Abstract

Demam merupakan masalah yang timbul pada pasien yang menderita demam tifoid. Tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurukan suhu tubuh dengan menggunakan kompres hangat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas antara pemberian kompres hangat daerah axilla dan daerah femoral terhadap penurunan suhu tubuh pasien demam tifoid. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experiment dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group (pretest-posttest). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 responden. Hasil penelitian pada kelompok kompres hangat di axilla sebelum ( =38,43°C) dan sesudah ( =37,52°C), pada kelompok kompres hangat di femoral sebelum ( =38,43°C) dan sesudah ( =37,91°C). Uji paired t test menunjukkan ada perbedaan suhu tubuh sebelum dan sesudah diberikan kompres hangat di axilla dengan ρ value 0,000 dan di femoral ρ value 0,000. Uji independent sample t test menunjukkan ada perbedaan antara pemberian kompres hangat di axilla dan di femoral terhadap penurunan suhu tubuh pada anak demam dengan ρ value 0,000. Hasil dari penelitian ini bisa digunakan untuk bukti terbaru untuk keefektifan penggunaan kompres hangat di area axilla dan femoral anak.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the recitation method in the learning of Qur’an and Hdith subjects in Grade X A of Madrasah Aliyah Waburense and to evaluate its effectiveness in enhancing students, which they must complete and present independently outside of class time. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collected trough observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the recitation method increases student engagement in the learning process, strengthens understanding of Qur’an and Hadith material, and fosters responsibility and independent learning attitudes. Challenges encountered include time constraints and varying student abilities in completing assignments. Overall, the recitation method has proven to be quite effective and relevant for Qur’an and Hadith learning in Madrasah Aliyah.

Abstract

Purple leaves are one of the plants that are widely used as medicine. Purple leaves have 3 types of plant varieties, namely purple leaves, green leaves, and white mottled leaves.  Purple leaves have pharmacological activities that can be used as medicine, including antioxidants (improving the deterioration of cells in the body), anti-inflammatory (reducing or suppressing inflammation), antidiabetic (lowering blood glucose levels), analgesics (relieving pain), immunomodulators (increasing the work of the immune system in the body), antihemorrhoids (treating symptoms and complaints of hemorrhoids), and antibacterial (as an antiseptic). The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidant activity of purple leaf ethanol extract (Graphtophyllum pictum (L.) Griff) in vitro using the DPPH method and to determine its effectiveness as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory against Wistar rats.The results showed that antioxidant activity showed an IC50 value of 72.31 ppm (strong antioxidant). Meanwhile, in the analgetic test, the highest percentage of analgesic effectiveness was found at a dose of 100 mg/kg BW (129.64%) and showed anti-inflammatory activity at a dose of 100 mg/kgBW with a percentage decrease in edem volume of 28.73% at the sixth hour.

Abstract

The current digital era, start-up companies in the information technology (IT) sector face challenges in retaining quality employees. Employee retention is crucial because a company's success depends on their ability to retain top talent. However, high employee turnover rates can disrupt operational consistency and long-term growth. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence employee retention in start-up companies in the information technology sector. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the factors that influence employee retention in startup companies in the information technology sector are very important because valuable and competent employees are the main asset in creating and maintaining a company's competitive advantage. Factors that influence employee retention include employee engagement, communication, compensation, leadership, career development, training and development, work flexibility, job satisfaction, and performance appraisal.

Abstract

Objektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Rotasi Auditor, dan Leverage Terhadap Kualitas Audit. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Rotasi Auditor, dan Leverage pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Asuransi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indoensia Metode Riset. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Asosiatif. Data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik dibantu oleh statical program for special science (SPSS). Hasil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara perisial Rotasi Auditor, dan Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Audit, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Audit. Sedangkan secara simultan Ukuran Perusahaan, Rotasi Auditor, dan Leverage berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Audit pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek. Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara perisial Rotasi Auditor, dan Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Audit, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Audit. Sedangkan secara simultan Ukuran Perusahaan, Rotasi Auditor, dan Leverage berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Audit pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan untuk menambahkan sampel perusahaan lebih banyak lagi dan menambahkan variabel lain dalam melakukan penelitian agar dapat menyempurnakan penelitian terdahulu.

Abstract

The "Gebyar HIMA PGPAUD UNISA 2023" event is a community service program aimed at enhancing the creativity and knowledge of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers and stimulating the development of early childhood through various educational activities. The program includes seminars, workshops, and creativity competitions involving teachers and PAUD children in the III Cirebon region. This activity is also designed to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a project-based and neuroscience approach. The results of this event show high enthusiasm from participants, both teachers and children, who actively participated in various activities. This program is expected to contribute positively to improving the quality of early childhood education in the region and strengthen the role of Universitas Islam Al-Ihya (UNISA) Kuningan in advancing education through community service initiatives

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lecturers in improving students' understanding of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyahan (AIK) at Muhammadiyah University of Buton. The background of this study is based on the importance of integrating Islamic and Muhammadiyah values in shaping students' character as prospective educators with noble morals and have a comprehensive religious understanding. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques with lecturers and students of the PAI study program. The results show that PAI lecturers play an important role as facilitators, motivators, and role models in the AIK learning process. Through the application of contextual learning strategies, integrative approaches, and exemplary behavior, lecturers are able to foster understanding and practice of AIK values in students. In addition, extracurricular activities with an AIK nuance and the habit of worship also strengthen students' understanding of Islamic teachings and Muhammadiyah values. Thus, the active involvement of Islamic Education lecturers is a major factor in realizing the goals of comprehensive Islamic education at Muhammadiyah University of Buton.
