Abstract

Effective financial management remains a significant challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Moon Cafe, which previously operated without a structured system for recording cash flow. The lack of such a system impeded the ability to track financial performance and business development effectively. To address this issue, a web-based cash flow management system was introduced to improve transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in documenting financial transactions. Data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation were employed to identify the needs and challenges faced by the business. The implementation results showed that the web-based system streamlined the process of real-time cash flow recording, organized financial data more effectively, and generated accurate and well-structured reports. Additionally, the system enhanced operational efficiency and offered greater financial management flexibility. With improved accessibility through digital devices, Moon Cafe can monitor its financial health more effectively and make faster strategic decisions, fostering sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi mendorong perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan sistem yang lebih efisien dalam pengelolaan keuangan, karena optimalisasi laporan keuangan menjadi aspek penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan transaksi. PT Puri Karya Bersama menghadapi tantangan besar dalam pencatatan laporan keuangan yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel secara manual, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan memakan waktu dalam penginputan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses penginputan laporan keuangan melalui penerapan sistem GF-GL, sebuah perangkat lunak akuntansi modern. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perusahaan mengimplementasikan sistem GF-GL, perangkat lunak akuntansi yang dirancang untuk otomatisasi dan efisiensi pencatatan transaksi keuangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup wawancara, observasi, serta perancangan dan implementasi sistem. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem GF-GL berhasil mengatasi berbagai kendala yang sebelumnya dihadapi perusahaan, seperti meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, mempercepat proses penginputan transaksi, dan mempermudah pembuatan laporan keuangan yang lebih profesional. Selain itu, fitur otomatisasi dan pelacakan transaksi pada GF-GL mendukung transparansi serta pengambilan keputusan yang lebih strategis. Penerapan sistem GF-GL tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga membuka peluang transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan dalam manajemen keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

Company value, which plays a role in determining the company's position, can be influenced by several factors such as CSR, financial performance, and good corporate governance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of CSR, financial performance, and corporate governance on firm value. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The type of data collection is secondary data obtained from financial reports and sustainability of manufacturing companies in 2018-2022. The data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression method or Multiple Regression Analysis using the STATA application. The results showed that gender diversity has a significant effect on firm value. This research is important to do so that companies know which aspects should be improved in order to advance company value, and it is also important for investors to consider which companies are much better to invest in.

Abstract

Kwetiaw Liang is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Batam City engaged in the culinary industry. Based on interview results, it was found that the owner of the SME often experiences difficulties in managing the financial transactions of the business. This community service activity aims to implement a cashier system digitization using Griyopos for more accurate and real-time transaction management, as well as to improve operational performance to be more efficient and effective. Through this activity, it is expected to provide information on the importance of digitizing the financial recording system for the business. The data collection methods used include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the community service include automated sales reports, cash flow reports, and profit/loss data. After the implementation process, Kwetiaw Liang SME achieved quite positive results and improved its business performance.

Abstract

Di era perkembangan teknologi ini, kemajuan yang semakin maju ini membawa perkembangan dari berbagai aspek, terutama dalam aspek ekonomi masyarakat, yang disebut financial technology. Perkembangan ini memberikan sebuah inovasi yaitu hadirnya e-money. Platform Gojek memanfaatkan perkembangan ini dengan menciptakan layanan pembayaran online yang dikenal dengan GoPay. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman pengguna keuangan teknologi GoPay dengan model e-money. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling, dengan metode berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Sampel yang terkumpul sebanyak 400 responden berusia 15-39 tahun, diperoleh melalui perhitungan Slovin dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%, kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Nilai uji dikonfirmasi dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa usability, reliability, dan functional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi pembayaran. Kata kunci: Efisiensi, Fintech, Fungsionalitas, Keandalan, Kegunaan

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of behavioral finance on stock investment decision-making in Indonesia, considering both rational and irrational behaviors. Key behavioral finance factors, including overconfidence, herding bias, mental accounting, and loss aversion, are examined to understand their impact on stock investment decisions, the financial literacy as moderating variables has been added to the model. A self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 391 active trading stock investor in Indonesia. Using Partial Least Squares method, the results shows that loss aversion and overconfidence negatively influence the investment decision. Further, the analysis confirmed the role of financial literacy as moderating variable for mental accounting and overconfidence. It is also consistent with the notion that financial literacy at least in terms of mental accounting biases under some conditions might actually reinforce certain specific cognitive shortcuts. This study’s results suggest policymakers and financial educators should work to increase investors’ literacy about finance, as well as their ability to identify biases they hold which could be used against them when making investment decisions.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the business world is proliferating, especially in the fashion business, so that the level of competition that occurs in various countries is getting higher. The high level of competition causes entrepreneurs to have to compete fairly to maintain positive perceptions of products and brands in the minds of consumers. That way, consumers will be loyal and not easily influenced by other brands in the market. The purpose of this study was to determine whether perceived quality, brand image, and promotion partially and simultaneously affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to international fast fashion brands in Batam City. Data were collected from 416 respondents of H&M and Uniqlo stores in the Batam City area. The results of data analysis show that brand image and customer satisfaction have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, while perceived quality and promotion have no significant effect on customer loyalty. Promotion does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image and perceived quality have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Technological advancements affect an individual's financial management by increasing spending and necessitating investments to meet these needs. This research intends to analyze the effect of heuristic bias and loss aversion on investment decision. This study uses the investment decision variable to be the dependent variable and uses overconfidence, availability, representativeness, anchoring, gambler fallacy, and loss aversion to be the independent variables. This study uses the SmartPLS application to analyze data and uses an online questionnaire to collect respondents' answers. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique to collect samples from investors in Batam. The study shows that gambler fallacy, loss aversion, overconfidence and representativeness bias have a significant positive impact on investment decisions, while anchoring and availability bias have no significant impact on investment decisions.

Abstract

Restoran Acia Ikan Bakar memiliki tingkat variasi produk yang tinggi disertai bahan baku utama berupa seafood yang cenderung memerlukan penanganan stok ekstra dikarenakan satuan produknya yang lebih dinamis dan kompleks dibandingkan produk pada umumnya. Penerapan manajemen stok optimal sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam prosesnya. Implementasi pada pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra yaitu Acia Ikan Bakar dalam menciptakan manajemen stok yang optimal, sistematis, dan terukur melalui integrasi sistem berbasis digital melalui GF-Akuntansi agar aktivitas manajemen stok dapat berjalan secara efektif, efisien, dan lebih terkendali. Data pada pengabdian ini bersifat primer dan dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik beserta staf terkait dari mitra. Hasil dari implementasi yang dijalankan memberikan hasil yang cukup memuaskan karena berhasil memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya dimana manajemen stok di Acia Ikan Bakar menjadi lebih sistematis, optimal, dan terukur disertai dengan efektivitas serta efisiensi pada prosesnya.

Abstract

Abstract: Accidents involving ovarian cysts might include cyst rupture, hemorrhage, and torsion. Any girl who has abdominal pain or a pelvic or abdominal mass should be evaluated for ovarian torsion, a rare issue in the juvenile age group. We reported a 10-year-old girl presented with complaints of lower left abdominal pain that began three days prior to her hospital admission. Initially, the pain was intermittent but subsequently became persistent and intensified, with no pain-free intervals. CT-Scan of the abdomen – pelvis without contrast revealed cystic mass with fat components and intralesional calcification, in the suprapubic quadrant. The impression came from the ovary (difficult to determine the right/left ovary), which urged the bladder to the anteroinferior and urged the uterus to the posterior, suspected of mature cystic ovarian teratoma. The patient was managed with intravenous fluids (IVFD), antibiotics, and analgesics for pain control. Due to the high suspicion of ovarian torsion, emergency exploratory laparotomy was performed. Anatomical differences in the paediatric population and their effects on surgery were also be considered. Intraoperative findings confirming a left ovarian cyst measuring approximately 8 x 6 x 4 cm, which had undergone torsion twice. Detorsion was performed, and the ovary was found to be viable. Cystectomy was carried out, preserving healthy ovarian tissue. The right ovary appeared normal. In conclusion, this case underscores the importance of timely surgical intervention, even beyond the traditional "golden period" of 6–12 hours, as collateral blood supply may help maintain ovarian viability. The shift from oophorectomy to ovarian preservation in the management of ovarian torsion reflects evolving clinical practices, emphasizing better reproductive and long-term health outcomes. Early recognition, prompt imaging, and surgical intervention are crucial to preserving ovarian function and improving patient prognosis. This case also highlights the need for increased awareness of ovarian torsion in pediatric and adolescent populations, given its rarity and diagnostic complexity.
