Abstract

The rise of illegal drugs such as narcotics, can affect adolescents. If teenagers already use drugs, it is certainly very dangerous because it can affect their mentality and personality. The purpose of this study was to analyze knowledge, family support and the role of peers in the attitude of drug users in participating in the rehabilitation program at the IPWL of the Bambu Nusantara Foundation in Madiun City. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross section approach with the focus of the research directed to be to analyze knowledge, family support and the role of peers in the attitude of drug users in participating in the rehabilitation program at the Bambu Nusantara Foundation IPWL in Madiun City with a population of 160 respondents and 114 samples respondents taken with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The findings found that almost half of respondents had medium category knowledge of 56 respondents (49.1%). Nearly half of the respondents had sufficient family support as many as 48 respondents (42.1%). Nearly half of the respondents had the role of peer categories as many as 49 respondents (43%). Nearly half of respondents have the attitude of the sufficient category as many as 51 respondents (44.7%). The results of the study using the Multiple Linear Regression Test showed that the p-value <0.05 then H0 was rejected so it was concluded that there was an influence of knowledge, family support and the role of peers on the attitude of drug users in participating in the rehabilitation program at the IPWL of the Bambu Nusantara Foundation in Madiun City. Knowledge about drugs is very important to be given early to anyone in order to understand more deeply about the risks and impacts of drug consumption. In this case the family is very important to monitor the association of family members so as not to fall into the wrong association with their peers

Abstract

Backgorund.Information technology can support medical record services in hospitals, especially in patient registration places. The implementation of this technology can be done by applying an online registration system. This system will be able to save waiting time for patients to register Purpose. This study aims to determine the implementation of the online registration system at Caruban Regional Public Hospital, Madiun District Method. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with an informant of 6 registration officers and 20 patients. Result.. The online registration system starts in July 2020. The results of the interview show that the system has not been optimally used. Some of the problems are that many patients are elderly so they are not technologically literate, geographic location of the patient causes difficult signals, the patient's electronic devices, and the lack of socialization from registration officer to patients. Patients know only from brochures or banners, so patients do not know the steps to use the system in detail Conclussion. The online registration system at Caruban Regional public Hospital is not optimal because there are several problems, such as the large number of elderly patients, the reluctance of the community to try to use the system and the lack of socialization

Abstract

Low Birth Weight is health problems that need to be addressed seriously because is an indicator to determine health level of the nation. South East Asia has 20-35 % of infants born with Low Birth Weight and 70-80% neonates were death because of premature infants and Low Birth Weight. In Bojonegoro district since 3 years ago, has fluctuated cases of Low Birth Weight. The purpose of this research to know the impact of nutritional status of mothers, gestational age, disorder/comorbidities of disorder, exposure to cigarette smoke, parity and regularity examination pregnancy relating Low Birth Weight in Bojonegoro district. The methodology of this research is analytic correlational by approach cross sectional. The population research is all women rise in November 2019- January 2020 in public health center area Balen, Ngasem, Kedungadem Bojonegoro district. The technique of this research used proportional random sampling by using 133 samples. Analysis techniques data using regression double logistics. The result showed that a variable that influence the incidence Low Birth Weight is the nutritional status (p=0,000), disorder/ comorbidities of comorbidities (p=0,013) and parity (p=0,008). While variables that not affected to Low Birth Weight is gestational age, exposure to cigarette smoke and regularity examination pregnancy. Six variables with negelkerke has value R= 0,658 capable of being explained Low Birth Weight factors influencing the cases.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the health status of the Indonesian people, the quality of hospital services must always be improved through easy access to health facilities. One way is to use an online-based registration service system. This literature review aims to examine some of the problems that occur in online-based registration services. The method used is by conducting a review of various journals on international and online-based registration services in Indonesia, in the 2010-2019 period. Searching for journals using ResearchGate and Google Scholar, the journals that are looking for are journals in the health sector, after several screenings and reviews that match the theme, 22 journals are obtained. The use of an online-based registration service system can reduce the length of patient queues when registering before getting service from a doctor. Several hospitals in Indonesia have used online-based registration services, but there are still many obstacles. This obstacle can occur during the planning process as well as during the service implementation process, for example, namely lack of human resources, missing SOPs, a patient who cannot use a cellphone and a lack of information on patients about the online registration system. The benefits of making this literature review are expected that hospitals that will implement online-based registration services understand and understand what are the factors of obstacles to online registration services so that they are better prepared to avoid these obstacle factors.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the most common case and almost 70% of it is found in an advanced stage condition (> stage IIB). This is because the screening implementation is still low, which is <5%. In fact, the ideal screening implementation is 80%. Actually, early-stage cervical cancer can be diagnosed by performing a cytological examination through IVA. Nearly 50% of people with cervical cancer do not do IVA. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health services, maternal motivation, level of knowledge, and husband's support for the participation of women of childbearing age in the IVA examination at the Kanor Health Center. This research method is analytic research with cross sectional approach. The study population was all women of childbearing age between 30 and 50 years in the Kanor Health Center area. Proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 300 people. Data analysis techniques using multiple logistic regression. The results showed that the variables that influenced participation in the IVA examination were health services (p = 0,000 and beta = 0.050) and maternal motivation (p = 0,000 and beta 0.037). While the variables that did not affect the participation of IVA examination were knowledge and husband support. The results of data analysis showed that the most dominant variable affecting the participation of women of childbearing age in the IVA examination was health services with a p value of 0.000 and an Odd Ratio of 0.050, which means that good health services will have a greater influence on the participation of women of childbearing age in IVA examinations by 0.050 times compared to poor health services. Therefore, it is necessary to have health promoter staff to provide information about health services as well as education or health education about early detection of cervical cancer through examinations.

Abstract

Every Puskesmas is obliged to organize a Puskesmas Information System. The Puskesmas Information System can be held electronically and / or non-electronically. E-puskesmas is an application developed to fulfill the need for digital data recording at puskesmas. This study aims to analyze the factors of communication and transformational leadership that directly affect and are mediated by the affective commitment factor to readiness. Data collection was conducted through a survey of 172 E-Puskesmas entry officers at 27 Puskesmas in Mojokerto Regency. Statistical test using path analysis. The sampling technique is multistage sampling technique. Statistical results show a positive effect of transformational leadership on affective commitment with a sig value of 0.02 and readiness to change with a sig value of 0.011. Communication has a positive effect on affective commitment with a sig value of 0.00 and readiness to change with a sig value of 0.00. Affective commitment has a positive effect on readiness to change dengan nilai sig 0.00. The limitation in this research is the method of collecting questionnaires with google form so that it allows different perceptions by respondents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui performans sapi Madura bibit betina  berdasarkan statistik vital (panjang badan, lingkar dada dan tinggi gumba) dan bobot badan di tingkat pembibitan sapi betina serta sifat kualitatif. Materi yang digunakan adalah 120 ekor sapi berumur 12 - 36 bulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung di lapang dengan menggunakan kuesionar. Variabel yang diamati meliputi lingkar dada, tinggi gumba,panjang badan, bobot badan dan karakteristik kualitatif. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performa sapi Madura rat-rata tinggi gumba (115,87 cm sampai 123,4 cm), lingkar dada (120,31 cm sampai 128,73 cm), panjang badan (119,25 cm sampai 126,84 cm), bobot badan (202,75 kg sampai 227,37 kg). Karakteristik kualitatif sapi Madura berwarna hitam di sekitar mata, kaki berwarna putih dengan tubuh merah bata, tanduk mengarah kedalam, panjang ekor sampai lutut, bentuk tubuh lurus, tepi telinga berwarna merah bata. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah semakin bertambahnya umur bibit sapi Madura betina akan meningkatkan ukuran statistik vital (panjang badan, lingkar dada, dan tinggi gumba) dan bobot badan sedangkan sifat kualitatif tetap. Abstract

Kakao (Theobroma Cacao. L) merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan perkebunan Indonesia yang memiliki potensi cukup besar dengan areal perkebunan dan produksinya cenderung terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Tanaman kakao menghasilkan biji yang digunakan untuk bahan baku produk coklat. Sumatera Barat mempunyai salah satu varietas unggulan kakao yaitu varietas Klon BL 50. Pengeringan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu kakao. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji suhu pengeringan yang terbaik terhadap mutu kakao varietas klon BL 50 pasca fermentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variasi suhu yaitu 500C, 550C dan 600C. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) satu faktor yaitu suhu pengeringan kakao menggunakan 3 variasi suhu 500C, 550C dan 600C. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pada suhu 500C dibutuhkan pengeringan selama 11,5 jam , laju pengeringan 0,0482 kg/jam dengan efisiensi pengeringan 6,052%, rendemen 45,372%, kadar lemak sebesar 50,598% dan rata-rata jumlah biji per 100 gr sebanyak 94,3 buah. Pada pengamatan suhu 550C dengan rata-rata pengeringan 10,16 jam, laju pengeringan sebesar dengan efisiensi pengeringan sebesar 6,965%, rendemen 45,141%, kadar lemak 51,080%, dengan rata-rata jumlah biji 93,8 buah. Perlakuan suhu 600C dengan lama pengeringan selama 9 jam, laju pengeringan sebesar 0,07083 kg/jam dengan efisiensi pengeringan sebesar 9,382%, rendemen 44,838%, kadar lemak sebesar 53,094% dengan rata-rata jumlah biji per 100-gram sebanyak 93,6 buah. Suhu pengamatan terbaik terhadap mutu kakao klon BL 50 adalah pada perlakuan suhu 600C. Perlakuan variasi suhu pengeringan terhadap mutu kakao Klon BL berpengaruh nyata terhadap laju pengeringan, suhu, RH, lama waktu pengeringan, rendemen, debit udara,efisiensi pengeringan dan kadar lemak.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of work motivation as a mediating variable from Supervision and trust on work involvement in Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The location in this study was carried out at the Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The objects in this study were work motivation, Supervision, Trust, and work involvement of the employees of Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. As for the research object, the independent variable is Supervision and Trust as variable X, the dependent variable is work involvement as variable Y, and the mediating variable is work motivation as variable Z. Meanwhile, the subject in This research is a health worker in Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The population used as the object of this research was the health workers of Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri, totaling 380 people. The sample in this study were Simpang Lima Gumul Kediri Hospital employees, namely employees who provide services to patients. Using the Krejcie and Morgan tables, the total population (N) was 380, so the sample (n) required was 191 people. This study uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, which is used when the population has members who are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. Based on the results of the analysis using smart-pls, it was found that Supervision has no significant effect on work involvement, Trust has a significant effect on work involvement, Work motivation has a significant effect on work involvement, Trust has no significant effect on work motivation, Supervision has a significant effect on work motivation, Motivation mediates the effect of Supervision on work involvement, Motivation mediates the effect of Trust on work involvement.

Abstract

The influence of excessive workload can create an uncomfortable working atmosphere for workers. Excessive work load can trigger the emergence of work stress more quickly. On the other hand, a lack of workload can cause losses for the organization/agency. This is because the responsibilities given by the government for the work do not match the abilities possessed by the workers, which can result in errors in financing the work of employees in the North Sorong District. Problems that occur due to the varying characteristics of the human resources they have and the mismatch between the workload and the capabilities of the human resources can result in the work being given to be of poor quality. Based on this problem, the researcher defines and uses the title "The influence of work environment workload on employee performance North Sorong District. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data obtained in the field is in the form of quantitative data, according to Sugiyono, is data that is processed from research results in the form of numbers, where the quantitative approach is the acquisition of data from various sources of information that is relevant to the problem being researched and is related to proof of the concept/theory used. For the work environment North Sorong District employees include equipment, work facilities and work relations. The equipment in the North Sorong District is complete manually and the existing facilities regarding the work relations in the North Sorong District are well established.
