Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Demikian pula, beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan beban kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the future of technopreneurship in the context of sustainable innovation and the evolving digital economy. It aims to analyze how technopreneurs can integrate sustainability principles into technological innovation to meet global demands for greener, smarter, and more inclusive economic development. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study investigates key drivers, challenges, and strategies adopted by emerging digital entrepreneurs to balance profitability with social and environmental responsibility. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with 12 technopreneurs aged between 25 and 40 years, actively running digital-based start-ups in Indonesia, particularly in sectors such as e-commerce, agritech, edtech, and green energy. Additional insights were obtained from three innovation experts and two policymakers in the digital economy sector. Literature review and case study analysis were also conducted to support the triangulation of data. This research utilizes the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework—People, Planet, and Profit—as an analytical lens to evaluate how digital business models can evolve to address sustainability goals while remaining competitive. SWOT and PESTEL analyses were used to identify internal capabilities and external environmental factors influencing technopreneurship. Findings reveal that technopreneurs who adopt circular economy models, utilize renewable technologies, and embed ethical digital practices tend to gain stronger market positioning, consumer trust, and long-term viability. The study concludes that sustainable innovation is not only an ethical imperative but also a strategic advantage in the digital economy. These insights offer practical recommendations for entrepreneurs, educators, and policymakers in shaping a resilient and sustainable digital future.

Abstract

This study seeks to identify the role of perception of information technology, service quality, and trust on customer satisfaction of internet banking users in several State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Banks in Indonesia. The study involved 228 respondents from BBRI, BMRI, and BBNI. The stages in data analysis involve the classical assumption, validity & reliability, and effect test using PLS-SEM. The results accept all hypotheses with positive and significant effects. This study finds that the optimal use and application of information technology systems can increase perceptions of internet banking use on customer satisfaction at SOE banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh beban kerja dan work-life balance terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan PT Generasi Agung Perkasa di Sulawesi Tenggara. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah PT Generasi Agung Perkasa yang terletak di di Dusun 1, Watumbohoti, Kec. Palangga Sel., Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis guna memperoleh interpretasi hasil yang akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan. Semakin tinggi beban kerja yang dirasakan, semakin rendah tingkat komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi. Sebaliknya, work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Karyawan yang mampu menyeimbangkan waktu dan peran antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi cenderung memiliki loyalitas, dedikasi, serta keinginan yang lebih tinggi untuk bertahan dalam organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen beban kerja yang proporsional dan penerapan program work-life balance yang efektif dalam membentuk dan meningkatkan komitmen organisasional karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of start-ups in driving global economic growth using a quantitative approach. Start-ups, as innovative business actors, are considered capable of increasing productivity, creating new employment opportunities, and accelerating the adoption of digital technology, all of which have a positive impact on national economies. The research also examines the role of venture capital as a crucial funding source that supports the development of start-ups, as well as the influence of digitalisation as a key driver in market expansion and operational efficiency. Moreover, this study explores the differences in start-up contributions between developed and developing countries, which are influenced by infrastructure, policy frameworks, and the quality of human resources. The findings reveal that a supportive ecosystem—such as government policies and the availability of capital—is essential to maximise the contribution of start-ups towards inclusive and sustainable economic growth. This research provides strategic recommendations for policymakers to strengthen the start-up ecosystem in order to face global economic competition.
