Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and solar dryer dome assistance on the performance of the Trubus Farmer Group in West Pringsewu Village, Pringsewu Sub-district, Pringsewu Regency. The population in the study were members of the Trubus farmer group in West Pringsewu Village, Pringsewu Sub-district, Pringsewu Regency. In this study, the entire population of 25 farmer group members was sampled. The quantitative data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation (X1) had a positive effect on the performance (Y) of Trubus farmer group members in West Pringsewu Village, Pringsewu Sub-district, Pringsewu Regency, Solar Dryer Dome Assistance (X2) had a positive effect on the performance (Y) of Trubus farmer group members in West Pringsewu Village, Pringsewu Sub-district, Pringsewu Regency. Motivation (X1) and Solar Dryer Dome Assistance (X2) simultaneously affect the performance (Y) of the Trubus farmer group in West Pringsewu Village, Pringsewu Sub-district, Pringsewu Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Lampung Province Directorate General of Highway ( Bina Marga) and Construction Development Agency (Bina Konstruksi). The type of research used is quantitative research. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a sample size of 49 people. The data analysis that the author used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence of motivation on the performance of employees of the Lampung Province Directorate General of Highway ( Bina Marga) and Construction Development Agency (Bina Konstruksi). There is a positive influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Lampung Province Directorate General of Highway ( Bina Marga) and Construction Development Agency (Bina Konstruksi). There is a positive influence of motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Lampung Province Directorate General of Highway ( Bina Marga) and Construction Development Agency (Bina Konstruksi). Suggestions, the Head of the Directorate General of Highway ( Bina Marga) and Construction Development Agency (Bina Konstruksi) is expected to maintain motivation so that employee performance will improve in the future. It is suggested, for the Head of the Lampung Province Directorate General of Highway ( Bina Marga) and Construction Development Agency (Bina Konstruksi) to pay attention to what employees need and want when employees have difficulties; provide solutions to the problems faced; always encourage periodically or continuously so that they are motivated to carry out their duties well in order to improve their performance better than before; can be creative and innovative in conditioning and assigning tasks to employees according to established procedures and regulations; and leaders can adjust their motivation conditionally, In addition, leaders should be willing to formulate policies that can improve the organizational culture of employees in order to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

Pelatihan kelistrikan bagi santri di Pondok Pesantren merupakan salah satu upaya penting untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan praktis santri di bidang kelistrikan. Di era modern saat ini, pemahaman tentang kelistrikan tidak hanya dibutuhkan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari, tetapi juga sebagai penunjang pendidikan dan keselamatan di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap teknisi luar dengan memberikan kemampuan kepada santri untuk melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan sederhana pada peralatan listrik. Metode pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi pengenalan dasar kelistrikan, teori dan praktik keselamatan kelistrikan, penggunaan alat-alat listrik, serta pemasangan dan perawatan sistem kelistrikan. Melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur ini, santri dapat mengembangkan keterampilan yang relevan dan meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dalam menangani permasalahan kelistrikan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga berkontribusi untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan listrik dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan efisiensi energi. Secara keseluruhan, program pelatihan kelistrikan di pondok pesantren tidak hanya memperkaya pengetahuan santri tetapi juga mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Teknologi digital telah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dan telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi keberlangsungan usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Salah satu UMKM yang terpengaruh oleh teknologi digital adalah produsen gula semut di desa Sendang Baru, Lampung Tengah. Melalui digital marketing, diharapkan produsen gula semut dapat meningkatkan promosi dan pemasaran produk mereka secara efektif dan efisien. Dalam pengabdian ini, cara yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada pengusaha UMKM yang menjadi mitra. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, mitra cukup memahami tentang konsep digital marketing dan mampu menggunakan media sosial untuk melakukan pemasaran. Penambahan kemampuan mitra dalam melakukan pemasaran diharapkan dapat membantu mitra untuk memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing mitra sebagai pengusaha UMKM.

Abstract

Desain kemasan produk memainkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan keberhasilan produk di pasar, terutama bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini menyajikan hasil dan pembahasan dari implementasi desain kemasan produk UMKM, fokus pada peningkatan daya tarik, diferensiasi dari pesaing, dan penciptaan identitas merek yang kuat. Melalui analisis data penjualan, umpan balik konsumen, dan respons pasar, ditemukan bahwa desain kemasan yang menarik secara visual secara signifikan berkontribusi pada peningkatan penjualan dan penerimaan positif konsumen. Identifikasi faktor-faktor keberhasilan, seperti kombinasi warna, elemen desain, dan strategi pemasaran, memberikan wawasan berharga untuk perencanaan pengembangan masa depan. Kesimpulan menyatakan pentingnya kesinambungan evaluasi dan adaptasi desain kemasan untuk tetap relevan dengan tren pasar dan preferensi konsumen. Hasil ini memberikan panduan bagi UMKM untuk mengoptimalkan desain kemasan produk mereka, menciptakan diferensiasi yang berarti, dan membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Ganjar Asri, Kota Metro melalui pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian, termasuk persiapan, penyusunan modul pelatihan, dan pelaksanaan sesi pelatihan yang melibatkan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Ganjar Asri. Pelatihan difokuskan pada aspek pembuatan laporan keuangan, dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konsep dasar akuntansi, pengelolaan data transaksi, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman para pelaku UMKM terkait laporan keuangan. Mereka mampu menerapkan pengetahuan baru mereka dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akurat dan relevan. Dengan meningkatnya kapabilitas keuangan, diharapkan UMKM di Desa Ganjar Asri dapat meningkatkan daya saing, mendapatkan akses lebih besar ke sumber pembiayaan, dan mencapai pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal melalui penguatan aspek keuangan pada tingkat UMKM.

Abstract

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis wastra (kain tradisional) di Indonesia, khususnya batik, menunjukkan kemajuan yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Artikel ini fokus pada Kelompok Usaha Shiha Ali di Desa Sidoharjo, Lampung, yang berhasil melestarikan seni batik tulis khas daerah dengan inovasi motif dan penggunaan pewarna alami. Dukungan pemerintah dan lembaga terkait, seperti Bank Indonesia dan Pupuk Indonesia, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing produk tradisional melalui pelatihan dan program pengembangan. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang diterapkan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan program pelatihan, pelaksanaan sesi praktis, pendampingan berkelanjutan, dan pembangunan jejaring. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan produksi, efektivitas pemasaran, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelestarian budaya. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan komprehensif dalam pelatihan dan pendampingan meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM untuk menghadapi tantangan pasar. Dengan demikian, UMKM Shiha Ali tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi lokal, tetapi juga melestarikan warisan budaya Nusantara, menjadikannya sebagai model bagi pengembangan UMKM di daerah lain di Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose: A review of the history of university brand equity research is attempted to be given in this paper. Research methodology: Extracts from the Scopus database. Ten publications discussing university brand equity made up the sample, which spanned the years 2000 to 2203. The analysis approach groups articles according to pertinent subjects about institution brand equity. Results: All things considered, the study findings revealed that little study has been done on university brand equity. Limitations: Our research focuses exclusively on scientific articles published in the last 23 years and in the Scopus index. Contribution: Given the dearth of study on brand equity in the service industry, particularly in universities, this could offer researchers a chance to focus on university brand equity, particularly in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research focuses on the factors that interact with each other and influence consumers' purchasing decisions, as well as how implementing effective marketing strategies can influence these decisions across various industry sectors. The purpose of the study is to examine studies that are relevant to purchase decisions, this study uses a qualitative method with a systematic literature study approach, which is an assessment and analysis of previous research related to purchase decisions, using the keywords "Purchase Decision" and "Travel" in the period from 2004 to 2024 (20 years). The results of the study found that purchasing decisions are influenced by cognitive dissonance, social influence, corporate alliances, brand equity, brand preferences, gender roles: female dominance, online forum browsing, price, online reviews, promotions, demographics, travel preferences, domestic family decisions, brand decisions, price decisions, circle of acquaintance decisions, compromises, temporal constructions, perceived ease of use, electronic word of mouth, content marketing,  Brand image, lifestyle, trust in tour packages, trust in payment methods, intention to purchase tour services, promotion of online tour services, place of residence, previous purchase experience, information sources used and perception of reliability, professional status, age, education level, financial situation, and perception of value.

Abstract

The problem of imbalance between the number of labor force growth and available jobs is a seriousconcern in the context of education and economic development today. The phenomenon where the number of Vocational High School (SMK) graduates continues to grow but their ability to become entrepreneurs or create new jobs is still minimal highlights the importance of effective entrepreneurship education. Currently, entrepreneurship education in schools tends to only touch the surface, focusing on introducing entrepreneurial values, without giving emphasis on internalizing these values or encouraging real actions in daily life. Based on these problems, this paper will discuss how the principal's leadership and how the principal's leadership strategy in improving student entrepreneurship in SMK. The research process using literature study begins with the identification of the topic or research question to be researched. After that, researchers search for related literature through various sources of information such as libraries, online databases, and electronic journals. With great responsibility, school principals are responsible for the implementation of learning activities that can ultimately improve existing graduates, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. In line with this, some of the strategies that can be carried out by school principals in improving student entrepreneurial competence are by creating innovation, working hard in improving school quality, motivation, never giving up, and having entrepreneurial instincts.
