Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology has significantly transformed Islamic education practices, particularly the delivery of Ramadan Da'wah, necessitating a scholarly exploration of effective digital strategies. Employing a systematic literature review approach, this study investigates contemporary methodologies utilized in digital platforms to optimize Islamic education during Ramadan. Scholarly articles indexed in reputable databases were critically analyzed to identify prevailing trends, digital tools, and strategic frameworks applied across diverse Islamic contexts. The findings highlight the extensive utilization of social media, mobile applications, and virtual platforms as dominant channels for disseminating Ramadan-related religious knowledge. Several strategies, including interactive multimedia content, personalized learning experiences, and collaborative online environments, emerged prominently as effective means of enhancing learner engagement and comprehension. Despite notable advancements, the literature underscores critical challenges, such as maintaining authentic religious teachings, mitigating misinformation risks, and ensuring inclusivity across varying demographic segments. Furthermore, successful implementation of digital Ramadan Da'wah requires educators' digital literacy enhancement, content moderation mechanisms, and robust community engagement. This study contributes a structured synthesis of digital strategies, providing theoretical insights and practical guidance for educational institutions aiming to leverage technology effectively during Ramadan. Future research directions should focus on empirical validation of identified strategies, analysis of learner experiences, and longitudinal assessments of educational outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract

This study explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in public administration, focusing on the dimensions of governance, ethics, and decision-making. As governments increasingly adopt AI-driven systems to enhance efficiency and transparency, critical questions arise regarding accountability, algorithmic bias, and the preservation of public trust. Using a comprehensive literature review method, this paper synthesizes findings from prior studies published in reputable international journals to examine how AI reshapes administrative processes and ethical frameworks. The analysis identifies emerging patterns in governance innovation, the ethical dilemmas of data-driven decision-making, and the evolving role of human oversight in automated environments. It further highlights the dual nature of AIas a tool for improving public service delivery and as a potential source of ethical complexity. Through comparative and thematic synthesis, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how AI technologies influence policy formulation and institutional integrity. The paper underscores the need for adaptive governance models capable of balancing innovation with ethical responsibility in the era of intelligent public administration.

Abstract

A thesaurus limits its scope to specific subjects or related to certain subjects and is a means of standardizing terms created as a tool in the process of organizing information. A principle-compliant index language is required when organizing information. A user warrant and literary warrant approach can be used to construct a thesaurus with a particular subject. User warrant means the collection of terms based on users’ frequency of use of a term, while the literary warrant is carried out with an accurate survey of a word, phrase, or term contained in literature. The results of the analysis in the form of a thesaurus prototype can be used as a tool for document indexing and information retrieval. This becomes a tool for classifying and finding collections in the library as collections with various subjects grow. A thesaurus is a form of means of supervising controlled terms post-adjustment or post-coordination. In constructing the thesaurus, an arrangement of entries is formed to show equivalence relationships, hierarchical and associative. The results of the subject thesaurus construction can be used as a basis for further thesaurus development, which is more complete for the indexing process.
