Abstract

This study aims to systematically review various research results related to the use of the Discovery Learning learning model in improving students' numeracy skills. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by tracing and analyzing relevant scientific articles from various trusted sources. The results of the study show that the application of the Discovery Learning model consistently can improve students' numeracy skills. This model encourages students to actively build their own understanding, make connections between mathematical ideas, and foster deep and lasting understanding. In addition, numeracy learning that is fun and meaningful has proven to be more interesting for students and supports optimal numeracy skills. Thus, Discovery Learning is recommended as an alternative learning model that is effective in strengthening numeracy literacy at various levels of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' problem-solving skills in mathematics learning after being applied using the problem solving model. The type of research used is fre Experimental design. The population of all students in grade VIII of SMP IT An-Nida Lubuklinggau amounted to 119 students and as a sample of class VIII.3 which amounted to 29 students on the number pattern material, sampling was carried out randomly, data collection was carried out by technical test the collected data was analyzed using the t-test at a significant level = 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis of the final test data, it can be concluded that there is an improvement in the mathematical problem-solving ability of grade VIII students of SMP IT An-nida Lubuklinggau after the problem solving model is applied. The average score of students' mathematical problem-solving ability from the student's pre-test score was 77.33 while the student's post-test score was 84.43.

Abstract

Mathematics learning, which emphasizes exploration and investigation, aims to develop students' ability to understand mathematical concepts through their own invention and apply critical thinking. This study aims to develop a canva-assisted interactive learning multimedia on flat side room building materials in class VIII MTs Nurul Hidayah Lubuk Rumbai that is valid, practical, and has potential effects. This research method uses the ADDIE development model which includes five stages: analysis, desing, depelopment, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that at the validation stage, interactive learning multimedia was assessed by linguists, media experts, and material experts with the results of validation of 0.78 with the valid category, 0.85 with the very valid category and 0.85 with the very valid category. The practicality test showed very practical results with a score of 90%. The implementation of interactive learning multimedia shows student test results with a classical completeness percentage of 76%, so that interactive learning multimedia is stated to have a good potential effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The success of students in learning mathematics is an important part in supporting education as a whole, both in mathematics and specific subjects. This study aims to produce E-LKPD assisted by Liveworksheets using the PMRI approach on the material of relations and functions of class VIII that are valid, practical and have potential effects. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the following stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests, with the research subjects being class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau totaling 6 students for the small group test and 24 students for the field test. The results of the study showed that based on the results of the data analysis, the Aiken's V value from the validation of linguists was 0.90, media experts 0.91 and material experts 0.84 with a very valid category. In the practicality test, teachers and students obtained an overall percentage of 88.76%, categorized as very practical. The results of the potential effect test, conducted by 24 students, showed that 21 students (88%) were included in the complete category, and 3 students (12%) were included in the incomplete category.

Abstract

Rendahnya daya berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 11 Metro Pusat melatarbelakangi penelitian. Tujuannya guna memahami pengaruh problem based learning berbantuan media ular tangga terhadap daya berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik. Desain quasi-experimental dipakai penelitian dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Semua peserta didik kelas V menjadi populasi, sedangkan sampelnya ialah masing-masing 31 orang di kelas V A sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas V B kelompok kontrol. Soal tes daya pikir matematis secara kritis dan lembar observasi menjadi intrumen penelitian. Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan regresi linier sederhana dipakai guna analisis data. Diperlihatkan hasil penelitian berupa model PBL berbantuan media ular tangga signifikan memengaruhi daya kritis kelas V SDN 11 Metro Pusat saat berpikir matematis.  Signifikansi <0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan koefisien determinasi R square dalam uji hipotesis sebesar 73,8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas I SD Negeri 45 Lubuklinggau setelah diterapkan Strategi Pembelajaran Card Sort. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pre-exsperimental design dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan Teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Instrumen tes yang digunakan berbentuk essay berjumlah 8 soal. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh (5,3870) ≥ (1,729) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Card Sort Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas I SD Negeri 45 Lubuklinggau singnifikan mencapai KKTP. Kata Kunci : Card Sort, Hasil Belajar, Matematika, Strategi.
