Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menyusun model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis proyek dan (2) menguji efektifitas model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis proyek untuk menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha mahasiswa pada program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah research development model DBR (Design Based Research) dari Reeves (2006). Hasil penelitian adalah (1) perbaikan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan dengan menyeimbangkan antara teori dan praktik, pembelajaran lebih diarahkan pada praktikum yang aplikatif, dan mewujudkan tujuan program studi yaitu menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki semangat wirausaha; (2) pengembangan desain dan prototipe terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu tujuan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, dan penilaian; (3) uji validasi oleh ahli pendidikan, kewirausahaan, dan uji terbatas menunjukkan tujuan pembelajaran, isi materi, dan sajian telah sesuai dengan konten/ isi, perwajahan, dan kebahasaan; (4) uji produk menggunakan kelas eksperimen yang ditentukan berdasarkan gaya belajar mahasiswa, mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki gaya belajar akomodator, hasil penilaian portofolio menunjukkan mahasiswa memiliki nilai sangat baik dan baik, produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok kerja mahasiswa sesuai dengan gaya belajar, dan uji keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis proyek mampu menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha mahasiswa dengan sangat baik. Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, semangat wirausaha

Abstract

The purpose of this research (1) condition of students’ participation in the business center, parental role, self-efficacy, and student entrepreneur willingness, (2) influence of student participation in the business center, parental role, and self-efficacy partially to student entrepreneur willingness, (3) the influence of participation in the business center, parental role, and self-efficacy on student entrepreneurship willingness, and (4) difference entrepreneur willingness for the first year and second-year students. This study is a comparative causal and technique of collecting data using questionnaire. The result of this research (1) students’ participation in Business Center have high categorized and positively and significantly influence to willingness, (2) parental role is a very high categorical student and have the positive and significant influence to student entrepreneurship willingness, (3) self-efficacy of the high categorized student, but not positively and significantly influence to intent entrepreneurship, (4) willingness of entrepreneurship is very high categorize, (5) students’ participation in Business Center and parental role simultaneously has positively and significantly influence on willingness, (6) there is a difference of willingness of student entrepreneur for the first year students with second year students, (7) there is no difference in student participation in Business Center for the first year and second year students, (8) there is a difference of parental role of first year and second year students, and (9) there no difference of self-efficacy for the first year with second year students.

Abstract

This research aims to develop instructional media which is tested its feasibility and piloted in learning activities. The instructional media is developed using online builder Appypie with DCE developed-model. The product assessment is conducted by material expert, media expert and testing in a small and big group.The instrument of collected data is conducted by interviewing, questionnaire and test. The results of this research are: The instructional media product, mobile learning based android, has been using online builde Appypie, instructional media is feasible to apply after obtaining assessment result from material and media expert and users, The  learning outcomes increases significantly between students with and without using instructional media. In summary, developed instructional media is feasible  to app;y in a learning activity.

Abstract

Scholars and students are believed to be capable of becoming educated entrepreneurs and opening job vacancies to overcome unemployment. This research was carried out to investigate the entrepreneurial intention of students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Malang, in which the entrepreneurial intention is the closest to the act of entrepreneurship. This research is a quantitative study using analysis techniques hierarchical regression. The results showed that entrepreneurial intention was influenced by self-efficacy and improvisation, while personality and subjective norms did not affect the entrepreneurial intention. The interaction relationship between self-efficacy and improvisation affected negatively on entrepreneurial intentions. Male students were found to have higher entrepreneurial intentions than women.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is the country's poverty alleviation policy. In 2017 the Family Hope Program (PKH) has changed its distribution mechanism from cash distribution (cash based) to non-cash distribution. This change in the distribution mechanism is a form of the state's response to problems that arose earlier, so that through non-cash distribution, people are accustomed to accessing banking. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Where the data collection using the technique of Observation, Interview, and Documentation. With the aim of the study to determine the comparison of the distribution of cash (cash based) and non-cash in the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Tekasire Village, Mnggelewa District. It is intended to be able to find out the shortcomings, advantages, similarities and differences in the distribution of the Family Hope Program Social Assistance (PKH). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the comparison of Cash (cash based) and Non-Cash Disbursements in the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Tekasire Village, Manggelewa District found advantages and disadvantages, in Cash (cash based) the advantages are in the requirements that are easier, while in non-cash distributions, there are accuracy of targets, while the drawback in cash disbursement (cash based) is in the use of money and longer queues, while in non-cash distributions there are several shortcomings, one of which lies in bank procedures. In addition, there are also similarities and differences in cash-based and non-cash distributions, where the feeling is both assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs and the difference lies in the instrument used in the form of receiving money directly while the non-cash used is an ATM card. So the Beneficiary Family (KPM) must first withdraw the money from the ATM card to get help.

Abstract

There has been a shift in industrial business enterprise orientation withinside the future, initially oriented to business and is now turning into a socially-oriented industrial business enterprise. One of them is the idea of an inexperienced product commercial enterprise that treats waste as a commercial enterprise with a network commercial enterprise version. Community empowerment involves women's companies in Sukorejo Village in searching to form new groups withinside the waste industrial business enterprise sector. “Women's”-based entrepreneurship schooling is a form of initiation in building the inducement and entrepreneurial intentions of rural women. The goal of this commentary changed into to decide, How the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation and purpose, and to discover out, whether there can be a mediating role in entrepreneurial motivation, related to the hyperlink amongst entrepreneurship training, and entrepreneurial intentions withinside the company of women who are managers, and administrators of BUMDesa "Podho Joyo". This study's technique uses quantitative strategies with SEM-PLS assessment and is assisted with the resource of the usage of the WarpPLS utility. The final results of those research located that there was a considerable effect of entrepreneurship schooling on entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurial intention. However, there's no dating among entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention, so there's no mediating function among the connection among entrepreneurial training, and entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Interest in entrepreneurship is an act of individual desire to do business. Interest in entrepreneurship arises because of the urge to prove what is obtained from knowledge and information. The desire to be involved in business activities is also a factor in a person's interest in entrepreneurship. This study examines the effect of entrepreneurship education, parental support, internal locus of control, and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. The sample in this study was 148 students from UMM, Unisma, and Unikama. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis technique, Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 3 software, and hierarchical structural equation modeling. This study found a significant effect of entrepreneurship education, parental support, and internal locus of control on interest in entrepreneurship. Self-efficacy has a positive influence in moderating entrepreneurship education, parental consent, and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest

Abstract

Wise – consumption can be defined as frugality by using goods sufficiently and not excessive. Wise behavior is the implication of frugal activity concerning available resources distribution. This research aims to describe how to internalize wise – consumption to elementary school children, and to familiarize the children about what good consumption activity is. This research is qualitative research with phenomenological studies approaches in Siraman, Kesamben, Blitar Regency. The subject of this research is 30 families that have elementary school children. Moreover, data analysis used a technique of descriptive qualitative. The research finding shows that internalization can be conducted by exemplary, verbal explanation, and habitual relevant action.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the school principal leadership style in an Islamic boarding School-based junior high school located in Tulungagung Regency. This study is using a quantitative method with a phenomenological approach. The design used in this study is multicase studies with comparative case studies. The object of research includes Kiai, principals, vice-principals, teachers, and foundation employees, in three schools, there are (1) Sunan Gunung Jati Islamic Junior High school, (2) Jawaahirul Hikmah Junior High school, and (3) Al Azhaar Islamic Junior High School. Obtained research result related to the First Research Focus are as follows, (1) the path and goal of leadership style in Sunan Gunung Jati Islamic Junior High School, (2) the charismatic leadership style in Jawaahirul Hikmah Junior High School, (3) the situational leadership style in Al Azhaar Islamic Junior High School. Second, related to the roots of leadership in terms of religious roots, cultural roots, and social roots. First, the roots of leadership in terms of religious roots come from the letters in the Al-Qur'an and hadiths which explain the characteristics a leader must possess. Second, the root of leadership in terms of the cultural roots of sami'na wa atho'na means that the students always have high obedience to the kiai or ulama who are placed as heirs of the prophet. Third, the roots of leadership in terms of social roots show the fact that the background of the Islamic boarding school-based junior high school, the social background of the community, the highest decision-maker in the Islamic boarding school-based junior high school, the leadership model based on heredity, and the selection of principals based on competence, greatly influence the leadership style applied by each headmaster. This leadership root also influences the achievements of each of the Islamic boarding schools in Tulungagung. Keywords: Leadership Style, Leadership Root, Boarding Schools

Abstract

In CSR activities, the initial concept of these activities is called the triple bottom line which consists of three corporate responsibilities in its business operations including people, planet, and profit. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive and comparative analysis of the sustainability report. The three aspects in the triple bottom line concept of CSR activities are the company's responsibility with the people, or the surrounding community by making social activities, corporate responsibility with the planet in various ways to overcome water, air, and soil waste. The last one is the company responsibility for profit that is also obtained from the good image which makes consumers become loyal customers of the company.
