Abstract

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the working environment, competence, motivation and work performance of the employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office; and to know the influence of the working environment andwork motivation against the competencies and performance of pergawai; as well as to know the influence of work motivation on performance. To answer the research objectives, the author uses the theory that studies related to the variable of researchi.e. working environment theory, competence, motivation and work performance. In addition the author also searched for relevant earlier research in the form of articles/journals and previous thesis to support this research. The population in this research is an employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office East of 65 employees.Due to the number of population in this study less than 100 people then in this research sampling method using the method of census. Analysis techniques using pathanalysis to see the direct and indirect influence, and was succeeded by testing the RSquare and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneous with t-test and F-test of the test path analysis is done, the results the research showed that the work environment has an impact on the competence and motivation of working and performance of employees. Where on the basis of the results of the test t (partial) and F (Simultaneous) indicate that the work environment and competence has a significant and positive influence towards the working motivation and performance, as well as the motivation of working also has the influence of the significant and positive towards the performance of employees. This explains that if an organization has a good working environment and supported by employees who have good competence, then it would have an effect on the motivation of work that have implications for improved performance against employees on Tanjung Jabung District Education Office. This research makes some conclusions based on results of research i.e. work environment,competence, motivation and performance of employees at Tanjung Jabung DistrictEducation Office in a pretty good condition; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect against the motivation of working either partially or simultaneously; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect on performance clerk either partially or simultaneously; the motivation of working effect on employee performance; and the work environment and competence together through motivation affect direct and indirect employee performance against at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office.Keywords: work environment, competence, Motivation and Work performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the police unit of Pamong Praja Batang Hari District as part of regional devices in the enforcement and public order implementation and community tranquility. The purpose of this research is to see how the incentive impact and the discipline of motivation and impact on performance of police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District. This research is a research using a method of descriptive and verificative research, which is a method of researching a human group, an object, the situation and condition of a system of thought with a purpose to make a description, a systematic picture according to the facts being investigated. The verificative research aims to examine the hypothesis of the influence between variables of this study. The samples in this study used the census method, which is all employees in the police unit of Batang Hari Distrct, while the data used in this research is the primary data obtained from the results of the statement in questionnaire provided and has been filled by each employee in the police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District, the data analysis technique that data used is path analysis, with the help of software program SPSS version 22. The results of this study showed that the free variables of incentive and discipline positively and significantly affect the employee's motivation and have a positive and significant impact on the employee performance of the Pamong Praja Police unit at Batang Hari District, this proves that with the increase of incentives and discipline in the police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District, it will also increase the motivation that will impact the improvement of employee performance in the police unit Pamong Praja Batang Hari District.

Abstract

Local Own Revenue (PAD) is an important source for the formation of regional finances to be allocated for regional expenditure. This study aims to analyze the potential sources of regional own-source revenues and their effects on capital expenditure in Jambi Province. This research was conducted in Jambi Province. The data used in the form of secondary data in the period 2010 – 2018. The research method uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with t test. The results showed that the potential source of PAD came from local taxes, which provided the largest contribution in realizing PAD, while the smallest contribution was regional retribution. Empirically, the original regional income has a significant influence on regional expenditure, meaning that the higher the PAD income, the higher the regional expenditure for regional development activities and public services.

Abstract

Positive economic growth indicates an increase in the economy of a country or region, whereas negative economic growth indicates a decline in the economy of a country or region. The indicator used to measure regional economic growth is the growth rate of Gross Regional Domestic Product at constant prices (real GDP). In increasing the economic growth of a region, not apart from the role of government in providing funds to finance regional economic development activities. Costs incurred for public service activities and development both economic and non-economic are often referred to as government expenditures. These government expenditures are allocated annually in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Excavation of potential sources of income to support local expenditure and regional independence needs to be intensified, especially those originating from local revenue sources optimally will be able to contribute significantly to the improvement of Jambi Province's Regional Income and Expenditure Budget. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial capacity of regions derived from local revenue in supporting the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and to determine the rate of regional economic growth and analyze the influence of regional spending on economic growth in Jambi Province. This research was conducted in the scope of government of Jambi Province. The research method used qualitative descriptive method and linear regression analysis of econometric model of Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The results show that during the period from 2010 to 2016, the financial capacity of regions originating from local own revenues has not been fully reliable in sustaining the Jambi Provincial Revenue and Expenditure Budget, as its contribution is still relatively low at an average of 34.13 percent per year . The economic growth of Jambi Province during the same period grew by 6.28 percent per year. Government expenditures significantly and positively affect the Economic Growth of Jambi Province. The conclusion is that an increased regional government spending will lead to increased economic growth of the region concerned.Keywords: Regional Finance, Government Expenditure, Economic Growth.

Abstract

The performance of organization can be seen to the extent of work productivity has been produced. Generally, productivity is defined as the influence between real  and physical  results with actual input. This study  discusses the influence of leadership style and intensive on motivation and its impact on performance in the Bungo District Livestock and Fisheries Office. Data were obtained using questionnaire and literature review methods, with 54 respondents. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive and statistical methods through path analysis. This study resulted in a leadership style, incentives, motivation and performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office, both for the leadership style with a score of 1930, for incentives with a score of 1438, for motivation with a score of 804 and performance at a score of 2342 in the very high category. Leadership style towards the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office has a direct or indirect influence with a value of 20.35%. The incentives for the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have a direct or indirect influence with a value of 0.205%.  The  leadership  style  and incentives for the  motivation  of the Bungo Regency  Animal  Husbandry  and  Fisheries  Office  have  a  direct  or  indirect influence with a value of 2.86%. There is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 1.43%. There is an incentive effect on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 2.65%. The leadership style and incentives for the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an influence of 2.471%. The influence of motivation  on  the  performance  of  the Bungo  District  Animal  Husbandry  and Fisheries Office is at 4.057%. Leadership styles and incentives through motivation on the performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an effect of 1.478%.

Abstract

Acceptance of local revenue (PAD) is an important revenue source for the implementation of regional autonomy. Excavation potential local taxes and local retribution optimally will be able to make a significant contribution to the increase in revenue from PAD in Sarolangun district. The purpose of this study to determine the potential of local tax revenues and levies as well as its effect on PAD Sarolangun district. This research was conducted at the Department of PPKAD Sarolangun district. The research method used descriptive qualitative method and multiple linear regression.               The results showed that the potency of taxes and local retribution still low and needs to be improved. During the period of 2010-2015, the contribution of local tax revenue to the PAD an average of 23.1 % one year, and the contribution of local retribution revenue an average of 16.01% one year. Overall, local taxes and local retribution affect the PAD increase in Sarolangun district.Keywords: acceptance of local revenue, local taxes and local retribution

Abstract

This study aimed to test to influence Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock price at industry telecommunication in indonesia stock exchange during the periode 2011-2014. The independent variabel studied were Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock price at industry telecommunication in indonesia stock exchange. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption (normality, multicollininearity , autocorrelation and heteroskedasitas), hypothesis testing (F test and t test), and the coefficient of determination. Based on the result of multiple regression analysis showed that the PER and EPS simultaneosly significant effect on stock price, amounting to 64,8% and the reamining 35,2% influenced by other factors beyond the research the Adjust R Square value of 0,648. In partial, PER does not effect the stock price while the variabel EPS partially significant effect on stock prices. Conclusion this study shows that regression model is formed by the independent variabel consisting of PER and EPS can be used to predict the stock price on the industry Telecommunication in indonesia Stock Exchange.Keyword: price earning ratio, earning per share

Abstract

Management is a process that consists of the functions of planning, organizing, leadership and control of the activities of human resources and other resources to achieve the stated goals efficiently. From the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the work environment variables (X) is able to explain the variable (Y) or employee productivity is 2.3% and 97.7% of the studied variables outside. From the opinion of management experts who deal can be concluded that the management process is the planning, organizing, leadership and control of the activities of human resources to achieve the goals it has set. In this study, there are indicators of several variables, namely work environment variables. Employee relations, environmental noise level work, work regulations, lighting, air circulation, security. While productivity indicators covering ability, increasing the results achieved, morale, self-development, quality, efficiency. Based on simple linear regression equation calculates, obtained the following mathematical equation Y = 41.935 + 0.173 X from the following equation looks positive impact on the environment kerjater facing employee productivity Business Unit Kayu Aro. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi. If the work environment experienced a 100% increase in the productivity of employees in the Business Unit Kayu Aro PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi evident from the regression coefficient sebesar17,3% This fact shows that the working environment had no effect on employee productivity Business Unit Kayu Aro. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi. Work environment Business Unit  Kayu Aro. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi being with an average score of 298, while productivity was with an average score of 297, which means that the working environment and productivity hypothesis Business Unit Kayu Aro PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Region Jambi rejected.

Abstract

Research aims to understand motivation to influence the awareness of discipline in office industry and trade jambi and to know how big the influence of variable-variabel it is a partial and which between factors are most dominant widening opportunities for the awareness of discipline office Industry and Trade Jambi. In this research using methods descriptive analysis quantitative. Data to use is the primary data and data skunder obtained indirectly of the employees office Industry and Trade Jambi from the spreading the statement in the form of kuisioner regarding the motivation with each indicator affect increased the awareness of discipline office Industry and Trade Jambi and of data obtained from DISPERINDAG Jambi and data other supporting. In analyzed data used linear regression simple analysis .Through the testing t to know the motivation to influence the awareness of discipline office Industry and Trade Jambi in a partial .Data mixed with the help of computer program spss.17.0. Based on the results of penelitain, then found the size of the influence variable motivation on increased discipline work is as much as 60,1 % and the rest 39,9 % in are caused by by varibel out peelitian this.As for the regression line y = a + bx, where when b increased by one % so will increase the increase in variable motivation of 7.674 %. Abstract

The fiscal decentralization policy has made local governments have the authority to generate income and manage regional finance independently for public services and public welfare. This study aims to: 1) Analyze the degree of fiscal decentralization in Jambi Province; 2) Analyzing community welfare proxied from the human development index in Jambi Province; 3) Analyzing the impact of fiscal decentralization on the welfare of the community in Jambi Province. This study using panel data, a combination of time series data in 2010-2016 and cross section 11 districts/cities in Jambi Province. The method of data analysis is descriptive analysis and panel data regression analysis approach, namely the fixed effect model (FEM). Hypothesis testing uses the F test statistic and the statistical t test. The results showed that: 1) The degree of fiscal decentralization, namely the ratio of district own source revenue (PAD) to total regional income (TPD) in each district/city in Jambi Province was relatively relatively low, whereas for Jambi Province it was in good category; 2) Community welfare as illustrated by the human development index in each district/city including Jambi Province is still in the moderate category, except Jambi City (76.14) and Sungai Penuh City (73.35) are categorized as high; 3) Fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant impact on improving community welfare. it means that the better the implementation of fiscal decentralization, the higher the level of community welfare.
