Abstract

Murābaḥah financing is financing carried out for the ownership of certain goods that are paid at maturity. This study aims to determine the implementation of the prudent principle in the operation of murābaḥah financing at KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah Metro Lampung Branch. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case/field study. The case study approach was chosen because it allows researchers to explore in depth the process of implementing the principle of prudence in the operational context of murābaḥah financing. The results of this study state that murābaḥah financing at KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah applies the principle of prudence (prudent principle) which aims to avoid problematic customers and minimize the risk of loss for the BMT. The principle of prudence (prudent principle) applied by KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah is the 5C + S aspect (character, capital, capacity, collateral, condition of economic and sharia).

Abstract

Pendidikan anak perempuan dalam Islam memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk masyarakat madani yang beradab dan berkualitas. Islam memandang perempuan sebagai pilar peradaban, sehingga pendidikan yang diberikan harus dimulai sejak usia dini. Pendidikan anak perempuan bukan hanya membentuk aspek intelektual, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai keimanan, akhlak, kemandirian, keadilan, dan kelembutan sebagai landasan pembentukan karakter. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) untuk mengkaji hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW yang menunjukkan perhatian besar Islam terhadap pendidikan perempuan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendidikan yang terarah, anak perempuan akan tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang berdaya, mampu berperan sebagai ibu, istri, dan anggota masyarakat yang aktif. Peran ini turut menentukan kualitas generasi mendatang. Pendidikan yang menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam dan keterampilan hidup kepada anak perempuan juga membentuk individu yang memiliki semangat toleransi, tanggung jawab sosial, dan kemampuan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. Di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan disrupsi digital, anak perempuan yang terdidik dapat menjadi agen perubahan yang konstruktif di tengah masyarakat. Dengan demikian, pendidikan anak perempuan merupakan investasi strategis dalam membangun masyarakat madani yang egaliter, inklusif, dan berkeadaban tinggi, sekaligus menjadi bagian dari dakwah Islam yang berkelanjutan dan transformatif.

Abstract

كثير من المسلمين في هذا الوقت لا يهتمون بتعلم القرآن. يهتم معظم الناس بالدراسات العامة ويشغلون أنفسهم بأشياء غير مفيدة، مثل ممارسة الألعاب على الهواتف الذكية، وتقلص عدد المصلين في المساجد، ونادرًا ما توجد حلقات القرآن، ويتزايد غفلة الناس في تعلم القرآن بالرغم من أنه من المهم جدًا أن يكون ذلك تدبيرًا في الآخرة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى مساعدة أهالي قرية سي كاري، وخاصة الأمهات والمراهقين وأطفال المدارس الابتدائية على تعريفهم وتعليمهم وتحفيزهم على تعلم القرآن. يستخدم نشاط خدمة المجتمع هذا طريقة تعلم الخدمة (SL). بهذه الطريقة، يحاول المشاركون في خدمة المجتمع تقديم خدمات تعليم القرآن للمجتمع؛ إلى جانب ذلك، يمكن أن توفر هذه الطريقة مساحة عملية للمشاركين في خدمة المجتمع ليكونوا قادرين على توجيه معارفهم وقدراتهم في التدريس. تظهر نتائج بحث خدمة المجتمع هذا أنه كانت هناك تغييرات إيجابية في مجتمع قرية سي كاري. من بينهم وعيهم بأهمية دراسة القرآن، فالأمهات والأطفال قادرون على قراءة القرآن بالتجويد الصحيح، وقادرون على حفظ السور القصيرة، واستفادة وقتهم بالأشياء المفيدة، وروح المجتمع لفعل الأشياء الجيدة. بشكل عام، سارت أنشطة KKN-T التي قامت بها طالبات جامعة السنة الإسلامية بشكل جيد. باستخدام نشاط KKN-T، يمكنه تقليل المشكلات الموجودة في المجتمع.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam rangka memberikan penguatan kepada peserta didik mengenai pentingnya kecerdasan Adversity Quotien dalam menunjang kesuksesan seseorang dikemudian hari. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada SMA Islam An - Nuqthah Kota Tangerang dengan menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research). Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka memberi penguatan dan meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik bahwasanya kecerdasan Adversity Quotient merupakan faktor yang menentukan kesuksesan seseorang. Ikhtiar yang dapat peserta didik lakukan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan Adversity Quotient mereka dengan cara memaksimalkan diri dalam menjalani program dan peraturan yang sudah dibiasakan dalam Pesantren dikarenakan pesantren mereka sudah sangat baik dalam menyiapkan kegiatan atau program yang mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan Adversity Quotient. Abstract

This study aims to study the correlation between the variables of the number of leaves to the number of pods, the number of seeds per pod, and the weight of pods in edamame plants (Glycine max L. Merrill). Edamame is a type of vegetable soybean that is harvested when the pods are still young, originating from Japan, and is widely known as a healthy snack. This study uses regression and correlation analysis to examine the extent to which the number of leaves affects the components of plant generative results. This study was conducted from September 2024 to January 2025 at the experimental and research garden of Campus III UMPR, Jl. Ir Soekarno No.I, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan. This study used a randomized design consisting of two factors and the first factor was three levels of chicken manure with three levels of treatment doses of 30, 35, 40 tons ha¹, while the second treatment was the type of biochar with control, rice husks, and empty oil palm bunches. The results showed that the results of the Pearson correlation test for the number of leaves had a positive relationship with the three components of plant yield. The relationship between the number of leaves and the number of pods is classified as moderate, while the number of leaves and the number of seeds and pod weight are classified as weak, the direction shown is one-way or positive

Abstract

The transformation of the school supervisor’s role has become a strategic necessity in enhancing the quality of education in an increasingly dynamic global era. Supervisors now serve not only as administrators but also as facilitators, motivators, and catalysts for change to promote innovative learning and sustainable professional development. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with document analysis to examine the evolution of the supervisor's role, challenges encountered, implementation strategies, and their impact on education quality. Findings reveal that the shift from conventional approaches to transformative supervision significantly improves learning quality, strengthens the culture of school excellence, and accelerates the achievement of national education standards (SNP). Challenges such as digital divides, resource limitations, and resistance to change can be addressed through need-based supervision, blended supervision, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Technology-based approaches have also proven effective in supporting development, particularly in remote areas. The study concludes that transforming school supervisors is a critical element in achieving more inclusive, adaptive, and globally competitive education. Comprehensive policy support, capacity building through technology-based training, and cross-sector collaboration are essential to ensure the sustainability of this transformation.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penyakit tidak menular yang banyak menyebabkan kematian salah satunya adalah kanker payudara. Pada remaja beresiko mengalami gangguan pada gangguan reproduksi dan salah satunya masalah pada remaja adalah kurangnya membiasakan diri melakukan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri. Setiap tahun di negara Indonesia untuk penderita kanker sendiri selalu mengalami peningkatan. Kanker merupakan penyakit tumor ganas atau pertumbuhan sel yang abnormal yang tidak terkendali sehingga sel ini terus tumbuh. Setelah mengetahui dari latar belakang dan kasus yang terjadi, peneliti ingin melakukan eksperimen dengan pemberian intervensi video sadari beserta penjelasan yang ada dalam video tersebut, guna mengetahui ada tidaknya dampak positif untuk bisa dilakukan secara mandiri oleh responden. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif sebelum dan sesudah intervensi terhadap satu kelompok intervensi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 76 siswi dengan tekhnik purporsive sampling. Penelitian ini pada variabel bebas menggunakan instrumen SOP dan variabel terikat menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengukur sikap periksa payudara sendiri (SADARI). Untuk analisis datanya menggunakan Spearman Rank Test. Hasil: Penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pre-test dan post-test sikap remaja santriwati mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan perbandingan 0,000 > 0,05. Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan sikap setelah diberikan intervensi video SADARI pada remaja santriwati.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of workplace well-being and employee engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with work motivation as a mediating variable at the Indonesian Aviation Academy (API) Banyuwangi. The problem stems from a condition where employee extra-role work behavior is not optimal, so efforts are needed to understand psychological factors and engagement that can increase employee voluntary contributions to the institution. The results showed that workplace well-being and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. In addition, work motivation was proven to be able to mediate the influence of workplace well-being and employee engagement on increasing OCB, thereby strengthening the relationship between variables in supporting organizational performance. Overall, this study concludes that workplace well-being and employee engagement are important factors in driving motivation and extra-role work behavior. These findings have practical implications, necessitating HR policies that focus on creating a healthy, inclusive, and motivating work environment to strengthen a positive work culture. Furthermore, this study also provides theoretical contributions, enriching our understanding of the role of work motivation as a connecting mechanism in the context of aviation vocational education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of stagnant employee performance at the Indonesian Aviation Academy (API) Banyuwangi, influenced by an unbalanced workload and high levels of job stress. This condition has resulted in decreased productivity and performance accountability, which are mostly in the adequate category. Job satisfaction is suspected to be an important mediating variable in the relationship between workload, job stress, and employee performance, so empirical research is needed to find appropriate managerial solutions. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The independent variables in this study include workload (X1) and work stress (X2), while the mediating variable is job satisfaction (Y1) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y2). Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees of the Indonesian Aviation Academy (API) Banyuwangi using a purposive sampling technique, then analyzed to test the relationship between variables and the mediating role of job satisfaction. The research findings are expected to contribute both theoretically and practically. Theoretically, this study enriches human resource management studies related to the influence of workload and job stress on performance by considering the mediating role of job satisfaction. Practically, the findings of this study can serve as a reference for the management of the Indonesian Aviation Academy (API) Banyuwangi in formulating strategic policies, particularly in creating a balanced work environment, reducing stress levels, and increasing employee job satisfaction to encourage more optimal performance.

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is characterized by symptoms of an increase in systolic blood pressure > 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg11 and is a major contributor to diseases related to blood vessels such as stroke, heart attack, and kidney failure. Generally, most people use chemical drugs to reduce hypertension. Many studies have been conducted to look for chemical drugs with better effectiveness with minimal side effects through traditional medicine, for example using noni fruit. Purpose: This systematic review aims to analyze the effectiveness of noni fruit in reducing hypertension and the relationship between the content of noni fruit that can potentially reduce hypertension. Methods: The design used in this study is a systematic review (Systematic Review) using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) method. This method is carried out using reviews, analysis, structured evaluations, classifiers, and categorization of evidence-based that have previously been generated. The articles in this study were obtained from electronic databases published in Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct, which were published from 2013 to 2023. Results: Of the 7 articles showing that noni fruit can reduce hypertension. Noni fruit contains scopoletin and xeronine which have the potential to reduce hypertension. Scopoletin functions to widen narrowed blood vessels and can also reduce MDA levels in the body by increasing SOD activity in the body. Antioxidants in noni can inhibit oxidative stress so that it can reduce hypertension. The active ingredient noni scopoletin functions to normalize blood pressure with an effect similar to the workings of spasmolytic antihypertensive drugs. Characterized by the dilation of blood vessels (vasodilation) due to smooth muscle relaxation. In addition, the content of proxeronine, which is needed by the body to produce xeronine, is a diuretic by increasing fluid volume by expelling fluids through urine and contains potassium in acids that can reduce cholesterol (LDL) which affects blood vessels so that blood pressure can decrease. Conclusion: Noni fruit can reduce hypertension because it contains antioxidants, scopoletin, and proxeronine.
