Abstract

The ability and speed of computers in processing data repeatedly and with a very large number is no doubt to produce the reports needed in the process of strategic decision-making. So at this time has been many companies and government agencies want to use computer technology to help solve their data processing problems. In the Office of Transportation (DISHUB) of Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, the data processing business licenses have been conducted frequently, but have not obtained accurate results. This is due to the use of information technology is still very less and implemented manually. The accuracy of the data is necessary to avoid irregularities and errors in reports. Application System will be proposed later using PHP programming language and MYSQL. All data entry will be processed in a Database. Diverse data will be more easily and quickly processed in a well-structured system. Keywords :Data Processing, PHP, MYSQL

Abstract

This study discusses the infrastructure facilities management system in universities. The system is designed using Near Field Communication technology that uses an Android smartphone to support the use of this system and also the web using PHP and MYSQLi programming languages for online data storage. The method used in designing this system is the Waterfall model. This system modeling uses the UML language (Unified Modeling Language). This research was conducted at Pelita Indonesia College. The results showed that the use of Infrastructure Facilities System using Android-based NFC technology is easy to use for Staff and Infrastructure Heads in managing their inventory. Abstract

The library is a place that contains books, articles, papers and reading sources that are arranged as sources of information material. Therefore, with the rapid growth of technology, good management of library management is something that is very important for every college. One of the systems developed in this study is Near Field Communication (NFC) which is a subset of RFID (radio frequency identification). NFC is a technology that can simplify and facilitate transactions, transfer data, and wireless connections between two communication devices that are very close to a few centimeters. This system is designed using an Android device that has NFC technology. By using an NFC-based management system on an Android smartphone it is expected to improve its quality and be able to compete in the current technological era nationally or globally. The purpose of this study is to facilitate students in finding information sources by simply attaching an Android smartphone to the NFC tag attached to the book so as to obtain information about the book. This research method starts from discussing the discussion room, setting goals, discussing literature, analyzing problems, discussing models with UML, Designing systems, managing library information management and testing systems. Related to the completion of work in this study describes the design of library information management applications using Android-based Near Field Communication technology in Higher Education. Abstract

Propagation model is an important part that can be used to design a communication network one of them is mobile communication. The difference in the propagation signal received from the transmitter to the mobile station will result in loss propagation so we need a propagation model that can describe the propagation characteristics of a region such as urban areas in this case is Pekanbaru City. To get the propagation model in accordance with the characteristics of Pekanbaru City the method used is measurement through a drive test. This research aimsto determine the mobile communication propagation model in LTE 1800 MHz that fits the characteristics of Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of the measurement of the value of loss to distance obtained by the propagation model of mobile communication in the city of Pekanbaru with 3 models of the equation, among others linear equation model: L = 5.1 x D + 85, quadratic equation: L = 2.2 x + 3 x + 86 and cubic equation: L = 0.65 x + 0.84 x + 3.6 x D + 86.

Abstract

Human needs for technology in everyday life can not be released, almost all aspects of life can not be separated from technology. Many people use technology to facilitate their activities. This research was conducted at CV. Agus Motor which is a business engaged in the sale of used motorcycles. The system that runs on the CV. Agus Motor has several approved problems, the first is the amount of motorcycle data, customer data, and sales data that is processed using manual data such as using records on paper media or lost or scattered records. The second problem, there is no proper storage media to store these data. Problem three, there is no purchase report every month issued by employees having difficulty in providing sales results. This system is designed using HTML, PHP, CSS, and using MySQL database. The method in this study uses object-oriented analysis and design with uml modeling. system that can help in the sales process to facilitate the company such as processing data into consumer data and motorcycle sales transactions that can generate payment reports from consumers. In this payment system employees are expected to be able to input customer data, motor data, and monthly sales report scores

Abstract

PT. Radar Riau merupakan sebuah Instansi swasta yang bergerak di bidang media pers. Beberapa masalah yang terjadi adalah saat akhir bulan/tahun beberapa data arsip surat akan di kumpulkan, pegawai harus sibuk mencari data terlebih dahulu dan juga bertanya pegawai lain untuk mencari arsip surat yang ingin di cari. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibutuhkan sistem informasi administrasi surat- menyurat yang dapat memberi kemudahan dalam proses penomoran dan pengarsipan surat, data surat yang ada serta laporan bulanan surat masuk atau keluar dengan menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut. Tahapan analisa dan perancangan sistem menggunakan teknik Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall dan perancangan sistem menggunakan diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah rancang bangun sistem informasi yang dapat memberi kemudahan bagi instansi dalam proses pelayanan administrasi agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan PT. Radar Riau dalam hal penomoran dan pengarsipan surat.

Abstract

PT. Riau Samudra Mandiri merupakan penyedia jasa konstruksi listrik dan instalasi. Proses pengelolaan keuangan pada PT. Riau Samudra Mandiri diakomodir oleh bendahara. Pengelolaan keuangan di PT. Riau Samudra Mandiri masih sangat sederhana dan semua laporan akan terus dicetak menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan disimpan di lemari arsip. Oleh karena itu, pencarian data sebelumnya membutuhkan pembongkaran lemari arsip dan pencarian data satu per satu, yang memakan waktu lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem informasi keuangan berbasis web yang mudah dan cepat diakses serta memudahkan para eksekutif dan profesional treasury dalam mengelola data dan laporan keuangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu waterfall model. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan pengujian dengan Blackbox testing dan User Acceptance Test agar mengetahui seberapa baik sistem yang dibangun. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi keuangan berbasis web yang dapat membantu pimpinan dan bendahara dalam mengelola data dan laporan keuangan dengan cepat, tepat dan cermat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis kinerja Sistem Informasi Elektonik Kinerja ASN (SI-EKA) yang ada pada Kementerian Agama Kota Pekanbaru. Dalam penggunaan SI-EKA terdapat masalah terkait akses sistem dikarenakan masalah jaringan, server, dan maintenance, selain itu untuk penanganan masalah membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena harus dilaporkan kepada pihak pusat terlebih dahulu. Menjawab permasalahan pengelolaan masalah digunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 dengan fokus pada proses DSS03 Manage Problems. Analisis Process Capability Model (PCM) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan penilaian Process Assessment Model (PAM). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden berdasarkan pemetaan peran RACI Chart. Hasil akhir penelitian diketahui bahwa proses pengelolaan masalah sudah dilaksanakan namun masih ada beberapa kelemahan dan belum mencapai tujuan proses sehingga diberikan rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan temuan yang ada. Tingkat kapabilitas proses berada pada level 1 (Performed Process) dengan nilai kapabilitas 0.9 dan status Largery Achieved (L).

Abstract

Higher education is an institution that is heavily influenced by technological advances,especially in the field of computer technology. The purpose of this study is to create a computer inventory management system in higher education which is previously using manuals system become technology based system in order to work more effective and efficient. Abstract

With the increasing speed of information flow due to globalization, the role of information technology is vital and very decisive for an educational institution in increasing its ability to face competition and be able to provide satisfactory services for students. The object of this research is the users of the university's academic information system, namely all active students of TA Geap 2017-2018 with a sample of 450 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos. The results of the study show that improving the quality of academic information systems will be able to increase student satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase student loyalty directly. However, indirectly through satisfaction, the quality of the system can increase user / student loyalty. Improvement and improvement of academic information also through this research directly and indirectly can have an impact on increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Good service quality in a college is a very important assessment in increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Keywords: Information Technology, Satisfaction, Loyalty
