Abstract

Kearifan lokal berfungsi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan sumber daya manusia dalam mengolah sumber daya alam, seperti masyarakat pesisir Pantai Pangandaran. Laut setiap saat harus disucikan dengan melalui berbagai upacara, salah satu upacara yang sering dilakukan oleh para nelayan adalah Hajat Laut. Perayaan Hajat Laut Syukuran Nelayan pada hari Jumat, 28 Juli 2023 dimeriahkan oleh beberapa kegiatan, seperti pengangkatan tumpeng, syukuran, dan tabur bunga diikuti oleh mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang sedang KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata). Hajat Laut ini merupakan pelestarian kesenian karena didalamnya terdapat seni musik dan seni tari, dan kesenian merupakan bentuk kebudayaan yang terjadi satu tahun sekali pada bulan Muharram. Upacara ini diselenggarakan untuk melestarikan kebudayaan masyarakat yang sudah ada dan sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur kepada Allah SWT, mengenang jasa para pahlawan yang meninggal di laut, serta memperingati Tahun Baru Islam.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to describe reality of performance-based budgeting in Indonesia. Bureaucratic reform still becomes important issue in the government area, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. One part in bureaucratic reform is the change in government budgeting system. In many countries, this case seems to be imposed, thus the implementation is inappropriate to its truly concept. Critical theories become paradigm used in this paper. Critical theory of Habermas selected as methodology in achieving goal towards the writing of this paper, because Habermas’s thought is very suitable to the issue raised in this paper, which is consensus path that replaces revolution path as offered by Marx. The importance of interaction emphasized on Habermas’s thought becomes basic of analysis due to the interaction or communication based on norm, inter-subjective, demanding role internalization, demanding maintenance of social institution, and action in order to achieve understanding. Performance-based budgeting that should become solution in achieving people welfare still not optimally implemented yet. Physically, the resulted budget has been in performance-based budgeting; however, in fact, indicators of budgeting benefit to the fulfillment of public service still ignored. The incremental system, planning that not based on performance, budget inefficiency to the useless expenditure for public, high political interference, also less budgeting control keep involved in regional budgeting in Indonesia. Contradiction between politics and budgeting culture that implemented recently is obstacle for maximal implementation of performance-based budgeting system. This is the reason why the implementation of performance-based budgeting system in developing countries, including Indonesia, cannot be the same with developed countries. There are many research opportunities that can be followed up from this paper such as study about budgeting culture using ethnography perspective and in-depth research about philosophical aspect from performance-based budgeting ideology with state ideology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh model pembelajaran make a match. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Model Pembelajaran Make a Match Oleh Guru kelas II B SD Negeri 007 Samarinda Kota. Jenis pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru Kelas II B, Kepala Sekolah dan Peserta didik Kelas II B. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model make a match tidak berlangsung efektif dan belum sesuai dengan standar make a match berdasarkan teori. Yang mencakup model pembelajaran make a match yang bisa digunakan adalah pemahaman model make a match, pemanfaatan model make a match, jenis model make a match dan ciri-ciri model make a match. Penerapan model pembelajaran make a match dilakukan sesuai dengan KD, indikator, dan tujuan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran make a match oleh guru kelas II B SD Negeri 007 Samarinda Kota belum memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan oleh permendikbud.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan sektor unggulan perekonomian Kota Malang dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Shift Share terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan mengetahui sektor unggulan dan sektor yang berpotensi menjadi sektor unggulan, maka dapat menjadi dasar untuk perumusan pola kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi di Kota Malangsehingga memberikan dampak yang tinggi bagi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan lapangan pekerjaan Kata kunci:Sektor Unggulan, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Shift Share, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of Ambition for Freedom in entrepreneurship learning as a motivation for students to become entrepreneurs at SMKN 1 JETIS Mojokerto. Using a phenomenological approach, this research explores the subjective experiences of students involved in entrepreneurial learning and how Ambition for Freedom contributes to shaping their motivation to enter the world of entrepreneurship. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with 10 students of SMKN 1 JETIS Mojokerto who had an interest in entrepreneurship, as well as observations of entrepreneurial learning activities in class. Research findings show that students who feel freedom in determining their business tend to have higher motivation to become entrepreneurs, especially because they feel empowered to explore creative ideas and make decisions independently. Ambition for Freedom was found to be an important factor that encourages students to overcome challenges and start businesses. This research contributes to the understanding of how elements of freedom in entrepreneurship education can increase students' interest and readiness for entrepreneurship, and suggests integrating aspects of freedom in the design of the entrepreneurship curriculum at SMKN 1 JETIS Mojokerto.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan, yang menurut pengamatan peneliti disebabkan oleh budaya organisasi dan kompetensi yang tidak optimal. Berdasarkan pemikiran dan pertimbangan, peneliti bermaksud untuk menyelidiki lebih lanjut dalam bentuk penelitian tesis berjudul "Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bandung Barat". Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei eksplanasi, yaitu metode yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif yang berfungsi untuk mengelompokkan data, mengerjakan, menyimpulkan, menjelaskan dan menyajikan hasil olahan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk membuat pola hubungan sebab akibat antara nilai suatu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Analisis dalam pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi Karyawan secara empiris mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bandung Barat, baik sebagian maupun serentak. Hasilnya juga menemukan bahwa kinerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang diakui secara akademis

Abstract

In today's digital age, online business has become a global phenomenon that plays an integral role in the world economy. However, at the local level, especially in Bojonegoro, there is a problem of low involvement of vocational students in online business. This is a serious concern considering that SMK should be an educational institution that is able to produce graduates who are ready to enter the world of work, including in the realm of online business. The importance of increasing digital marketing literacy in entrepreneurship learning at SMK is very important so that students can develop the skills needed to understand, manage, and optimize online businesses. Learning strategies that are integrated with digital marketing literacy are expected to provide students with a better understanding of online business concepts, digital marketing, and effective strategies in the global and local scope. This research novelty will contribute by filling these knowledge gaps and providing new insights into the development of an entrepreneurial curriculum oriented towards digital marketing literacy at the vocational level. The inability of SMK students to understand and apply digital marketing literacy can be a serious obstacle in creating a generation that is strong and ready to do business online. Therefore, this research has an urgency to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education in vocational schools. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of the study involves Students. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves the reduction, display, and inference of data, with tringulation used to ensure validity. The results of research, observations, and interviews show that learning digital marketing literacy in entrepreneurship at SMKN Ngraho Bojonegoro and SMKN Temayang Bojonegoro has contributed positively to students' understanding of online business. Involvement Students in the project- a practical and integrated learning approach have help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a digital business environment. Although there are some areas that require additional attention, overall, this learning program can be considered successful in improving the digital marketing literacy of vocational students in both schools.

Abstract

The mangrove tourism area in Pasuruan has become an important economic potential through the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises MSMEs. This phenomenon shows that MSMEs have a strategic role in building the local economy, especially in the tourism sector. MSMEs in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area may face unique challenges related to entrepreneurial soft skills that can affect their business sustainability. This issue involves local factors such as culture, markets, and local government policies. Ideally, MSMEs in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area need to understand and develop entrepreneurial soft skills to maintain and improve the sustainability of their business. This research aims to provide deeper insight and understanding regarding the role of entrepreneurial soft skills in supporting MSME business sustainability. Although there are several studies related to entrepreneurship and business sustainability, there is still a research gap, especially in the context of MSMEs in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on entrepreneurial soft skills in the context of MSME business in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area, which has not been studied in depth before. The sustainability of MSME business has a positive impact on local economic growth and regional development. Therefore, a better understanding of the role of entrepreneurial soft skills is very urgent to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area. The main objective of this study is to analyze the role of entrepreneurial soft skills in improving MSME business sustainability in the Pasuruan mangrove tourism area, by exploring its positive impact on economic and social aspects. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The research subjects involved MSMEs. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, display, and inference, with triangulation used to ensure validity.The results of research, observations, and interviews show that in this study, MSME actors in the Pasuruan Mangrove Tourism Area showed creativity, adaptability, and good communication skills. They also have quick collaboration and problem-solving skills. The success of MSME businesses is reflected in their resilience to environmental changes and market dynamics. Close partnerships with local communities also make a positive contribution. Their business strategy involves product diversification, technology utilization, and external cooperation, while maintaining environmental sustainability. Recommendations involve soft skills training and support on product innovation to improve competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, business challenges are increasingly complex along with technological developments and global market access. Entrepreneurial literacy is the main key in dealing with this dynamic, where a good understanding of business strategy is essential for business continuity. Religious tourism areas such as the Tomb of Sunan Ampel Surabaya have great potential as tourist destinations and centers of community economic activity. However, MSMEs in the region are faced with various challenges, such as intense competition, lack of entrepreneurial literacy, and lack of effective business strategy implementation. Ideally, MSMEs in the region should have a high level of entrepreneurial literacy and be able to optimize their business strategies to increase competitiveness and local economic contribution. This study aims to investigate business strategies that can be applied by MSMEs in the religious tourism area of Makam Sunan Ampel Surabaya, by considering entrepreneurial literacy as the main foundation. This research makes a new contribution by examining the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy and MSME business strategies in religious tourism areas, adding insight into the specific context of Sunan Ampel Tomb Surabaya. This research has high urgency because it provides a foundation for the development of MSMEs in the region, increasing their competitiveness, and at the same time supporting the development of religious tourism in Surabaya.This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The research subjects involved MSMEs. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, display, and inference, with triangulation used to ensure validity.The results of research, observations, and interviews show that the research emphasizes the need to improve MSME entrepreneurial literacy in the Religious Tourism Area of Sunan Ampel's Tomb. Effective training and mentorship, with more than 70% of MSMEs involved, encourages business adaptation to uncertainty. Collaboration with entrepreneurship experts and the business community plays an important role. The integration of technology and business networks supports sustainable business growth and supports local tourism. This study summarizes effective strategies to increase entrepreneurial literacy, strengthen the contribution of MSMEs, and safeguard cultural heritage.

Abstract

Federasi Serikat Guru Indonesia (FSGI) merilis catatan akhir tahun (Catahu) Pendidikan 2023 bahwa kasus bullying di satuan pendidikan sepanjang tahun 2023 mencapai 30 kasus. Dari 30 kasus tersebut, 30% terjadi di jenjang SD/sederajat. Salah satu kejadiannya di wilayah Kalimantan Timur tepatnya di Kota Samarinda. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi diperoleh bahwa di SDN 007 Samarinda Ulu juga kerap terjadi kasus bullying antar siswa. Oleh karena itu, melalui projek “Bully No More, Friendship Forever” ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepedulian siswa terhadap isu bullying di lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dengan narasumber ahli di bidang bimbingan konseling dan lomba dengan guru menjadi jurinya. Dilaksanakan di SDN 007 Samarinda Ulu, oleh siswa-siswi kelas V yang berjumlah 106 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan observasi dan survey kepuasan. Hasil yang telah dicapai menunjukkan bahwa 94,6% siswa kelas V telah memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang perundungan atau bullying. Respon peserta terhadap kegiatan positif, dan antusias mereka cukup tinggi atas kegiatan yang telah dilakukan sebesar 87%.
