Abstract

Profitability is the ability of a bank to generate or obtain profits effectively and efficiently. The study aims to test the impact of Credit Risk, Liquidity, and Level of Capital Fulfillment on Profitability in Conventional General Banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research population is a Conventional General Bank Company that exists in Indonesia and is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2022 a total of 47 companies. The sample in this study consisted of 39 Conventional General Banks determined by purposive sampling. The total of observations in this study is 156 observations. The analytical technique used to test the hypothesis is double linear regression analysis. The results show that Credit Risk (NPL) and Capital Satisfaction Rate (CAR) have no impact on profitability. Liquidity (LDR) has a positive and significant impact on profitability. Further research can use and develop other free variables such as: solvency, financial distress, company size and others.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine and explain the influence of the bandwagon effect, financial technology, and financial literacy on the increased interest in investment among Generation Z in Bali.Design/Methodology/Approach: The population in this study consists of all Generation Z individuals in Bali, while the sample in this research is determined using the purposive sampling method. The determination of the sample size is carried out using the unknown population formula because the exact population size is not known, resulting in a total sample of 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the responses to statements in a questionnaire that has been distributed to Generation Z respondents. The data analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and F-test.Findings: The results indicate that the bandwagon effect, financial technology, and financial literacy have a positive and significant influence on the increased investment interest of Generation Z in Bali.

Abstract

The value of a company can basically be measured through several aspects, one of the proxy that can be used is the price book value (PBV) or comparing the price of shares per share with the book value per share. This population study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange on the grounds that more manufacturing companies have an impact on the surrounding environment as a result of operational activities carried out with a population of 150 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling is the technique of taking samples with specific consideration. The sample for this study is 50 companies with 3 years of observation and a total of 150 observations. Profitability has a positive impact on the value of the company. CSR has a negative impact on company value. GCG positively affects company value and company size does not affect the company's value.

Abstract

Mahasiswa sebagai generasi muda yang jarang mempraktikan kemampuan keuangan dasar perlu memahami perilaku manajemen keuangan. Pengetahuan keuangan yang tinggi dapat mengoptimalkan kegiatan pengelolaan keuangan. Sikap keuangan serta kepribadian yang baik dapat membantu generasi muda untuk melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dengan maksimal, serta keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan dapat mencegah terjadinya risiko keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan dan kepribadian terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan Mahasiswa Ekonomi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Mahasaraswati Denpasar Angkatan 2020, 2021 dan 2022 sebanyak 4.564 mahasiswa, dengan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik proporsionate stratified random sampling, maka jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan dan kepribadian masing – masing berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan Mahasiswa Ekonomi. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menambahkan variabel lain seperti pendapatan, gaya hidup dan demografi.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior adalah pelaksana utama setiap fungsi organisasi terhadap sarana, prasarana, dan infrastruktur yang ada, karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci organisasi yang harus diperhatikan karena selalu mengalami berbagai dinamika di dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah CV. Widhi Asih Bali Export. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Widhi Asih Bali Export dengan jumlah 37 Karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh sehingga total responden berjumlah 37 karyawan. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang berisikan skala Likert yang digunakan sebagai alat ukur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement. Self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin percaya diri karyawan dan work engagement maka mampu meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The property and real estate sector in Indonesia has great growth potential and is a prime choice for investors. However, this sector faces economic challenges and intense competition, making profitability an important indicator for attracting investment. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and company size on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. The research population includes all property and real estate companies listed on the IDX during that period, with purposive sampling techniques resulting in 20 companies meeting the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a positive and significant effect, while company size does not have a significant effect on Profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Studi kuantitatif dilakukan pada Depo Bagoes Bangunan Gianyar, Bali, dengan sampel 120 karyawan. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan kedisiplinan dan komitmen melalui penegakan standar perilaku, kejelasan peran, dan program pengembangan dapat meningkatkan kinerja, sementara pengelolaan beban kerja yang proporsional diperlukan untuk mencegah penurunan performa. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur perilaku organisasi di sektor ritel bahan bangunan serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi manajer sumber daya manusia untuk menyeimbangkan tuntutan pekerjaan dengan kapasitas karyawan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan memasukkan variabel mediasi seperti stres kerja atau keterlibatan kerja, serta menggunakan desain longitudinal untuk memperkuat inferensi kausal.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in Samsam Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency, Bali, with a focus on management and digital marketing training for the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDesa) Wija Sari and a local Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (UMKM), Kue Cemilan Cantik Gekka. The goal was to enhance the professionalism of business management and expand their market reach. Based on initial observations, the BUMDesa and UMKM in Samsam Village faced challenges such as manual and unprofessional financial management and limited use of digital promotional media. BUMDesa Wija Sari only used a WhatsApp group for socialization and promotion, while the UMKM Kue Cemilan Cantik Gekka relied solely on word-of-mouth marketing.The methods used were training and mentoring. The training covered two main aspects: product marketing digitalization through social media and professional financial management. The results showed a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants, the creation of social media accounts for the BUMDesa and UMKM, and changes in their financial reporting systems. However, challenges such as limited training time and varying levels of digital literacy among participants still existed. Therefore, the service team provided follow-up consultation sessions to ensure the sustainable implementation of the strategies.
