributing factor. Counselors frequently appoint a family member to assist in managing the counselee, and in severe cases, CBT is complemented by other therapeutic approaches or medications to address related psychological issues. Alternative therapies, such as Behavior Change Techniques (BCT), Behavior Change Strategies (BCS), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), further enhance the treatment's efficacy. This study contributes to the field by emphasizing the adaptability and impact of CBT in addressing online game addiction while calling for future research on integrating CBT with other interventions and preventive measures across diverse cultural contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and coping strategy with happiness in students who are working on their thesis. The population in this study were students of the 2018 Islamic Counseling Guidance Study Program with a total sample of 70 students selected using the simple random sampling technique. This study uses the happiness scale, social support scale and coping strategy scale. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis techniques assisted by the JASP software version 0.16.1.0 for windows. The first hypothesis test produces an R value = 0,582 and an F = 17.128 value with a significant level of P <0.01 these result indicate that there is a significant relationship between social support and coping strategies with happiness. The two independent variables make an affective contribution of 33.8%. In the second hypothesis test, the correlation value (rx₁-y) = 0.538 with a significance value of P = < .001 shows that prove that there is a significant relationship between social support and happiness. The social support variable makes an affective contribution of 23.3%. In third hypothesis test, the correlation value (rx₂-y) = 0.430 with a significance value of P = < .001 shows that there is an affective significant relationship between coping strategies and happiness. Coping strategy variables provide contribution relationship of 10.5%.Keywords: Happiness, Social Support, Coping Strategy

Abstract

Inclusive education has received much attention globally in relation to ensuring equal opportunities in learning for all students with diverse special needs. This systematic review explores the roles and challenges of counseling teachers in inclusive education through an analysis of 21 research articles. The results show that counseling teachers play an important role in emotional and academic support, development of individualized education plans, collaboration among stakeholders, and crisis management in an inclusive environment. Inadequate training, limited resources, heavy caseloads and systemic barriers hinder their implementation. Bk teachers identified targeted professional development, integration of assistive technology, and improved policies and resources as prerequisites to overcome these challenges. The current study demonstrates the importance of holistic and interdisciplinary methods to empower counseling teachers in building the supportive platforms needed to develop inclusive practices. Its findings add to actionable strategies and policy developments that can be established to improve inclusive education systems worldwide.

Abstract

This study focuses on K-Pop fanaticism and its impact on the development of adolescent self-identity, with a particular focus on gender differences. The aim of this study is to examine how adolescents' involvement in K-Pop fandom influences their identity formation and its implications for self-development through personal counseling services. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review of articles in the Scopus database (2015–2024). The results of the study indicate that adolescents' involvement in K-Pop fandom can shape social and personal identities, but also pose risks such as excessive fanaticism and gender role distortion. Gender differences influence how adolescents internalize fandom culture, which directly impacts the dynamics of their self-development. These findings highlight the importance of personal guidance services that are responsive to popular cultural phenomena and sensitive to gender issues in order to support healthy and balanced adolescent identity development.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the management of special guidance and counseling (GC) services at SMPN 33 Bandar Lampung. The main focus of this research includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and challenges in the implementation of GC services. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews with GC teachers, observations, and analysis of school documents. The results show that GC services at SMPN 33 Bandar Lampung are well-structured but still face several obstacles such as limited resources and lack of active student participation. Therefore, innovative strategies are needed in managing GC services to be more effective in supporting students' academic and psychosocial development. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen layanan khusus bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di SMPN 33 Bandar Lampung. Fokus utama penelitian ini mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta tantangan dalam implementasi layanan BK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru BK, observasi, serta analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan BK di SMPN 33 Bandar Lampung telah terstruktur dengan baik, namun masih menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kurangnya partisipasi aktif siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi inovatif dalam pengelolaan layanan BK agar lebih efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan akademik dan psikososial siswa.
