<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the effect of teacher understanding of learners' growth and development on the quality of learning quality at MAN 1 Padang Pariaman. In the context of education, teachers' understanding of students' developmental stages can influence the way they design and implement implement learning, thus impacting on students' motivation and learning outcomes. students' motivation and learning outcomes. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with two main data collection techniques: semi-structured interviews and classroom observations.Participants consisted of five teachers and students. Interviews were conducted to explore teachers' understanding of student development as well as the application of teaching strategies that are tailored to the developmental stage of students. Meanwhile, classroom observations were conducted to directly observe the implementation of these strategies in learning activities. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify the main themes that emerged from the interviews and observations. The results show that teachers who understand student development tend to create a more inclusive, supportive and effective learning atmosphere. Conversely, a lack of understanding of students' developmental stages can lead to low student motivation and learning outcomes. This research provides insight into the importance of teachers' understanding of student development in improving the quality of learning that is more in line with students' needs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the concept of learning motivation in the perspective of the Qur'an. The Qur'an as a source of Islamic teachings provides comprehensive guidance on the importance of seeking knowledge. Through various verses, the Qur'an inspires individuals to have strong learning motivation. This study uses a literature review method which allows a researcher to identify a theory or method, develop a theory or method, identify gaps that occur between a theory and relevance in the field/to a research result. In the field of education, there is no doubt that the existence of the Qur'an has influenced the education system. By studying the Qur'an, it can provide inspiration and motivation in aspects of life. By understanding the messages of the Quran about learning motivation, students can explore spiritual wisdom and apply it in their journey to learn and understand the universe.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the formation of religious character in students of SDN 10 Cubadak Air through the congregational zhuhur prayer program in terms of behavioristic learning theory. Where this theory emphasizes changes in behavior that appear as a consequence of learning outcomes with its famous pattern, namely stimulus-response. In this study, researchers focused on the pattern of forming students' religious character through the congregational Zhuhur prayer program implemented in the school used as a research site, these educational programs and patterns will be juxtaposed with behavioristic learning theory. researchers used a qualitative approach in this research with a descriptive type of research, researchers conducted direct observation (observation), interviews with principals, teachers and documentation, the data obtained were analyzed using triangulation. The results showed that with the application of behavioristic learning theory in shaping the religious character of students through the congregational zhuhur prayer program is able to form student responsibility for their obligations in worship, able to change the morals of students who were previously not good to be better because of good habituation from starting to wash to remembrance after prayer, making students more directed, and the establishment of collaboration between educational units and with student guardians on the development of their children's behavior at school.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyse the noble values or character education contained in Minangkabau local wisdom so that later it can be a reference in behaviour. And for the introduction of the younger generation so that this local wisdom still exists in the modern era. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Informants in this study, namely the selection of informants based on certain characteristics and objectives. The results of this study reveal that the internalisation of character education based on Minangkabau local wisdom can occur through Minangkabau Natural Culture (BAM) or Local Content (Mulok) subjects in West Sumatra, through traditional Minangkabau stories that are full of moral values such as Kaba but are now starting to be abandoned, as well as through wise expressions typical of Minangkabau. In the midst of the rapid development of the times, it is hoped that the internalisation of character education based on local wisdom can overcome moral degradation among the younger generation lately. Not only that, by implementing the values of local wisdom in everyday life, it means that we help maintain local culture so that it still exists in the midst of the globalisation era. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai luhur atau pendidikan karakter yang terdapat di dalam kearifan lokal Minangkabau agar kelak dapat menjadi acuan dalam bersikap. Dan untuk pengenalan juga bagi generasi muda agar kearifan lokal ini tetap eksis di era modern. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus (case study). Informan dalam penelitian ini, yakni pemilihan informan berdasarkan ciri-ciri dan tujuan tertentu.. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa internalisasi pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal Minangkabau dapat terjadi melalui mata pelajaran Budaya Alam Minangkabau (BAM) atau Muatan Lokal (Mulok) di Sumatera Barat, melalui cerita-cerita tradisional Minangkabau yang syarat akan nilai moral seperti Kaba namun sekarang sudah mulai ditinggalkan, serta melalui ungkapan-ungkapan bijak khas Minangkabau. Di tengah perkembangan zaman yang begitu pesat diharapkan internalisasi pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal ini dapat menanggulangi degradasi moral di kalangan generasi muda belakangan ini. Tidak hanya itu saja dengan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam kehidupan sehari-hari berarti kita turut menjaga budaya lokal agar tetap eksis di tengah era globalisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to describe the concept of mapping learning styles of students based on multiple intelligences in order to improve academic achievement based on the principles of Islamic education. Based on the principles of Islamic education. Research shows that every learners have different levels of intelligence and learning styles. Mapping the profile of learners based on their intelligence and learning style is important to facilitate the development of academic potential. Is important to do in order to facilitate the development of their academic potential potential optimally. The literature review method was used to review literature related to the topic. The results show that the application of mapping of learning styles and multiple intelligences is in line with the concept of holistic and humanist education in Islam. <![CDATA[The case of the teacher who dared to reprimand a student for smoking is a clear example of how the partnership between parents and schools can be a decisive factor in overcoming problems that arise in the world of education. This incident illustrates the role of parents who are active in supporting their children's educational process, as well as schools that are committed to character building and student discipline. The purpose of this study is to explain the Urgency of Parent and School Partnerships in Improving Student Discipline (Case Study of Teacher Reprimanded by Parents for Reprimanding Smoking Students). The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The case study approach is a powerful tool for exploring a particular situation or event carefully, deeply, and in detail. This approach allows researchers to gain a better understanding of the complexity and dynamics of a phenomenon or problem in a real context. The results of this study indicate that the Urgency of Parent and School Partnerships in Improving Student Discipline. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perkembangan moral pada anak usia dini di TK IT Qur’an Darul Izzah Solok Selatan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Melalui cara observasi dan wawancara dengan anak usia 5 tahun di TK IT Qur’an Darul Izzah. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perkembangan moral pada anak usia dini di TK IT Qur’an Darul Izzah belum berkembang secara optimal, yang nampak dilapangan dari perilaku anak yaitu kurang sopan, tidak menghargai, tidak mau saling tolong menolong, berkata kasar. Pentingnya adanya sebuah rangsangan dalam perkembangan moral pada anak usia dini, bukan hanya melalui pengajaran tentang nilai-nilai moral saja, akan tetapi harus ada dorongan dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran moral dapat berkoordinasi melalui pemberian contoh yang baik oleh orangtua dan guru melalui kehidupan sehari-hari, serta membangun disiplin melalui pembiasaan dan aktifitas lainnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Reward (Hadiah) dan punishment (hukuman) untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik di TPQ Masjid Al-Furqon Air Pacah, Kota Padang. Teknik reward dan punishment diterapkan untuk membentuk karakter disiplin pada peserta didik, yang meliputi kedisiplinan waktu, ketertiban selama pembelajaran, dan kepatuhan terhadap aturan yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan reward yang berupa hadiah dalam bentuk pujian, apresiasi, hadiah dan lainnya terhadap pembentukan perilaku baik kepada peserta didik memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dalam pembelajaran dan kesadaran diri peserta didik. Sementara itu, penerapan punishment yang diterapkan secara proporsional dan tidak bersifat merendahkan, turut berkontribusi dalam menegakkan kedisiplinan dengan memberi efek jera terhadap perilaku yang tidak sesuai aturan. Secara keseluruhan, kombinasi reward dan punishment terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik di TPQ Masjid Al-Furqon. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya pendekatan yang tegas, bijaksana serta adil dalam menerapkan kedua teknik ini untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang kondusif.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is a matter of life and life (life is education and education is life). The whole process of life and human life is a process of education. This paper is about the verses of the Qur'an that form the paradigm of Islamic education which is motivated by various educational theories and verses about education both the nature and its elements inspire the author to see the extent of the concept of education in the Qur'anic perspective. This paper uses a qualitative method with a library research approach that explores various verses about education in the Qur'an and the relevant ones and then analyzed with a thematic interpretation approach so as to successfully bring up the paradigm of Islamic Education. The results of the study found that the Quran has a role as the main guideline in Islamic education. As the main source of teachings in Islam, the Quran becomes the foundation for the formation of curriculum, teaching methods, values, and the ultimate goal of education. It provides ethical guidance, morality, spiritual values, as well as practical directions in guiding a holistic education, covering intellectual, moral, and social aspects. As a result, the Quran plays a key role in shaping a comprehensive and sustainable paradigm of Islamic education.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya perilaku perundungan di kalangan siswa dan mengeksplorasi strategi potensial untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 6 orang siswa SDN 10 SINTOGA, guru serta masyarakat pengamat lingkungan sekolah. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki elemen-elemen yang berkontribusi terhadap perilaku bullying pada anak-anak dan mengusulkan strategi yang efektif untuk mengatasinya. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan pengumpulan dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tiga hal penting: pertama, prevalensi perilaku bullying yang sudah mendarah daging di kalangan anak-anak; kedua, adanya kesenjangan fisik antara pelaku bullying dan korbannya yang menjadi katalisator terjadinya bullying; dan ketiga, berlanjutnya tindakan pendisiplinan dari murid yang lebih tua kepada murid yang lebih muda dari generasi ke generasi. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi penerapan tindakan tegas terhadap pelaku, memberikan pelatihan bela diri kepada anak-anak, memberikan pendidikan berkelanjutan tentang bahaya perundungan, dan menumbuhkan rasa saling menghormati di antara anak.]]>
