Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen dan (2) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen siswa di kelas V SDN 060908 Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas V SDN 060908 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian adalah quasi experimental. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas V SDN 060908 Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa yaitu sebanyak 25 siswa pada kelas V-A dan sebanyak 25 siswa pada kelas V-B. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah (1) observasi, (2) kuesioner (angket), (3) tes, dan (4) dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data statistik uji ANOVA. Selanjutnya tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan, (3) tahap pengolahan, dan (4) tahap pelaporan.

Abstract

Abstract: The Influence of Work Climate on Employee Work Motivation in Binjai city Learning Activity Center. The purpose of this research is to know how well the work climate in SKB Binjai City, to know how high employee work motivation in SKB Binjai City, and to know the influence of work climate to employee work motivation in SKB Binjai City. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Population and sample in this research are 30 employees who work in SKB Binjai City. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and t test. Based on data processing with simple linear regression obtained linear regression equation is Y= 0,379+0,981x. Hypothesis test result with t test obtained t_ value (count) (11,506)> t_ tabel (1,701). This means that there is an influence of work climate on work motivation of employees in SKB Binjai City. Keywords: Working Climate, Work Motivation, Learning Avtivity Studio Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah seberiapa baikkah iklim kerja pegawai di SKB Kota Binjai. seberapa tinggikah motivasi Pegawai di SKB Kota Binjai, dan apakah terdapat pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di SKB Kota Binjai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik iklim kerja di SKB Kota Binjai, untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi motivasi kerja pegawai di SKB Kota Binjai, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di SKB Kota Binja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang pegawai yang bekerja di SKB Kota Binjai. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan dan angket. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dan uji t.   Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi linier adalah = 0,379+0,981x.  Hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh nilai (11,506) >  (1,701). Artinya terdapat pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di SKB Kota Binjai.Kata Kunci : Iklim Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar

Abstract

This exploration aims to determine the effect of using the model Contextual Teaching and Learning on student learning outcomes theme 8 sub-theme 1 learning 4 class V UPTD SD Negeri 122332Jl. General Sudirman. This exploration was carried out at UPTD SD Negeri 122332 Jl. Jenderal Sudirman, in May 2023. The exploration used was quantitative exploration using a Quasi Experimental Design of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design type with 47 students in class VA and 5 B as samples. The variables in this exploration are the Contextual Teaching and Learning (X) model and learning outcomes (Y). Methods of data collection by using tests. Data analysis techniques used normality tests, homogeneity tests, hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the exploration that has been carried out, the Contextual Teching and Learning model test data with a sample of 47 students, then the sum of the experimental class pretest scores with an average value of 47.83 . Posttest experimental class with an average value of 86.61. Pretest control class with an average value of 26.88. Posttest control class with an average value of 41.46.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Theme 6 Energy and Its Changes Sub-theme 1 Energy Sources Learning 1 Class III SD Negeri Pilotan, Pematang Siantar. Quantitative research with the type of Pre-Experimental Design with a research design One Group Pretest-Postest (Initial Test-Final Test in a single group). In this study using only one research class. The research sample was class III, totaling 31 students. The sampling technique of saturated sampling is a sampling technique when the population is used as the sample. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done, that the effect of the PBL learning model on student learning outcomes. greater than ttable (16.67> 2.045) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the PBL learning model has an effect on student outcomes in class III sub-theme 1 of the Pematangsiantar Pilot Public Elementary School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Sub-theme 3 Class V The Effect of Heat on Life at Pilot Pematangsiantar Elementary School. This research is a quantitative study with the type of Pre-Experimental Design with a One Group Pretest research design. -Posttest (Initial Test-Final Test in a single group). In this study only used one research class. The sample for this study was class V, totaling 30 students. The sampling technique using saturated sampling is a sampling technique when the population is used as a sample. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done, that the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on student learning outcomes. It can be seen that the acquisition of significant value (2-tailed) is less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05 ) and the value of tcount is greater than ttable (13.152 > 2.048.) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model has an effect on student results in class III sub-theme 1 of Pilot Public Elementary Schools

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of the school environment at SD Negeri Pilot Pematangsiantar, to find out whether there is a significant influence between the school environment on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pilot Pematangsiantar. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Where the sample consisted of 30 students, namely class V SD. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire while to analyze the data using the t test formula and descriptive statistics. The results of this study based on data analysis found that the school environment at Pilot Pematangsiantar Public Elementary School based on the results of the f test it is known that the significant value for the effect of variable (x) simultaneously on (y) is 0.00 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 27.947 > 2.048 so that it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence between the school environment on learning motivation with a significant value of 0.00 by comparing it using a significance level using 0.05. then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between the school environment on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pilot Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Tema 1 Organ Gerak Hewan dan Manusia Subtema 1 Organ Gerak Hewan Pembelajaran 2 dan 3 Kelas V SDN 095552 Jln. Asahan Kab. Simalungun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan penelitian One Grup Pretest-Posttest (Tes Awal – Tes Akhir pada kelompok tunggal). Pada penelitian ini hanya menggunakan satu kelas penelitian saja. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas V yang berjumlah 28 orang siswa dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Quota Sampling yaitu salah satu Teknik non random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran CTL terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dapat diketahui dari pemerolehan nilai signifikan (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (17,732 > 2,056) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran CTL berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas V subtema 1 SDN 095552 Jln. Asahan Kab. Simalungun.

Abstract

The background to this research is based on observations made by researchers in class V UPTD SD Negeri 124385 Pematang Siantar, namely that teachers still use conventional learning models, resulting in low student learning outcomes. From the problems described above, it is necessary to find a solution, namely by implementing the Make a Match type cooperative learning model. This model is suitable for use in all subjects and this model is suitable for use in class V because this learning model invites students to work together and trains students' courage to appear in front of the class so that student learning outcomes can improve. This research used a pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 25 students. Based on the results of the data analysis test used, the Hypothesis Test results obtained were Tcount = 17.321 and Ttable = 2.064 with Tcount>Ttable= 17.321>2.064, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. With this explanation, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Make a Match Type Cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in class V UPTD SD Negeri 124385 Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning Theme 2 Subtheme 1 through the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model. This research was carried out at UPTD SD Negeri 124385 Pematang Siantar with the research subjects being class VI with 30 students. This type of research uses an experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. Data collection techniques are tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical tests and hypothesis testing. The research results show an increase in student learning outcomes through the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model. This is evidenced by the increase in student completion scores, where the average pre-test score is 60.8 and the average post-test score is 83.06, so it can be concluded that the application of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model has affected the results. Student learning is said to be quite effective.

The research results at the 0.05 level show that exists influence of learning models Problem Based Learning (PBL) to results Study student class IV in subtheme 2 togetherness in diversity of SDN 191254 Batu Onom . Can be seen that results comparison of pretest and posttest sig value is 0.000 which is significant more small from value 0.05, and t has value 16,327. It means there is influence the learning model Problem Based Learning (PBL) to results learn . Change results Study taught students _ with using a learning model Problem Based Learning (PBL) makes it difficultstudent active think , understand The material presented increases the sense of desire know student in seek and findinformation itself , compared with taught students _ withoutusing a learning model Problem Based Learning (PBL).
