Abstract

Nurse performance is measured by the services provided to patients so that patients feel good or bad about the health services provided by nurses. So nurse performance is the work of nurses in providing nursing care according to their authority and responsibility which can be measured in quality and quantity. Performance can be interpreted through the compliance of professional nurses in carrying out nursing care in accordance with standards. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the performance of nurses at the Betungan Care Health Centre, Bengkulu City. The method used was a cross sectional design, the data were collected in the form of primary data by distributing questionnaires to 31 nurses at the Betungan Care Health Centre, Bengkulu City using the Total Sampling technique. The results of univariate analysis showed that almost some nurses (45.2%) with vocational education, more than some nurses (58.1%) with good work discipline, almost some nurses (38.7%) with long service period and more than some nurses (61.3%) with good performance. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between education and nurse performance (p=0.029), there was a relationship between work discipline and nurse performance (p=0.001) and there was a relationship between tenure and nurse performance (p=0.014).The researcher suggested that the Puskesmas should be able to motivate its employees at work so that nurse performance becomes good and for the Health Office the results of this study are expected to be used as one of the considerations for making policies or programs in improving the performance of nurses.

Abstract

Intoduction: The coverage of Td2+ immunization for pregnant women in 2021 is 46.4%. This coverage is lower than the 2020 coverage of 54.7%, and also lower than the coverage of K4 pregnant women services which amounted to 88.8%. Meanwhile, Td2+ is a prerequisite for health services for K4 pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and husband support with the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization in pregnant women in the Working Area of Puskesmas Lingkar Timur, Bengkulu City. Method: The design in this study used analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, respondents were 95 farmers in Bermani Ulu District. The statistical test in this study used the chi-square test bivariate analysis. Result and Discussion: The results of the univariate test analysis of most respondents (58.1%) with complete tetanus toxoid immunization, almost half of the respondents (38.7%) with sufficient knowledge, most respondents (61.3%) with supportive husband support. The results of bivariate analysis obtained the results of knowledge (0.000) and husband support (0.003) with the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization in pregnant women. There is a relationship between knowledge and husband's support with the completeness of tetanus toxoid immunization in pregnant women. Conclusion: Researchers suggest that for Puskesmas the results of this study can be the basis for implementing a program of guidance, coaching, and counseling activities regarding tetanus toxoid immunization in pregnant women

Abstract

Aggressiveness in adolescents can be influenced by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors, namely factors within the individual related to the mental process of adolescents, for example, do not have good emotional maturity. Emotions such as anger, frustration, and envy arise when the external stimulus received does not match the perception of the individual. This study aims to determine the correlation between emotional maturity and friend conformity with adolescent aggressive behavior at SMA Negeri 04 of Bengkulu City in 2024. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. Sampling technique using simple random sampling technique with the number of samples in this study 90 people representing all students at SMA N 04 Bengkulu City. The results of the univariate test analysis almost half of the respondents (25.6%) with poor emotional maturity, most of the respondents (68.9%) with high friend conformity, a small proportion of respondents (22.2%) often do aggressive behavior. The results of bivariate analysis obtained the results of emotional maturity (0.000) and friend conformity (0.021) with aggressive behavior. There is a correlation between emotional maturity and aggressive behavior of adolescents in SMA Negeri 04 of Bengkulu City. The researcher suggested that for SMA Negeri 04 of Bengkulu City the results of this study can be the basis for implementing guidance, coaching, and counseling activity programs on aggressive behavior.
