Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of social media contributions WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram as a means of promotion of Merv Industries products. Then it aims to find out which social media has the most dominant influence as a promotional tool for Merv Industries products. This study used quantitative methods, collecting data through interviews and questionnaires. As for the population in this study are all consumers / product customers at Merv Industries. The sample was determined as many as 100 customers using the Cooper and Schindler methods. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on all aspects and sectors in people's lives, especially in the economic sector, resulting in many layoffs and a decrease in the number of buyers. To overcome the decline in the number of buyers, choosing to use marketing through social media is the main choice made by business actors. The results of the research based on the results of data processing show that partially or simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram variables as a means of product promotion at Merv Industries. Then it is known that whatsapp has the most dominant influence as a means of product promotion at Merv Industries. The means of product promotion at the convection company Merv Industries are influenced by WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram by 70.30%. While the rest, namely 29.70%, is influenced by other variables outside the variables examined in this study, including; service quality, company location and price discount.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to test and measure the relationship and influence both partially and simultaneously on service responsiveness, transaction speed, service presence, professionalism, and overall service satisfaction on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. Then to find out the most dominant variable relationship and its influence on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting primary and secondary data through distributing questionnaires and literature data. The population in the customer research at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo took a sample of 50 respondents with Convenience Sampling. Providing good service is something that is expected by every service provider and those who receive service. If a service company is not careful in attracting consumers, it can result in consumers leaving the company and moving to other companies that are considered more satisfying to their customers. In an effort to attract consumers, service companies must further improve their services both in service quality, service results and matters related to the service directly. The results of the study found that both partially and simultaneously there is a significant positive relationship and influence of optimal service quality consisting of service responsiveness, transaction speed, service presence, professionalism, and overall service satisfaction on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. Then it was also found that service responsiveness had the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian CP Sukoharjo. Customer/consumer satisfaction can be explained by service responsiveness, transaction speed, service presence, professionalism, and overall service satisfaction of 85.70. While the remaining 14.30% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study has a goal, namely to be able to determine the effect partially or simultaneously on the variables of leadership, work discipline, motivation on employee performance. In order for management activities to work optimally, the organization must have competent and trained workers and then efforts to operate the organization as well as possible to improve employee performance. This shows that it is increasingly clear that the position of human resources in a company is an important asset that must be managed properly and correctly. This research was conducted on PT Batk Keris employees who are located at Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 1. Surakarta. The population is all employees as many as 50 people, then all are taken as samples (saturated sampling). The results of the study can be stated that there is a partial and simultaneous influence of the variables of leadership, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The influence of the three independent variables turns out to be the leadership variable that has the most dominant influence on the ups and downs of employee performance. The influence of the variables of leadership, work discipline and motivation is 88.60%, while the remaining 11.40% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif merupakan suatu cipta, rasa, karya dan karsa yang pada prosesnya terdapat nilai yang memiliki basis ide dari inovasi dan kreativitas dari sumber daya manusia dengan mengintensifkan pengetahuan skill dan talenta. Ekonomi kreatif 4.0 di era new normal terkhusus bidang industri olahraga merupakan suatu peluang yang dapat dioptimalkan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Melalui ekonomi kreatif 4.0 pada industri olahraga yang di implementasikan dengan terintegrasi dan terpadu diharapkan dapat berimplikasi terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Tujuan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh team kolaborasi pengabdian adalah memberikan sosialisasi berupa pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada mahasiswa olahraga FKOR UNS dan umum mengenai ekonomi kreatif 4.0 dalam meningkatkan produktifitas industri olahraga di era new normal. Obyek sosialisasi pada kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa FKOR UNS dan umum sebanyak 206 orang. Kegiatan kolaborasi pengabdian masyarakat ini telah disosialisasikan melalui webinar dan dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas industri olahraga yang dapat menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia melalui ekonomi kreatif 4.0

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim organisasi dan kerja tim dalam kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner ukuran sampel 100 responden dari karyawan Valore Hotel Cimahi. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah deskriftif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan, gaya transformasional dan variabel kerja sama tim berhubungan positif dan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, di seluruh organisasi variabel iklim tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Penelitian Kuantitatif.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif telah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, menjadi kekuatan utama dalam perekonomian global. Salah satu aspek yang memainkan peran kunci dalam kesuksesan ekonomi kreatif adalah kolaborasi antara industri yang berbeda di dalam ekosistem tersebut. Melalui studi literatur, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dinamika kolaborasi industri dalam ekosistem ekonomi kreatif. Analisis ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya kolaborasi industri dan bagaimana kolaborasi tersebut memengaruhi perkembangan ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang penerapan HRIS (Human Resource Information System) dalam manajemen SDM untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas. HRIS adalah sistem informasi yang membantu mengelola data karyawan, proses administrasi, pengembangan karyawan, dan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Dengan menggunakan HRIS, organisasi dapat mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas rutin, meningkatkan akses informasi, dan membuat keputusan berdasarkan data yang akurat. Penerapan HRIS juga dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan perubahan budaya organisasi, namun dengan strategi yang tepat, manfaatnya dapat dioptimalkan dalam manajemen SDM.

Abstract

Being an entrepreneur is an attempt of activating Indonesian economic wheel. In the attempt of empowering creativity and innovation, the entrepreneurs are expected to grow into employers who can open job opportunities in various business sectors. This community service activity is entitled a digital-based entrepreneurship training to realize millennial generation with young entrepreneur spirit. This title was chosen based on the factual condition of people today characterized with the increased unemployment rate disproportional to the job opportunity availability. The problems encountered by participants are limited information and experience supporting the digital-based entrepreneurial activities, and limited knowledge on the detail of digital-based entrepreneurship, leading to the limited number of alumni and graduates choosing to be entrepreneurs. This activity aims to improve skill and to create digital-based young entrepreneurs to the participants in the partner location. The basic output with target to be achieved is the created independent business community having digital-based entrepreneurial skill. This community service was implemented in the form of entrepreneurship training and facilitation. The partner in this activity includes the students of Faculty of Business  Economy of Universitas Tunas Pembangunan (UTP) Surakarta. Twenty (20) participants participated in this activity. Evaluation was conducted using questionnaire distributed to the participants aiming to find out the students’ understanding on the implementation of training and interview. The result achieved in the end of community service activity is the improved understanding and skill of participants concerning digital-based entrepreneurship that can be indicated with the number of startups established by the participants.

Abstract

The aims of this research were 1) to examine and measure the influence of work motivation on work achievement in employees. (2) To test and measure the effect of team work on work performance in employees. (3) To find out whether the use of information technology as a moderating variable weakens or strengthens the effect of work motivation on work achievement for employees. (4) To find out whether the use of information technology as a moderating variable weakens or strengthens the effect of teamwork on work achievement for Widya Trans Cargo employees. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Widya Trans Cargo Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees at Widya Trans Cargo consisting of central employees and branch employees, namely 78 employees. The entire population in this study, totaling 78 employees, were all taken as samples, with saturated sample sampling. The results of the study found that motivation and teamwork had a significant positive effect on the work performance of Widya Trans Cargo Jakarta employees. Utilization of information technology strengthens the influence of work motivation and teamwork on employee performance.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan modal fundamental sebuah industri kreatif untuk terus tumbuh dan eksis dalam iklim persaingan ekonomi yang semakin hari semakin ketat. Untuk menghasilkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas, maka diupayakan dalam pemyelenggaraan pendidikan serta pelatihan untuk mengoptimalisasi efektifitas dan efisiensi kinerja yang maksimal pada seluruh Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada pada industri kreatif cetak saring sablon manual. Sering terjadi permsalahan pada industri kreatif mengenai keterampilan pada karyawan yang perlu untuk ditingkatkan dalam menginisiasi pentingnya sebuah perencanaan dan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Permasalahan yang ditemui pada industri kreatif cetak saring sablon manual di wilayah Jaten Karanganyar adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan praktik mengenai MSDM dalam efisiensi dan efektifitas kinerja yang dilakukan. Tujuan diadakanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pengalaman tentang MSDM secara sederhana kepada para karyawan industri kreatif cetak saring sablon manual di wilayah Jaten Karanganyar agar supaya dapat optimal dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsi masing masing karyawan secara tanggung jawab dan terhindar dari penyalahgunaan wewenang dalam menjalankan aktivitas produksi. Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bagi karyawan yaitu bertambahnya pengetahuan mengenai perencanaann, pengendalian, pelaksanaan, MSDM, dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, perencanaan, dan evaluasi. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu karyawan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman mengenai MSDM untuk membuat perencanaan kerja optimal serta, efektif dan efisien.
