Abstract

Latar Belakang : perubahan pola konsumsi maknanan masyarakat menjadi berubah dalam porsi, frekuensi, karakterisktik dan mulai meninggalkan kebiasaan makan makanan yang dibuat dirumah karena masyarakat mulai mengikuti perkembangan industri, tetapi tidak hanya meninggalkan makanan yang di buat di rumah bahkan masakan yang di buat di rumah juga bisa mengakibatkan timbulnya penyakit,bahkan aktivitas fisik pun merupakan faktor resiko independen untuk penyakit kronis. Metode: Menggunakan penelitiam Kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi dan rancangan cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling 30 responden. Instrumen yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner serta uji analisis chi square. Hasil : berdasarkan hasil uji analisis chi square di dapatkan p value 0,028(p>0,05) yang artinya tidak ada hubungan antara polakonsumsi makanan terhadap kejadian hipertensi pada lansia, dan hasil chi square di dapatkan pvalue 0,136(p>0,05) yang artinya tidak ada hubungan antara aktivitas fisik terhadap kejadian hipertensi pada lansia. Kesimpulan : berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat 10 responden(71,0) dengan pola konsumsi makanan baik dan di dapatkan p value 0,028>0,05dan terdapat 8 responden (66,7) dengan aktivitas fisik baik dan di dapatkan p value 0,136(p>0,05) yang artinya tidak ada hubungan antara aktivitas fisik terhadap hipertensi pada lansia.lansia di harapkan dapat mengontrol pola konsumsi makakanan dan aktivitas fisik agar tidak dapat menimbulkan penyakit.

Abstract

Fiscal transfer policies and road infrastructure are essential in reducing inequality in Indonesia. However, previous research examining the effect of fiscal transfer policies and road infrastructure still came up with inconclusive findings, thus making it necessary to conduct further research on rural, urban, and sub-national areas in Indonesia. This study examines the impact of fiscal transfer policies and road infrastructure on reducing income inequality in rural, urban, and sub-national areas. The authors utilized time-series data from 2012 to 2021 and 34 provinces. The fixed effect GLS model showed that Kuznets' hypothesis existed at rural, urban, and sub-national levels. The results also showed that the special allocations fund significantly reduced income inequality in rural, urban, and sub-national areas. However, road infrastructure was significant only in urban areas. The findings suggest that the special allocation fund policy can be expanded in scope and increased in number to accelerate the reduction in income inequality.JEL Classification: O15, L92, O18, O23How to Cite:Khusaini, K., Sentosa, B. Abstract

ABSRACT Background: According to WHO, diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease that is experienced by many Indonesians, and its prevalence continues to increase from year to year along with its complications. Good knowledge of disease is a provision as the basis for the application of health behavior of DM patients in managing themselves to achieve a better quality of life. Health education has a goal to change behavior starting from changes in education and knowledge. Purpose: To determine the effect of education, knowledge and health education on reducing blood glucose in type 2 DM patients at the Pakuhaji Public Health Center, Tangerang Regency. Research method: : this research used quantitative causal with a cross sectional approach, the technique used is sampling jenuh as many as 65 respondents. Result of the research: Based on the results of the T test, the effect of education has no effect on the decrease in blood glucose, knowledge has an effect on the decrease in blood glucose, and counseling has an effect on the decrease in blood glucose. Based on the results of the F test, the effect of education, knowledge and health education on the decrease in blood glucose results in F table 2.36 with a sig value of 0.000. Conclusion: The results showed that there was an effect of education, knowledge and health education on reducing blood glucose.

Abstract

Teacher personality competence must be continuously improved in order to support a good quality of learning in the classroom. This training activity aims to strengthen the teacher's personality competence, to find out participants’ perception of training, and the level of learning quality. This activity was attended by 38 participats of SMK Lab Business School, Tangerang. The training methods used in this study were direct teaching, discussion, brain storming, and assignments. The results of the PKM implementation as measured by facilities, materials, methods, instructors, and organizers show that the training could run well and smoothly with participant responses in good category. In addition, participants felt very satisfied. The teachers considered that there was an increase in knowledge and competencies. The results of the post-PKM monitoring show that the teacher’s quality, using three dimensions of learning quality: classroom management, student support, and cognitive activation, was in good categories; although there were still some indicators that must be corrected by the teachers. Therefore, the results of this activity recommend that schools can carry out similar activities to strengthen the competencies of other teachers. The learning quality should always be maintained by teacher, so that the learning objectives can be achieved properly.

Abstract

In the era of knowledge-based economy, talent management is a key element in improving organizational competitiveness. This research aims to identify effective strategies in attracting and retaining the best talent amid dynamic changes in the labor market. Through a qualitative approach and case studies on leading companies, this study explores the key factors that influence talent's decision to join and stay in an organization. The results show that a work environment that supports innovation, sustainable career development, and competitive compensation policies are the main factors in talent management. In addition, the company's ability to build an inclusive and collaboration-based work culture has also proven to play an important role in retaining high-quality talent. These findings provide guidance for organizations to design more effective talent management strategies in the context of a knowledge-based economy.

Abstract

Teachers execute their tasks. The quality of education has not changed, and student scores like the average national exam score remain low, indicating a severe issue. Indonesian education quality issues are shared by all groups. This study used multiple linear regression. Multiple regression has multiple study factors with one dependent variable and multiple independent variables. SMAN 25 Kab. Tangerang must enhance teacher performance by addressing leadership, motivation, and job happiness.

Abstract

Dalam era revolusi digital yang mengubah paradigma bisnis, organisasi dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk memahami dan mengadopsi teknologi blockchain secara efektif. Namun, pemahaman tentang motivasi di balik adopsi blockchain dan dampaknya pada operasional bisnis masih belum jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mendorong organisasi untuk mengadopsi teknologi blockchain serta dampak nyata yang dihasilkan pada operasional bisnis mereka. Sebanyak 310 makalah diselidiki pada penelitian ini dan memilih 40 makalah yang paling relevan untuk dianalisis secara mendalam terkait penggunaan dan dampak blockchain dalam bisnis. Metode analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi motivasi organisasi dalam mengadopsi blockchain dan dampaknya. Analisis menunjukkan penekanan yang kuat pada mekanisme operasional blockchain dan potensinya dalam bisnis. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan dalam pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mendorong organisasi untuk mengadopsi teknologi ini. Temuan menyoroti perlunya motivasi organisasi dalam mengadopsi blockchain dan dampak signifikan yang dihasilkannya pada bisnis. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi akademisi dan praktisi industri, serta menawarkan panduan untuk strategi adopsi dan implementasi blockchain yang lebih efektif. Pentingnya pendekatan multidisiplin juga ditekankan, mengintegrasikan perspektif teknis, bisnis, dan sosial untuk pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang dinamika dan implikasi teknologi blockchain dalam konteks bisnis yang lebih luas. Dengan demikian, studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi adopsi blockchain, serta menyarankan arah untuk penelitian masa depan yang akan memperkuat pemahaman dan penerapan praktis teknologi blockchain dalam bisnis.

Abstract

Penyakit Campak merupakan suatu penyakit yang mudah tertular, Kemenkes mencatat jumlahpada kasus campak di Indonesia sangat banyak dan cenderung meningkat dalam kurun waktu limatahun terakhir. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan Sikap dan MotivasiIbu terhadap Imunisasi Campak dalam Pencegahan Campak dengan secara simultan. MetodePenelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kausal komperatifatau menggunakan pendekatanCross sectional menggunakan uji normalitas multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, linearitas,regresi berganda, uji t, dan uji f. Populasi sebanyak 58 Responden. Teknik pengambilan sampelpada penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembarkueshioner. Teknis analisa diatas menggunakan analisis Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil PenelitianBerdasarkan uji t Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapimunisasi campak dalam pencegahan campak, variabel Sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadapimunisasi campak dalam pencegahan Campak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji F (Simultanmenunjukkan bahwa variabel independen Sikap dan Motivasi Ibu terhadap Imunisasi Campakdalam Pencegahan Campak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Campak dengan hasilTtabel 7.515 dengan nilai Sig. 0.000. Kesimpulan Hasil penelitian ada Pengaruh Sikap danMotivasi Ibu terhadap Imunisasi Campak dalam Pencegahan Campak.

Abstract

This study assessed the influence of motivation, discipline, and work environment on employee performance at CV. Validity tests, reliability tests, normalcy tests, descriptive statistical analysis tests, simple linear regression tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, determination test, t (partial) test, and f test were used. Results showed that the t test tcount value is greater than ttable, which is equal to tcount motivation of 2.957, Discipline 3.284, Work environment 3.676, and ttable of 1.354. This suggests that motivation, discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study seeks to establish the effect of motivation, discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees at CV. Validity tests, reliability tests, normalcy tests, descriptive statistical analysis tests, simple linear regression tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, determination test, t (partial) test, and f test were used. Results showed that motivation, discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV, as demonstrated by a partial test (t test). The F test found a value of 65,947 and a probability value of 0.80, indicating that Motivation, Discipline, and Work Environment all influence Employee Performance at CV simultaneously.

Abstract

This study explores the academic policy regarding establishing new Junior High Schools (SMP) in South Tangerang City in response to the rising number of Elementary School (SD) graduates and the limited availability of secondary education facilities. Using a theoretical and quantitative approach, the research applies the "Social Demand Approach" planning model to identify the need for new schools. Findings reveal a significant imbalance between the number of SD and SMP, particularly in Setu, North Serpong, Pondok Aren, and Ciputat sub-districts, highlighting an urgent need for new school units (USB) and classrooms (RKB) to ensure equitable access to quality education. The analysis is supported by geographic and demographic data, considering essential variables such as student group sizes (rombel). Therefore, the policy for establishing new schools in South Tangerang City must be implemented promptly to address primary and secondary education challenges, ensuring adequate facilities for the growing student population. The research emphasizes the importance of addressing educational infrastructure needs to support student's educational progress and highlights the critical role of geographic information systems (GIS) in mapping school locations and planning future school development. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengeksplorasi kebijakan akademik terkait pendirian Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) baru di Kota Tangerang Selatan sebagai respons terhadap meningkatnya jumlah lulusan Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan terbatasnya ketersediaan fasilitas pendidikan menengah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan teoritis dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menerapkan model perencanaan "Social Demand Approach" untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan akan sekolah baru. Temuan menunjukkan ketidakseimbangan yang signifikan antara jumlah SD dan SMP, khususnya di kecamatan Setu, Serpong Utara, Pondok Aren, dan Ciputat, menyoroti kebutuhan mendesak akan unit sekolah baru (USB) dan ruang kelas (RKB) untuk memastikan akses yang merata terhadap pendidikan berkualitas. Analisis didukung oleh data geografis dan demografis, mempertimbangkan variabel penting seperti ukuran kelompok peserta didik (rombel). Oleh karena itu, kebijakan pendirian sekolah baru di Kota Tangerang Selatan harus dilaksanakan segera untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pendidikan dasar dan menengah, serta memastikan fasilitas yang memadai bagi populasi peserta didik yang berkembang. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemenuhan kebutuhan infrastruktur pendidikan untuk mendukung kemajuan peserta didik. Sistem informasi geografis (GIS) memainkan peran penting dalam pemetaan lokasi sekolah dan perencanaan pengembangan pendidikan di masa depan.Kata Kunci: kebijakan pendidikan; kelompok belajar pendirian SMP; social demand approach
