Abstract

COVID-19 is a disease that attacks the respiratory system in humans. This causes disruption of the respiratory system in the form of increased shortness of breath caused by a decrease in oxygen saturation levels as a result of lung damage. Provision of prone positioning can regulate obstructed airways, while deep breathing exercise is able to regulate breathing patterns so that oxygen needs can be fulfilled. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of prone positioning and deep breathing exercise in increasing oxygen saturation and reducing the degree of shortness of breath in confirmed COVID-19 patients in the Isolation Room, dr. Ario Wirawan Hospital, Salatiga. This study applies a cross-sectional approach by observing the subject. The subjects involved were 72 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data that has been collected was analyzed using the regression test. The results of the analysis show the value of p = 0.000. Furthermore, it was concluded that there was an effect of giving prone positioning and deep breathing exercise to oxygen saturation and reducing the degree of shortness of breath in COVID-19 patients.Keywords: COVID-19; prone positioning; deep breathing exercises; oxygen saturation; degree of shortness of breath ABSTRAK COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernapasan pada manusia. Hal ini menyebabkan terganggunya sistem pernapasan dalam bentuk peningkatan sesak napas yang diakibatkan oleh penurunan dari kadar saturasi oksigen sebagai dampak rusaknya paru-paru. Pemberian prone positioning dapat mengatur jalan napas yang terganggu, sedangkan deep breathing exercise yang dilakukan mampu mengatur pola pernapasan sehingga kebutuhan oksigen dapat terpenuhi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh prone positioning dan deep breathing exercise dalam meningkatkan saturasi oksigen dan menurunkan derajat sesak nafas pada pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Ruang Isolasi, Rumah Sakit Paru dr. Ario Wirawan, Salatiga. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan melakukan observasi pada subjek. Subjek yang terlibat adalah 72 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian prone positioning dan deep breathing exercise terhadap saturasi oksigen dan penurunan derajat sesak napas pasien COVID-19.Kata kunci: COVID-19; prone positioning; deep breathing exercise; saturasi oksigen; derajat sesak napas

Abstract

Introduction: The various management development interventions that have been implemented seem to have not identified the characteristics of the role model, perceived control, and understanding of the Management Development Program (MDP) itself. The MDP effectiveness evaluation model also seems to have not received much attention. Analyze the influence of the characteristics of the Management Development Program, i.e., role models, feelings of control, and understanding that result in organizational commitment, utility, and participatory Behavior. Methods: The research population was 130 employees of NUH Jombang. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique of 100 employees from various work units. Statistical analysis used is path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effect on organizational commitment, utility, and participation behavior. Results: The higher MDP characteristics that consist of role model, perceived control, and understanding will be followed by high organizational commitment, utility, and participative behavior as positive outcomes. Conclusion: The study results can improve understanding of the characteristics of the relevant Management Development Program to improve employee outcomes. Employee outcome, i.e., organizational commitment, Utilities which include intrinsic – extrinsic – organizational benefits, behavior that includes the willingness to participate in development activities, innovative behavior that is beneficial to the organization, and sharing opinions.

Abstract

Menstruasi merupakan pelepasan dinding rahim (endometrium) yang disertai dengan perdarahan dan hanya menyisakan lapisan basal saja. Proses menstruasi ini berlangsung secara rutin setiap bulan pada setiap wanita normal, namun tak sedikit diantaranya dalam periode menstruasi ini mengalami masalah, khususnya pada masa remaja sering mengalami nyeri haid. Ada banyak masalah yang timbul saat menstruasi diantaranya merupakan masalah ginekologi yang sering dikeluhkan oleh remaja, seperti ketidak teraturan menstruasi, menoragia, dismenorea, dan gejala lain yang berhubungan. Diantara keluhan tersebut, dismenorea adalah masalah yang paling sering dilaporkan, dismenorea terjadi pada 60%-90% remaja, dan menjadi penyebab pengurangan aktivitas sehari-hari. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pilates exercise terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri. Metode: Pre-Eksperimen dengan pendekatan the one group pre-test and post-test design untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pilates Exercise terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja yang mengalami nyeri haid. Hasil uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) ada pengaruh setelah dilakukan terapi Pilates Exercise terhadap penurunan nyeri haid pada remaja putri. Pilates Exercise mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap nyeri haid, sehingga terdapat penurunan nyeri haid yang dirasakan responden setelah melakukan Pilates Exercise.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis dampak disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dyriana Bakery & Cafe dipilih sebagai tempat untuk melakukan survei. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu kuantitatif. Sampling non-probabilitas digunakan dalam metode sampling ini. Masing-masing dari 120 responden mengisi kuesioner untuk tujuan pengumpulan data. IBM SPSS Statistics akan digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Hasil dari perhitungan yang telah di hitung menggunakan SPSS adalah bahwa disiplin kerja berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kompensasi berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan Dyriana Bakery & Cafe Semarang tampil lebih baik ketika mereka disiplin dan termotivasi di tempat kerja serta dengan adanya kompensasi akan membuat perusahaan lebih menyadari bahwa kompensasi sangat penting bagi karyawan.Kata kunci: disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, kompensasi, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The state in carrying out government administration activities is carried out through government institutions or is usually categorized as a public legal entity. Based on the statutory regulations, it is stated that any capital participation or additional capital participation to regional companies must be regulated in a separate regional regulation regarding participation or additional capital. Regional Government equity participation can be implemented if the amount to be included in the relevant budget year has been stipulated in a Regional Regulation. In Article 1654 of the Civil Code which reads "All legally established legal entities, as well as private persons, have the power to carry out civil acts, without prejudice to laws that change that power, limit it or subject it to certain procedures. The position of the government as a legal entity is not strictly regulated in the Civil Code. Knowledge about the Government as a legal entity is only obtained from secondary legal materials that explain the Civil Code. Regional Governments can carry out equity participation in state-owned enterprises and/or can be transferred to state-owned enterprises (BUMD). Equity participation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. Regional capital participation is determined by regional regulation.

Abstract

Objective: Consumers expect MSMEs to adopt sustainable strategies but realizing there is a gap between business sustainability practices and consumer expectations. This research aims to identifies sustainable business strategies to be integrated into business practices. Research Design & Methods: This research uses exploratory qualitative methods. The data collection technique uses an interview method. The sampling design used non-probability sampling (snowball). The analysis technique is through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding because it can explain, assess, and visualize superior MSMEs empowerment modeling. Findings: The results of this study indicate the technology-based sustainable business strategy must be the primary role model to increasing the MSMEs competitiveness. A successful sustainable business strategy has four core dimensions: innovation, collaboration, communication, and commitment. Digital businesses can be used as a medium to achieve their vision of sustainable practices in competitive advantage, brand loyalty, risk mitigation, and cost reduction. Researchers prove that the sustainability can lead to an increase in the market value of MSMEs. Implications & Recommendations: MSMEs who proactively make the core of business strategy sustainability will encourage innovation and generate enthusiasm and loyalty from employees, customers, suppliers, communities, and investors. Implementation of integrated digital business strategy should include guidelines for understanding consumer behavior, accessing market data more easily, and using social media as a form of continuous communication that shows the proximity of MSMEs to customers. Contribution & Value Added: Empirical research to measure the relationship between proposed sustainable business practices and consumer expectations holds excellent opportunities for future research.

Abstract

Masa new normal merupakan masa baru bagi pedagang ditengah adanya pandemi covid-19. Khususnya para pedagang di kawasan wisata, sektor pariwisata menjadi sektor yang paling parah terdampak sehingga untuk bangkit dan memulai kembali usahanya perlu adanya perilaku inovatif yang salah satu faktor internalnya ialah psychological capital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan psychological capital dengan perilaku inovatif pedagang di Wisata Pantai Prigi pada masa new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan data nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pedagang di Wisata Pantai Prigi dengan jumlah 60 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala psychological capital dan skala perilaku inovatif. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi Spearman dengan bantuan SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,376 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (< 0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara psychological capital dengan perilaku inovatif pedagang di Wisata Pantai Prigi pada masa new normal.

Abstract

Severe Acute Respiratory Infection (SARI) is an acute infectious disease that occurs in the respiratory tract and is better known as Pneumonia. The percentage of deaths in various countries caused by pneumonia has reached 30% and is in the age range of less than 5 years. In Indonesia, in the period from May 2013 to April 2015, there were 1,697 cases of the disease, while at Dr Saiful Anwar Hospital in 2022, 56 cases were caused by SARI with the influenza virus. The data collection process is done manually, resulting in delays in reporting problems. This study aims to analyze the effect of Web-Based SARI Information System Development on Sari Reporting Respontime at Dr. Hospital. Saiful Anwar (RSSA) which is useful for speeding up the process of reporting SARI surveillance from sentinels to the Ministry of Health. The design method uses a waterfall diagram which includes analysis, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study are web-based SARI applications where the Ministry of Health has not yet provided an application for data recapitulation processes for every sentinel in the territory of Indonesia, for this reason researchers innovate to create information-based systems web so that in reporting after using the web application the impact is more effective and efficient thus speeding up the reporting process.

Abstract

This research aims to design an Android application prototype using the User-Centered Design method, with a focus on evaluation through usability testing. The urgency of this research is driven by the importance of providing optimal user experiences in the development of Android applications, particularly in the context of thesis consultation applications, with the goal of enhancing user satisfaction and supporting business growth. The User-Centered Design method is employed as the primary approach in this research, involving steps such as user data collection, analysis, and iterative design based on user feedback. Usability testing is conducted through testing with users, aiming to identify issues and difficulties encountered by users while using the application. The usability testing process involved 5 participants, and the average test score obtained was 87.3. This test score indicates a very good level of usability. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable guidance for application developers in enhancing user experiences and better meeting user needs, ultimately achieving higher success.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Reward, Punishment, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 83 pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Semarang. Teknik untuk mengambil sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh artinya semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis data primer yang didapatkan dengan melalui kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada semua responden. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan diperiksa dengan evaluasi tahap instrumen penelitian dengan meliputi (uji realibilitas dan uji validitas). Tahapan uji asumsi konvensional meliputii ( multikolinearitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji validitas). Uji asumsi klasik meliputi (heteroskedasitas,nuji normalitas, dan uji multikolinearitas). Tahap ini melibatkan pengujian hipotesis yang telah diajukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (uji f), uji parsial (uji t). Temuan yang telah dilakukan mengungkapkan bahwasannya variabel reward, punishment, dan disiplin kerja semua memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja dari pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Semarang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci: Reward; Punishment; Disiplin Kerja; Kinerja. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine Reward, Punishment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in the City of Semarang. The type of research in this research is quantitative. The population in this study consisted of 83 employees of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Semarang City. The technique for taking samples using a saturated sample means that the entire population is used as a sample. This research is to analyze the primary data obtained through questionnaires that have been distributed to all respondents. The data that has been collected will be examined by evaluating the research instrument stage by covering (reliability test and validity test). The conventional assumption test stages include (multicollinearity, reliability test, and validity test). The classic assumption test includes (heteroscedasticity, normality test, and multicollinearity test). This stage involves testing the hypotheses that have been proposed in this study using the coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test (f test), partial test (t test). The findings that have been made reveal that the variables of reward, punishment, and work discipline all have a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Semarang City Cooperatives and Micro Enterprise Office, either partially or simultaneously.
