Abstract

This study aimed to test an empirical manner on the role of student satisfaction at Private Universities through the study on private university students in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. The research was done on 5 private universities in Bandar Lampung. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 respondents as samples to be taken by using purposive sampling technique. To analyze the data Structural Equation Model was used as a method and analysis of data processed using software lisrel 8.80 statistics for windows. The results of the study found that student’s perceivedvalue had some positive effects significantly to student satisfaction, and it was sufficiently significant to affect the Student loyalty. It was concluded that student satisfaction is the influence of full mediating between student perceived value against student loyalty. The results of the research also found that student perceived value influential positive and significant against student loyalty.Therefore it was concluded that Student satisfaction was full mediating effect between Students perceived value to Student loyalty. To increase the student loyalty it was better for the institution to have good communication to student, asked the lecturer to help students to overcome difficulties in their lectures and give the same service to all students .Further research was suggested to add variables or another dimension into a model of student loyalty or using different respondents characteristic in the form of national universities/Private Universities which was more complete and more extensive research areas. Besides that it was suggested also to conduct a research in the scope of more widely education, ranging from basic education, secondary education, higher education and vocational education, so as expected to get a student loyalty model for all kinds of level of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat Literasi Digital dan kualitas Teknologi Informasi terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung wisatawan ke wisata bahari Lampung pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Dari hasil kuisioner yang disebar pada 106 wisatawan. Didapatkan hasil bahwa 30 pertanyaan dalam angket yang diberikan dinyatakan 100% valid, dengan membandingkan nilai r-hitung setiap item pertanyaan telah lebih dari nilai rtable (0,195). Pada hasil per-hitungan uji reliabilitas, maka seluruh variable X1, X2, dan Y memiliki koofisien alfa lebih dari 0,6. Sehingga seluruh variable dinyatakan reliabel. Selanjutnya jika melihat hasil uji hipotesis maka disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Literasi Digital, Kualitas Teknologi Informasi, maupun Tingkat Literasi Digital dan Kualitas Teknologi Informasi secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Keputusan Berkunjung pada Wisata Bahari di Lampung di masa pandemi Covid-19. Dan untuk nilai R-square sebesar 0,631 yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Literasi Digital dan kualitas Teknologi Informasi secara bersamaan mampu menjelaskan Minat Keputusan Berkunjung pada Wisata Bahari di Lampung di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Sidodadi melalui implementasi APDIKAD. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Sidodadi Kecamatan Waylima Kabupaten Pesawaran meliputi tahapan identifikasi problem sampai dengan tahapan produksi akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi APDIKAD sangat diminati masyarakat Desa Sidodadi yang ditunjukkan dengan tingginya antusiasme pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat melakukan penginputan data terkait informasi umum. Ini menggambarkan bahwa pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat Desa Sidodadi menginginkan adanya perubahan sesuai perkembangan teknologi terkini dari sisi tatakelola bisnis dan tatakelola pemerintahan. Semakin majunya bisnis UMKM dan reformasi pemerintahan desa maka dapat meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, sehingga secara umum kesejahteraan masyarakat Lampung semakin meningkat. Untuk mendukung keberlanjutan aplikasi ini, maka diharapkan dukungan seluruh stakeholder di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pesawaran.

Abstract

The background of this community service program is the use of register forests in Sendang Baru Village, Sendang Agung District, Central Lampung Regency, where the register forests are used by the local community to process sap trees found in the forest to be processed into various kinds of sugar. The forest management system aims to empower the community (increase economic value, cultural value, provide benefits to the managing community and local community). . This production training The participants of the Sendang Baru Village community were given material presentation and socialization on optimization in processing palm sugar into ant sugar or palm powder sugar. Introduced the tools and materials used for the processing of ant sugar production, as well as how to operate a sap mixer for the sap coagulation process into sugar and an oven machine for the ant sugar drying process. Ant sugar training participants practice the process of making ant sugar according to what has been demonstrated.

Abstract

The port is one of the drivers of the economy because it is the main gateway in the process of up and down passengers, as well as a facility that facilitates the distribution of production and trade between islands. The port becomes a public facility where interactions between users are established in connection with economic activity. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the influence of pricing and service quality on the intention to purchase at port services companies and ferry crossings in South Lampung. This research was conducted by disseminating questionnaires to port service users and data analysis methods using multiple linear regressions. The results showed that pricing has a positive and significant effect on intention to purchase and the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on intention to purchase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer preferences on product quality, service quality, product image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the Merry's Lampung pastry business. The research method used in this research is a purposive random sampling method with 200 customers as respondents and uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. the results of this study note that product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and on customer loyalty, product image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty and then customer satisfaction as an intervening variable has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. The recommendation obtained in this study are Merry's Lampung pastry business managers need to innovate such as making more attractive cake shapes, more unique packaging, ease of payment, adding premium products and improving facilities to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the factors related to competitive advantage, especially in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and to gain an in-depth understanding of the field of Competitive Advantage by classifying, defining, and analyzing the latest scientific literature. Research Methodology: This research uses the systematic mapping study (SMS) method to examine scientific publications on the field of competitive advantage published from time to time based on focus and type of research. Results: The results of this study also provide a summary of current research topics and trends related to Competitive Advantage. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can gain a Competitive Advantage through planned strategies. The goal of this strategy is to generate greater profits than competitors. To gain Competitive Advantage, many factors are equally important. Some of these are challenges, artificial intelligence, adoption, industry, covid, application, technology, data, performance, green innovation, capability, role, supply chain, innovation, and image classification factors. This factor creates and maintains a competitive advantage over competitors. Limitation: Limited number of variables in determining factors related to the development of micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) governance, such as MSME performance, Market Orientation, Innovation, Marketing, Dynamic Capabilities. Contribution: This research provides a practical way to learn which topics are appropriate for research and which areas require additional research and help researchers plan future discovery gap (gap) research.

Abstract

The growth and changes facing the hotel industry globally have in several ways affected the competence of its personnel. There is growing concern about graduate competency and what industry requires. Previous studies reveal that hospitality management programs do not adequately prepare hospitality students with the competencies necessary to fit today's workplace. Therefore, educational institutions must play their role in developing and instilling important competencies in their graduates so as to prepare them for the competitive world of work. This paper aims to investigate the competencies required by hospitality graduates from an industry perspective. This paper is based on previous studies regarding hospitality management competencies by considering competencies from the management competency model and generic skills framework. The Delphi technique was used to investigate graduate competencies from the perspective of the hospitality industry.

Abstract

Tim LPMM Universitas Bandar Lampung bekerja sama dengan sama dengan PLN (Divisi Komunikasi dan TJSL (PLN Peduli) PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Lampung melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan fokus bidang kami tentang kewirausahaan khususnya peningkatan kapabilitas sumber daya manusianya.Dari survei yang sudah dilakukan Tim menemukan beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat Rukun Santoso Desa Bumi Sari Kec Natar Kab Lampung selatan diantaranya pengelolaan usaha konvensional oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), dan KWT perlu dibekali ilmu dan praktek kewirausahaan. Terdapatnya beberapa kelemahan dalam pengelolaan oleh pihak KWT setempat serta Kami menyadari kurang nya edukasi dalam pembekalan ilmu serta praktek kewirausahaan. Tim pada akhirnya memberikan solusi kepada masyarakat Rukun Santoso Desa Bumi Sari Kec Natar Kab Lampung selatan yaitu mengadakan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan, Agar Para ibu-ibu KWT memahami bagaimana mengelola usaha dan memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu sumber penyerapan tenaga kerja terbesar di Indonesia. Salah satu sektor yang menjadi andalan UMKM adalah produksi gula semut, termasuk di desa Sumber Sari yang berada di kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Namun, kompetisi di pasar gula semut cukup ketat, sehingga UMKM harus mampu memperbaiki daya saing produknya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas packaging produk. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai packaging yang sesuai dengan standar pasar dan dapat memberikan nilai jual yang lebih tinggi serta daya tarik bagi konsumen. Kegiatan ini menggunakan 2 sesi yakni dengan memberikan materi atau identifikasi kepada UMKM mengenai pentingnya packaging dan sesi yang kedua memberikan pelatihan bagi UMKM dalam pembuatan design packaging dan pemilihan bahan untuk packaging. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi desain dan material packaging berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya saing produk gula semut pada UMKM. Oleh karena itu, UMKM perlu terus mengembangkan inovasi desain dan material packaging agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk gula semut di pasar.
