Abstract

Kedelai merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan terpenting di Indonesia. Setiap tahun, kebutuhan kedelai terus menerus mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan permintaan yang terus meningkat untuk bahan pangan maupun industri seperti tahu, tempe, susu kedelai, tauco dan sebagainya. Upaya untuk mendapat kualitas kedelai pun menjadi faktor utama. Penggunaan mesin sortasi kedelai berdasarkan warna merupakan salah satu pilihan untuk mendapatkan kualitas kedelai yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang mesin sortasi kedelai berdasarkan warna. Metode penelitian dimulai dari memahami sifat fisik dan mekanik kedelai, desain pengujian, rancangan fungsional dan struktural, dan pendekatan analisis perancangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada sensor warna dan disk penjatah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan P5 pada satuan pendidikan pelaksana Kurikulum Merdeka jenjang SMP di Kabupaten Donggala ditinjau dari dimensi: 1) standar dan tujuan; 2) sumber daya; 3) karakteristik agen pelaksana; 4) komunikasi antar organisasi; 5) kondisi dan lingkungan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik; dan 6) disposisi implementor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Kabupaten Donggala menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data; 1) wawancara, 2) observasi, dan 3 dokumentasi. Informan mencakup; kepala sekolah, guru, pengawas sekolah, siswa, dan orang tua siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Milles dan Huberman, terdiri atas; 1) Pengumpulan data; 2) condentation; 3) display; dan 4) verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Hasil dan temuan penelitian menunjukkan implementasi P5 pada SMP pelaksana Kurikulum Merdeka di Kabupaten Donggala: 1) sudah efektif pada dimensi standar dan tujuan; 2) belum efektif pada dimensi sumber daya; 3) belum efektif pada dimensi karakteristik agen pelaksana; 4) belum efektif pada dimensi komunikasi antar organisasi; 5) sudah efektif pada dimensi kondisi dan lingkungan ekonomi, politik, dan sosial; dan 6) sudah efektif pada dimensi disposisi implementor.

Abstract

Pengukuran suhu merupakan salah satu hal yang terpenting dalam mengukur kinerja suatu proses pindah panas. Pengukuran suhu biasanya dijumpai di lapangan menggunakan termometer air raksa atau sensor suhu yang memiliki display digital dan dicatat manual. Pengukuran suhu dengan menggunakan cara ini mulai ditinggalkan karena untuk mengetahui kinerja suatu mesin dibutuhkan data yang banyak agar dapat diperoleh kinerja mesin yang akurat. Data logger adalah alat yang sering dijumpai dalam pengukuran suhu baik di laboratorium-laboratium teknik di kampus maupun industri. Data logger merupakan alat ukur suhu yang termutakhir hari ini. Hanya saja data logger yang tersedia di pasaran masih mahal sehingga butuh biaya lebih untuk membelinya. Arduino merupakan mikrokontroler dengan harga yang terjangkau dan dapat disambungkan dengan berbagai sensor dan dapat dirancang layaknya seperti data logger. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah rancang bangun dengan mengembangkan termokopel data logger. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 12 channel termokopel tipe-K dengan penguat sinyal Max6675 dapat berfungsi dan data dapat dikumpulkan ke Micro SD.

Abstract

Rising energy demand and environmental concerns are driving efforts to find alternative energy sources. Photovoltaic (PV)-based power generation is a clean energy solution that continues to be developed for reliable energy supply. This study aimed to analyze global horizontal irradiance (GHI) and evaluate the performance of a PV-based power generation model in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia (latitude: -4.002°, longitude: 122.6°). The study was conducted from March to May 2024 using a commercial PV panel with a rated maximum power of 50 Wp. Instantaneous values of GHI, voltage, and electric current were recorded simultaneously. GHI data were closely related to the clearness index (Kt) and the diffuse fraction of solar irradiance. The highest hourly average GHI was observed in March, reaching 1.08 kW/m², while values in April and May ranged from 0.97 to 0.99 kW/m². The system achieved a daily average maximum power output of 34.53 watts and an instantaneous peak of 49.03 watts. The maximum daily efficiency, 12.48%, was recorded in May. Power conversion performance was found to correlate strongly with GHI and Kt values, with greater stability in these parameters leading to more effective energy harvesting. Additionally, solar energy was available for more than 8 hours per day under clear sky conditions during the transitional season. These empirical results provide new insights into PV performance in the region. However, long-term data collection and incorporation of temperature effects, especially in the dry season, will provide power reliability assessment and extend system usability in off-grid applications in the region.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pengorganisasian, penyampaian dan pengelolaan pembelajaran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai multikultural. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriftik analitik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai multikultural adalah dengan menggunakan strategi pengorganisasian, penyampaian dan pengelolaan pembelajaran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai multikultural adalah Guru mengajarkan rasa kasih sayang, toleransi, kerukunan kedamaian dan sikap saling tolong menolong antar sesama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, menunjukkan keteladanan dalam interaksi antara guru dan murid, guru mengajak murid untuk bekerjasama. Faktor pendukung mencakup pihak sekolah, sarana prasarana, dan adanya unsur terinspirasi sehingga strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai multikultural di SMA Negeri 2 Plus Sipirok Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah kurang dukungan orang tua dan kurangnya persepsi antar guru Agama.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian terkait optimasi produksi biolistrik dari limbah cair tahu berbasis teknologi microbial fuel cell (MFC) dengan penambahan bakteri EM-4. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan dua jenis substrat MFC yaitu limbah cair tahu tanpa penambahan EM-4 dan dengan penambahan EM-4 konsentrasi 1%. Pengamatan dilakukan secara triplo (tiga perulangan) untuk setiap substrat MFC dan diamati selama 3 hari (72) jam. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan substrat dengan penambahan bakteri EM-4 konsentrasi 1% menghasilkan produksi biolistrik yang lebih tinggi dengan nilai voltase tertinggi sebesar 594 mV (pada jam ke-72). Sedangkan substrat tanpa penambahan EM-4 (kontrol) menghaslkan produksi voltase lebih rendah dengan nilai voltase maksimal 434,33 mV (pada jam ke-72).

Abstract

This study examines the role of human resource management (HRM) and business administration in enhancing tourism development and promoting regional growth in Banten Province, Indonesia. The research is driven by the increasing contribution of tourism to local economic development and the strategic importance of HRM and administrative practices in improving service quality, organizational efficiency, and sustainable competitiveness. A quantitative approach was employed, involving a population of 5,000 business and tourism-related workers, with a proportional random sample of 150 respondents. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM) to investigate the relationships among HRM practices, business administration effectiveness, and tourism development outcomes. The results reveal that HRM practices significantly enhance administrative performance and service quality, which in turn positively influence tourism performance. The findings underscore that effective HRM strategies—including training, motivation, and performance evaluation—are crucial in strengthening business administration and advancing tourism competitiveness. This study contributes to the understanding of HRM and business administration in the tourism sector and provides practical insights for policymakers, business leaders, and tourism stakeholders aiming to foster sustainable regional development.

Abstract

The research to determine a effect of microwave power on the quality of red chilies with variations in microwave power during drying. The research parameters are Moisture content, rehydration ratio and specific energy consumption (SEC), changes in color, texture and aroma. The data analysis by analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The input level of microwave power has an effect drying red chilies, which is able reduce moisture water content ranging from 9-12% bb with and time 140-180 minutes. Rehydration ratio ranges from 1.42-1.82 for dried red chilies due to good microwave power treatment for chilies at 200 Watt power treatment. The amount of energy consumption for drying red chilies is smallest in the 300 Watt treatment, which is 466.91 kWhg-1. The characteristics of red chili from organoleptic test were obtained from most color researcher (4.49) in the 250 Watt treatment, the best aroma (4.61) in the 250 Watt treatment and the best texture (4.81) in the 200 Watt treatment, but overall acceptance was most preferred panelists in the 250 Watt power treatment with an acceptance level of (3.89). From this study, it was obtained that there was a variation in the influence of microwave power variations on the quality of red.

Abstract

The importance of education for every human being, because without education it is impossible for a human community to live to develop in line with their aspirations to progress, experience change, prosper and be happy as they see life. The higher the ideals of mankind increasingly demanded the improvement of the quality of education as a means of achievement. Al-Hamid's educational institution is a school that has advantages, namely: General education and boarding schools that educate students / students who are very unifying forms of thought patterns between formal and informal growing and this al-hamid boarding school is increasingly in demand from parents / guardians of the santri. The process of accepting new students (PSB) AL-HAMID is done by using Microsoft Excel, besides important documents in physical form (print out / hard copy ) only stored in folders or cabinets, storing separate and piling files creates difficulties in finding data and creating reports. By creating a new student admission information system PON-PES AL-HAMID uses borlan delphi 7 and MySQL, users can easily see, add, and update the data you want.

Abstract

A temperature monitoring system is essential in research, especially in the field of energy conversion in the Mechanical Engineering Study Program. One of the most commonly used systems is a data logger; however, its high cost often limits accessibility. An alternative hardware that can function as a data logger is the Arduino microcontroller. This study aims to design and develop a 10-channel temperature data logger system based on a microcontroller using the CJMCU MAX31856 amplifier module. The system integrates a type-K thermocouple sensor, DS3231 RTC module, SD Card module, and OLED display. The research applies both hardware and software design methods, covering component selection, hardware assembly, programming, and functional testing with calibration. The system was tested in a laboratory for three days to monitor the room temperature. The results showed that data from all channels overlapped closely, although minor measurement errors occasionally occurred. Linear regression analysis yielded an R² of 0.99, indicating high accuracy compared with an Autonic temperature controller. Further testing on copper pipes exposed to hot-water heat transfer showed a temperature increase trend, with readings ranging from 27 °C to 39 °C. The system proves reliable, accurate, and cost-efficient for laboratory energy research applications.
