Abstract

Work commitment is an employee's willingness to continue to be part of the organization, as well as contribute to implementing the organization's vision and mission voluntarily and responsibly in completing the work that is the organization's goals. The aim of this research is to: determine the magnitude of the influence of job satisfaction and organizational culture together on work commitment. The research approach used is quantitative. This type of research uses associative research. The population of this study was 138 teachers and the research sample was 103 teachers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The research results show that: 1) The influence of job satisfaction on work commitment is 68.9%, 2) The influence of organizational culture on work commitment is 71.5%, 3) The influence of job satisfaction and organizational culture on work commitment is 75.9%. The conclusion of this research is that job satisfaction and organizational culture on work commitment are 0.759 or 75.9%. The author suggests that teachers carry out evaluations and develop learning, then teachers can also take part in training and seminars in order to increase competence which will lead to work commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about: (1) The school principal's management creates better changes in increasing new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Randublatung including planning, Organizing, actuating and controlling. (2) The principal's management builds trust increasing new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Randublatung including planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. (3) The principal's management builds a commitment to increasing new students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Randublatung including planning, Organizing, actuating and controlling. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subject of this research was the principal of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Randublatung and the informants consisted of teachers, education staff and students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this research it can be seen that the number of new students has increased because the principal with his charismatic leadership style has implemented POAC well and has also made changes in the school such as school facilities and infrastructure, as well as new school programs, building trust in the integrity and competence of the principal also builds commitment with high loyalty to the organization, always provides motivation and inspiration to teachers and students, and is a person who works hard. Keywords: charismatic leadership style, increasing new students.

Abstract

The Sekolah Penggerak program is an effort to promote educational unit transformation toward a holistic improvement of the study result among students, which covers the literation, numeration, and character aspects. The transformation begins with building high-quality human resources, i.e., the Principal and Teachers. This study is aimed at further analyzing the implementation of the Sekolah Penggerak policy, which is a part of the Independent Learning (Merdeka Belajar) policy, in Pangudi Utami elementary school. The Public Policy Implementation theory by Edward III is used, which consists of four aspects, i.e., communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure that takes part in the policy implementation. The study uses the descriptive-qualitative approach, which enables addressing the problem statement as made by the researcher. Data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. As to the data analysis method, the researcher went through the data collection, data processing, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. The result of the study indicates that the implementation of the Sekolah Penggerak program in Pangudi Utami elementary school in Temanggung has covered the communication aspect, both with the teachers, educational staff, and the relevant Education Office, the BBPMP, and the BBGP as the agency of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia. It also addresses the resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure aspect despite the constraints during the first year of the implementation.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of strengthening mutual cooperation character education at SD Negeri Bergas Lor 01, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. This type of qualitative descriptive research, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. Research results: (1) The planning stages include identifying and analyzing needs, determining goals, setting policies, preparing programs and outreach, (2) Organizing is carried out through optimizing resource utilization by dividing tasks, authority and responsibilities, (3) Implementation of strengthening character education mutual cooperation is integrated in intracurricular, co-curricular activities combined with P5, extracurricular, and habituation, (4) Supervision through monitoring and evaluation of all school activities. Monitoring is carried out continuously during program implementation. Evaluations are carried out at the end of each semester to evaluate achievements and plan necessary improvements for future years.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat mutu sekolah yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya ketidakefektifnya peran kepala sekolah. Selain itu, profesionalisme seorang guru ikut mempengaruhi tingkat mutu sekolah. Kurangnya kesadaran guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan keahlian, keterampilan, dan keprofesionalisannya tentunya akan berdampak pada mutu sekolah.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) Mengetahui pengaruh peran kepala sekolah terhadap Mutu sekolah SMK di SMK Negeri di Kabupatem Demak. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap Mutu sekolah di SMK Negeri di Kabupatem Demak. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh Peran kepala sekolah dan profesionalisme guru terhadap Mutu sekolah SMK Negeri di Kabupatem Demak secara simultanPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional kausal. Populasinya berjumlah 244 orang guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Demak. Samplingnya sebanyak 152 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui Angket. Analisis data melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas, uji korelasi dan uji regresi sederhana maupun uji regresi ganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS versi 24.Hasil penelitian 1) Peran kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu sekolah SMK Negeri di Kab. Demak. Berdasarkan nilai Thitung 18,161 Ttabel 1,98472 dan sig 0,000 0,05. Pengaruh yang diberikan peran kepala sekolah sebesar 68,7% terhadap mutu sekolah SMK Negeri di  Demak. 2) Profesionalisme guru berpengaruh terhadap mutu sekolah SMK Negeri di  Demak. Berdasarkan nilai Thitung 13,809 Ttabel 1,98472 dan sig 0,000 0,05. pengaruh yang diberikan kepuasan guru sebesar 56% terhadap mutu sekolah SMK Negeri di Demak. 3) Peran kepala sekolah dan profesionalisme guru berpengaruh terhadap mutu sekolah SMK Negeri di Demak. Berdasarkan nilai Fhitung 278,24 Ftabel 3,09 dan Sig 0,000 0,05. Pengaruh yang diberikan Peran kepala sekolah dan profesionalisme guru sebesar 78,9 % terhadap mutu sekolah SMK Negeri di  Demak.Disarankan kepada kepala sekolah agar dapat memberikan dukungan dan motivasi untuk guru agar mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Selain itu guru hendaknya meningkatkan keahlian dan pengembangan diri dengan mengikuti pelatihan atau diklat dan berpastisipasi dalam kegiatan tersebut.Kata Kunci : Peran Kepala Sekolah, profesionalisme dan mutu sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi guru; 2) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru 3) mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru; 4) mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru.Penelitian ini merupakan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SD se-Kecamatan Pekalongan Utara Kota Pekalongan sebanyak 383 orang. Sampel penelitian sebesar 198 orang dengan teknik menggunakan proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi guru sebesar 27,5%; 2) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru sebesar 37%; 3) Terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru sebesar 37,7%, 4) Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru sebesar 67,3%.  Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam memimpin dan membangun kerja sama perlu ditingkatkan melalui komunikasi dua arah yang baik antara kepala sekolah dan guru.Kata kunci  :  kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi guru

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter di sekolah mengacu pada delapan belas nilai-nilai karakter yang dianggap penting untuk dipahami dan dihayati oleh siswa. Pendidikan karakter tidak dimulai di sekolah tetapi harus ditanamkan  dalam kehidupan sehari-hari anak sejak dini salah satunya karakter kemandiriaan. Fokus dari penelitian yaitu 1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penggerakan implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. 2) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengawasan implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri Plosogaden Kabupaten Temanggung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus. Desain penelitian kualitatif melalui 1) tahap pra lapangan atau orientasi, 2) tahap pekerjaan lapangan atau eksplorasi fokus, 3) analisis data.  Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data dengan tiga langkah: reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penggerakkan implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah meliputi pelaksanaan program P5, sarana prasarana sekolah, pengarahan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kepala sekolah. 2) pengawasan implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah meliputi membuat instrumen penilaian, evaluasi kegiatan pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut.Kata Kunci:  Implementasi Profile Pelajar Pancasila, Karakter Mandiri, Karakter Gotong Royong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatarbelakang penyelenggaraan program edupreneurship sebagai upaya sekolah dalam menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya peserta didik yakni membekali peserta didik dengan ketrampilan/skill karena sebagai sekolah menengah umum non kejuruan sebagian besar lulusannya memilih untuk bekerja. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi manajemen edupreneurship dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi manajemen eduprenership yang memfokuskan pada pelaksanaan (actuating). Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus, yakni mengkaji penyelenggaraan program edupreneurship di SMA Theresiana Weleri Kabupaten Kendal. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pelaksanaan (actuating) edupreneurship di SMA Theresiana Weleri Kabupaten Kendal dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, menitikberatkan pada usaha yang dilakukan sekolah secara kreatif/inovatif; sesuai visi misi dan tujuan sekolah, melibatkan tenaga profesional dari DU/DI, melibatkan tim internal dan eksternal sekolah, serta materi dan penjadwalan yang jelas serta mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip penyelenggaraan program edupreneurship. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program edupreneurship tidak hanya dapat dilaksanakan di sekolah menengah kejuruan yakni SMK namun juga dapat dilaksanakan di jenjang sekolah menengah umum yakni SMA.  Kata kunci: Manajemen, edupreneurs, actuating.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to determine communication regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum policy, (2) to determine the resources for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, (3) to determine the disposition of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, and (4) to determine the bureaucratic structure of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach using Edward III's 1980 policy theory. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity data of the test using source triangulation, technique and time triangulation. The data analysis techniques using data reduction and categorization, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show first, communication regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has been achieved. Second, supporting school resources have not been achieved because human resource and information resource indicators have not been met. Another reason there are still teachers who lack of the ability to compose teaching modules. Beside that, when carrying out the initial assessment, the teacher has not yet analyzed the results of the initial assessment. Third, the disposition in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum shows that the honesty indicators have not been met. The teacher did not conduct initial assessment analysis during the two school years.The last , Standard Operating Procedures are not made by the school, but they are only conveyed by the school principal through meetings. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the Education Department should supervise and assist the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum programmatically in order to find out the obstacles faced in implementing of the Merdeka Curriculum at schools. The Department also needs to increase human resource competency regarding the Merdeka Curriculum. For schools, it is best to increase human resource competency. Mentoring and supervision at school also needs to be carried out by the school principal so that he can find out information resources and teacher honesty in implementing the Curriculum. A Standard Operating Procedure also needs to be created to serve as a guide for teachers in implementing the Curriculum at schools. For educators, teachers should increase competence regarding the implementation of the Curriculum and increase honesty in carrying out learning preparation and learning assessment.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) How much influence does the Islamic boarding school program have on the independence of students of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Plumbon? (2) How much influence does the Islamic boarding school Human Resources have on the independence of students of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Plumbon? (3) How much influence does the Islamic boarding school environment have on the independence of students of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Plumbon?;(4) Human Resources and the Islamic boarding school environment together have on the independence of students of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Plumbon? The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The magnitude of the influence of the Islamic boarding school program on the independence of students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School; (2) The magnitude of the influence of the Islamic boarding school's Human Resources on the independence of students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School District (3) The magnitude of the influence of the Islamic boarding school environment on the independence of students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School (4) The magnitude of the influence of the Islamic boarding school program, Human Resources and the Islamic boarding school environment together on the independence of students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School.. The population of this study was all students at the Al Hidayah Plumbon Islamic Boarding School, totaling 1,186 people and the sample selected was 256 respondents. Data collection techniques were by questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data description analysis, requirement testing and hypothesis testing which include simple regression analysis and multiple regression. Data analysis is SPSS for windows version 26. The results of the study are as follows: (1) There is a significant influence of the pesantren program on the independence of students with F_count values > F_table, namely 115.041 > 2.64 with a contribution of 31.2%; (2) There is a significant influence of human resources on the independence of students with F_count values > F_table, namely 183.109 > 2.64 with a contribution of 41.9%; (3) There is a significant influence of the pesantren environment on the independence of students with F_count values > F_table, namely 48.179 > 2.64 with a contribution of 15.6%; (4) There is a significant influence of the Islamic boarding school program, human resources and the Islamic boarding school environment on the independence of students with F_count > F_table, namely 75.215 > 2.64 with a contribution of 52.8%
