Abstract

This study will only examine two things, namely: (1) how is the process of transforming farmers into entrepreneurs and (2) what benefits are obtained by participants who work as farmers while participating in the agripreneur academy program from the Sang Matahari Educational Institute (LPSM). The approach in this study uses an exploratory qualitative approach. From the results of the research and discussion that we analyzed, it was concluded that the transformation process from farmer to entrepreneur who took part in the agripreneur academy education program at LPSM in Sidoarjo, was as follows: (1) Curriculum designed to educate participants to become entrepreneurs in agriculture and plantations; (2) The entrepreneurial mindset of farmers as participants in the agripreneur academy is that farmers aspire to be entrepreneurs and have the motivation to develop their farming/agriculture business through networking and enriching the vision and mission; (3) The process of transforming from a farmer into an entrepreneur is known from two major changes, namely the transformation of farmers from cultivation to market-oriented farmers and from traditional farmers to managerial entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati, mengidentifikasi, dan menganalisis penerapan inovasi produk dalam Martabak Shima melalui kinerja saluran dan produk yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif. Untuk mendapatkan data dari penelitian ini, digunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, reduksi data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa martabak dari Shima Food berhasil menerapkan 10 jenis inovasi, dan Shima Food telah menerapkan metode Kinerja Saluran dan Produk. Taktik Saluran non-tradisional dengan menjual produk martabak melalui media online sehingga konsumen yang sebelumnya belum terjangkau oleh produk martabak dapat merasakan produk martabak melalui media online. Taktik Fungsionalitas Tambahan menciptakan produk martabak berkualitas dengan bahan baku berkualitas, namun harga yang ditawarkan masih mampu bersaing dengan pesaing.

Abstract

Research aimed at finding out the causes of Generation Z playing an active role in politics was carried out using a qualitative methodology using phenomology. By using the snowball technique in determining informants, there were eight Generation Z students who were active in organizations or became organizational administrators. After going through triangulation, the researchers concluded that social media influences political attitudes, determining factors in political choices, political participation and perceptions of Generation Z in the political field. The conclusions obtained are in line with consumer behavior theory, especially the determining factors of political choices which are divided into two, namely rational and emotional factors.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of "Bakso SIP" innovation with the Business Model Canvas and Ten Types Innovation methods. The research used a qualitative-descriptive method on "Bakso SIP" located in the Village, Pekauman, South Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan Province. The results showed that the owner of "Bakso SIP" has made three innovations in ten types of innovation, namely process innovation, channel innovation, and customer engagement, so that the business model of "Bakso SIP" has changed (remodeling) the business model canvas on the element of customer segments which used to only reach residents of the Pekauman area, Banjarmasin then more widely reach residents of Banjarmasin City. Customer relationships that used to be only with direct transactions can then make reservations in advance via WhatsApp Business and promote via Instagram, value proposition there is a change in service online reservation in advance. Abstract

At present the problems faced are increasingly complex, making it impossible to solve them in the traditional way, because the problems are increasingly complex and there are no references in the past, solutions must be found through innovation. For example, the emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic was followed by social restrictions. Schools are required to innovate to solve problems that arise. Among them, schools must organize online schools, where previously all learning processes were carried out outside the network. In the future there will be more and more complex problems for which there is no solution, such as disruptions, global crises, regulatory changes, digitization, and so on. This service aims to teach the importance of innovation and direct practice of implementing innovation using the design thinking method to teachers and principals of SMK3 Gresik and several SMK schools in the Cerme Gresik Subdistrict. Learning in the form of workshops to be more interactive and project-based so that participants can have experience in innovating. The service was carried out well, the participants were able to properly accept the training provided and asked to be given guidance through a follow-up workshop program.

Abstract

The implementation of halal certification for broiler traders at the Babat Lamongan Traditional Market has not run optimally, as evidenced by the fact that many broiler traders do not yet have halal certification. There are several reasons why the broiler traders at the Babat Lamongan Traditional Market do not have halal certification. The purpose of this study is to find out what obstacles the chicken traders experience at the Babat Lamongan Traditional Market so that they do not have halal certification. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are that the broiler traders at Babat Lamongan Traditional Market do not yet have halal certification due to five factors namely, economy, mindset, administration, technology and knowledge.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah organization and also their business entity have a lot of branch in various region. In Kabupaten Gresik there are Economy and Entrepreneur Council PCM GKB and many business entity. One of the business entity is Inspirasi Kopi Cafe, that was focusing on food and beverages. This business entity relatively new so it needs more strategic and new innovation for the future progress. Business Model Canvas and Ten Types of Innovation is the most perfect business model to be used for the developmen of Inspirasi Kopi Cafe. In this research use qualitative approach, that was producing descriptive data from deep interview that was held. The data research collected from four diffent source person. From the result of this research that was developed using Ten Types of Innovation is profit model innovation, Innovation of Serve, Innovation that was involving consument and Innovation product system. Reseracher decide to rearrange the Business Model Canvas that was adopted from the old Business Model Canvas with a research using interview and obeservation method, so that it formed the remodelling business model canvas that can help develop the business entity of Inspirasi Kopi Cafe.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Menganalisis strategi pengembangan bisnis   ekspor kayu (2) Merumuskan strategi apa yang cocok untuk menghadapi persaingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari narasumber/informan dan jurnal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data.  Menggunakan analisis SOAR untuk menentukan strategi yang akan digunakan dan menyimpulkan data menggunakan Matriks SOAR didampingi dengan metode 5-I (Inisiasi, Inkuarisi, Imajinasi, Inovasi, Implementasi) agar hasil analisa tetap fokus pada jalannya. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan strategi yang dapat di prioritaskan adalah (1) Strategi Pengembangan Vertikal (2) Strategi Pengembangan Produksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi inovatif yang diterapkan oleh "Baso Aci Neng Geulis" guna meningkatkan daya saing produknya. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi metode 10 Type of Innovation dalam konteks usaha kuliner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi inovasi yang terfokus pada produk tambahan melalui teknik cross selling menjadi salah satu pendekatan utama. Karyawan memberikan opsi tambahan kepada pelanggan seperti camilan, minuman, atau makanan pendamping lainnya. Selain itu, strategi personalisasi juga diadopsi di mana karyawan menawarkan variasi ukuran makanan kepada pelanggan, seperti pilihan sajian dalam ukuran small atau regular. Gabungan dari berbagai taktik ini memberikan pengalaman konsumen yang lebih beragam, menarik, dan sesuai dengan preferensi tren konsumen masa kini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam pemahaman terhadap strategi inovatif yang digunakan oleh "Baso Aci Neng Geulis" dengan fokus pada metode 10 Type of Innovation. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi, penelitian ini menggali praktik inovasi yang diadopsi oleh bisnis kuliner. Temuan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga terkait strategi inovatif yang berhasil diterapkan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk dalam industri kuliner yang sangat kompetitif. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan gambaran jelas mengenai cara inovasi bisnis seperti "Baso Aci Neng Geulis" dapat memanfaatkan strategi 10 Type of Innovation secara efektif untuk menghadirkan pengalaman konsumen yang lebih bervariasi dan relevan dengan tren pasar saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran digital pada usaha Aydan Moslem Store dalam pengembangan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif fenomologi. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder berupa hasil wawancara serta observasi terhadap informan terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha telah dengan baik memanfaatkan dan menerapkan pemasaran secara digital atau melalui berbagai macam marketplace. Dengan melakukan beberapa strategi yang telah disusun dan dilaksanakan berdasarkan pengalaman dan riset.
