Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan, dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dalam merancang, membuat dan menggunakan alat permainan edukatif (APE) bagi anak Raudhatul Athfal (RA)/Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK), yang dapat langsung diaplikasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. APE bagi anak RA/TK merupakan salah satu materi dalam mata kuliah Media dan Sumber Belajar RA/TK. Penguasaan terhadap materi APE bagi anak RA/TK sangat diperlukan, agar mahasiswa sebagai calon guru RA/TK memiliki kompetensi professional di bidang pendidikan anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yaitu: 1). Melakukan persiapan terhadap penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan; 2). Merencanakan tindakan yang akan dilakukan selama proses penelitian; 3). Melaksanakan tindakan di kelas sekaligus melakukan observasi atau pengamatan langsung; 4). Refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Raudhatul Athfal (PGRA) Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara 2016-2017 semester IIIA yang berjumlah 20 orang. Adapun hasil penelitian ini secara umum menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar mahasiswa semester IIIA PGRA FAI UMSU pada mata kuliah Media dan Sumber Belajar TK/RA materi Alat Permainan Edukatif bagi anak TK/RA dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi mengalami peningkatan, yaitu pada pra siklus hanya 8 orang mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai tuntas atau mencapai 40%, dan pada siklus I hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan yaitu mencapai 70%, sedangkan pada siklus II mencapai 19 orang mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai tuntas atau mencapai 95%.   Keywords:  Hasil Belajar, APE, Metode Demonstrasi

Abstract

Salah satu komponen penting untuk mengetahui keefektifan proses pembelajaran adalah penilaian. Permasalahan dalam merancang model penilaian pembelajaran kerap ditemui oleh guru, khususnya bagi guru yang mengajar di lembaga berbasis pendidikan inklusif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model penilaian pembelajaran yang diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) yang berbasis pendidikan inklusif yaitu di Raudhatul Athfal An-Nahl, Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles and Huberman, serta pengujian keabsahan data dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa di RA. An-Nahl dilakukan dua jenis penilaian yaitu assessment for learning dan assessment of learning. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model assessment yang diterapkan mampu memberikan penilaian kepada siswa terhadap peningkatan pembelajaran dari aspek sikap, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of Islamic religious education learning for students with special needs (case study: SLB ‘Aisyiyah, Tembung). This research uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the learning of Islamic education uses systematic learning planning that involves related elements according to competence to support the success of learning. Furthermore, the learning process is designed attractively to foster student interest in learning. In addition, students are also given motivation to want to excel in accordance with the abilities of each student. Keywords : Implementation, PAI Learning, Special Needs

Abstract

The lack of special schools based on Islam and the Qur'an is one of the factors causing children with special needs to not get access to Islamic religious education. This study aims to analyze the actualization of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at the integrated Islamic special school "Sahabat Al-Qur'an" located in Binjai City. This study uses a qualitative approach, with the type of field research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and documentation, which are then analyzed using an interactive analysis model, and test the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The implication of the results of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program for children with special needs in special schools, so that they can carry out their religious obligations as Muslims as well as normal children.Keywords: Program, Tahfidzul Qur'an, Extraordinary School

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalis peran ‘Aisyiyah dalam meningkatkan pendidikan Islam di kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ‘Aisyiyah berperan dalam peningkatan pendidikan Islam di kota Medan, yaitu: pendirian lembaga pendidikan Islam (TK/PAUD, MIS, MTs, MA, Panti Asuhan, dan SLB), melakukan pelatihan rutin bagi guru-guru ‘Aisyiyah, pemberian pembelajaran AIK bagi para siswa, menyelenggarakan Baitul Arqom bagi guru dan siswa, menyelenggarakan TOT bagi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, serta membina dan mengontrol keberlangsungan proses pendidikan. Kata kunci:   Peran, Aisyiyah, Pendidikan

Abstract

Inclusive education is now the focus of attention in efforts to provide educational services for all children, including children with special needs. Various problems are often encountered in the learning process in inclusive classes, for this research aims to analyze the modification of the daily learning flow of inclusive education in Raudhatul Athfal An-Nahl, Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis of data using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, as well as testing the validity of the data with the triangulation method. The results found a modification of the daily learning flow in RA. An-Nahl consists of pre-opener, opener, energizer, activity, linking and summeryzing, review, mission, and closer. Things to consider in the learning process are engagement, attention span, readiness, activity, reviewing, learning outcomes and parallel learning outcomes. The conclusion of this study shows that the modification of the daily learning flow is able to accommodate the strengths and weaknesses according to the character of each student, and is able to overcome problems in the learning process in inclusive classes

Abstract

An understanding of the curriculum for educators and education personnel is absolutely necessary, because the curriculum serves as a guide in the implementation of the learning process. The concept of developing 2013 Curriculum Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is important to be understood by teachers because it will affect the learning process that is done especially for students. PKM Development of 2013 PAUD Curriculum for teachers of LPPTKA-BKPRMI is done to improve teacher competency, so that teachers have the ability, especially in preparing learning plans at TKA / TPA where they are assigned. The level of teacher education, which is generally only graduates of Public Secondary Schools or Non-PAUD Graduates, causes limited ability in developing the 2013 PAUD Curriculum. Implementation of the PKM Development of the 2013 PAUD Curriculum in collaboration with the Institute for the Development and Development of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten (LPPTKA) under the auspices of the Indonesian Mosque Youth Youth Communication Board (BKPRMI) of Medan City. The purpose of this PKM is to help teachers prepare themselves for school accreditation programs. The 2013 PAUD Curriculum Development Materials include the Nature of 2013 Curriculum, 2013 Curriculum Study, 2013 Curriculum Development, Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), PAUD Learning Methods, Assessment of Learning Outcomes for Early Childhood, School Administration, and Socialization of Accreditation (PNF-PAUD).

Abstract

The nature of communication is the process of delivering messages from the messenger (communicator) to the recipient of the message (communicant). So that the process requires a strategy so that the message can be easily received by the recipient of the message. Every human being must make communication, especially when in an organization. Along with the development of the quality age of the communicator, in this case all members of the Regional Leadership ‘Aisyiyah North Sumatra who are business cadres must be upgraded in their capabilities and quality. Especially in carrying out the mandate and vision and mission ‘Aisyiyah. So there is no longer a mindset that assumes that those who have the ability to preach especially before the public are only the duty of those who are in the Tabligh Assembly and the Da'wah Council only. Abstract

Islamic religious education is important given since early childhood, as a foundation for moral formation and the cultivation of religious values. Education is the right of every child, including children with special needs, who are entitled to services in the inclusive education system at all levels of education. PKM Improving the quality of PAUD teachers in learning Islamic Education (PAI) Based on inclusive education in Sunggal sub-district, Deli Serdang, this is done because there are still many PAUD teachers in the Sunggal sub-district who do not have inclusive understanding and application (PAI) for children early, so that it has an impact on the use of inappropriate learning methods, and this results in the development of children's abilities that are expected to not be achieved. The lack of competency of PAUD teachers in Sunggal sub-district is due to the teacher's educational background, which on average only graduates from non-PAUD Public and Undergraduate Schools. The method used in this PKM is to hold training activities on the application of PAI learning based on inclusive education for PAUD teachers (RA and TK.ABA), in collaboration with Branch Manager Aisyiyah Sunggal. Teachers are taught PAI materials for early childhood, as well as practical applications in applying PAI learning based on inclusive education with appropriate learning methods.

Abstract

Tujuan pada kegiatan ini adalah mitra yang merupakan Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiah Sunggal yakni Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal 32.. Keberhasilan pendidikan anak usia dini adalah terletak pada pendidik atau guru. Pendidik atau guru harus mampu membimbing, membantu dan mengarahkan anak didiknya. Salah satunya adalah mengoptimalkan bahasa anak itu sendiri yakni membaca dan menulis, sehingga kemampuan anak dibidang lainnya dapat ia kuasai menuju pendidikan selanjutnya.Pengembangan Literasi yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru PIAUD adalah membuat, menyusun dan mengembangkan materi, media, strategi serta kegiatan yang ada di bahan ajar yang nantinya akan diterapkan atau diaplikasikan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas sesuai dengan tingkatan anak usia dini. Salah satu alternative ini bertujuan mengembangkan kreativitas guru dalam mengelola isi bahan ajar menulis dan membaca yang sesuai untuk program PIAUD di Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal Sunggal. Penting bagi guru kreatif untuk mampu memngembangkan kemanpuan pedagogiknya yaitu mampu menyusun bahan ajar yang lebih bervariasi. Selain itu, agar pembelajaran lebih inovatif dan efektif. Pastinya pengembangan bahan ajar literasi guru pada bahan ajar membaca dan menulis mampu mendukung sumber daya manusia yang lebih berkompeten, kreatif dan produktif serta memiliki nilai juang yang tinggi dalam mencerdaskan anak bangsa menuju era globalisasi. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah (1) Persiapan Guru-Guru PIAUD Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal Sunggal. (2) Pelaksanaan Penyuluhan dan Pendampingan Literasi Guru-Guru PIAUD Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal Sunggal untuk mengelola materi, media, strategi, kegiatan dan media yang ada di bahan ajar membaca dan menulis sesuai dengan tingkatan anak usia dini agar lebih kreatif, inovatif dan afektif.(3) Observasi pengembangan literasi guru PIAUD Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal, dan (4) Evaluasi Pengembangan Literasi Guru-Guru PIAUD Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal.
