Abstract

This study examines the productivity differences between disabled and non-disabled workers at PT. United Pharmatic Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 employees in the production department through proportional random sampling and analyzed with SPSS 22. Questionnaires provided quantitative data on employee productivity. Results show no significant difference in productivity levels, with disabled workers having a slightly higher average score (39.59) than non-disabled workers (39.16). The findings suggest that disability does not negatively impact productivity, supporting inclusive hiring practices. Highlight: No significant productivity difference: Disabled and non-disabled workers show comparable productivity levels. Higher productivity in disabled workers: Slightly higher average productivity for disabled workers. Abstract

This study examines the impact of the work environment, motivation, and human resource quality on employee performance at PT Indo Lautan Makmur's vacuum department. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 employees through online questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS. Results indicate that a positive work environment, strong motivation, and high-quality human resources significantly improve employee performance. These findings suggest that enhancing these factors can effectively boost employee performance at PT Indo Lautan Makmur. Highlights: 1. Positive work environment significantly boosts employee performance.2. Motivation alone doesn't always guarantee performance improvement.3. High-quality human resources enhance employee performance. Abstract

This study investigates marketing strategies and service quality's impact on consumer decisions to purchase fast food at M2M, employing Kotler's marketing mix strategy. Using a qualitative approach, the research explores elements of the marketing mix—product, pricing, promotion, and distribution—influencing marketing success. Interviews with M2M managers and on-site observations provide insights. Findings highlight segmentation, targeting, and positioning processes, emphasizing mass marketing via social media. Key aspects include market penetration through affordable pricing and forward integration by collaborating with street food vendors. Implications suggest enhancing product innovation and understanding competitors' offerings. This research contributes to understanding effective marketing strategies in the fast-food industry, informing future business practices. Highlight: Impact of marketing mix on consumer behavior. Abstract

This research explores the intersection between empiricism and Islamic epistemology, focusing on the limitations of sensory perception in capturing reality. Although empiricism plays an important role in Islamic thought, its exclusive reliance on sensory experience limits the understanding of phenomena beyond perception. Through a comparative analysis of Islamic philosophical texts and empirical literature, this study reveals the compatibility of empirical inquiry with metaphysical insights in Islam. By advocating a holistic approach to acquiring knowledge, this research contributes to the broader philosophical discourse, emphasizing the synthesis of empirical methods with spiritual insights for a comprehensive understanding of reality. Abstract

The Institution of Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah (Lazismu) have a vital role in the economic development of the Ummah (Muslim Society) in Indonesia. In this context, Indonesia state which constitutionally gets the main mandate in Article 34 of the 1945 Constitution to improve the welfare of the people of Indonesia is not so significant in carrying out this function with many poor people who have not been alleviated in terms of economy, health or education. Lazismu then equips with a strategic role in efforts to become a back-up solution for the Indonesian state. As part of the Ummah and nation Lazismu becomes a solution, more specifically in the context of this research the object is the Lazismu Service Office (KLL) Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo (UMSIDA) in increasing the level of education of the ummah. Through the Lazismu scholarship program Sang Surya, more than a thousand students of higher education managed to continue and complete their undergraduate education. This scientific work in a descriptive phenomenological way reveals the strategic role of the UMSIDA KLL in graduating scholars in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can become a benchmark for other campuses to take the same role in graduating scholars through zakat infaq and shadaqah funds.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menngetuahui Kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan pengelolahan di bidang Teh . penelitian ini berlokasi di Balongbendo, Sidoarjo bernama CV Greenlife Tirta Sentosa yang memproduksi produk teh. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif serta statistik verifikatif.. maka data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian kali ini meliputi data primer yang didapatkan melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. jawaban yang di peroleh dari respoden akan diukur menggunakan skala Likert. dengan menggunakan alat bantu software olah data SPSS Uji R2, T, dan F digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di perusahaan . Berdasarkan hasil olah data dimana nilai signifikan (p) ? 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Beban Kerja (X1) Berpengaruh Negatif. Dan nilai (p) ? 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa Stres Kerja (X2) Berpengaruh Negatif. Dan nilai signifikan (p) ? 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja (X3) Berpengaruh Positif. Terlihat dari hasil uji f sebesar 88.906 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Karena sig F hitung <5% (0,000 < 0,05), dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja secara Bersama Sama Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to ascertain how charges, peer feedback on the internet, and famous brand ambassadors all affect what customers decide to make purchases. applying the quantitative approach in this investigation the approaches to data analysis utilized in this research consisted validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, linear regression test, T test, F test, and R² test, that had been run by way of the software known as SPSS. The additional information needed over this investigation came from previous investigations, while the main information came from the assignment of survey forms via Google Form.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keputusan pembelian pada merchandise team e-sport onic esports melalui content marketing, brand ambassador dan brand awareness. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif  dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik  Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling serta jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini  sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan  menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Content Marketingberpengaruh  terhadap keputusan pembelian pada merchandise Onic E-sports, Brand Ambassador berpengaruh terhadap keputusanpembelian pada merchandise Onic E-esports, dan Brand Awareness berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian  pada merchandise Onic E-esports.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, budaya organisasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kinerja pelaku umkm. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 70 umkm yang mengikuti program pelatihan.. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling untuk menemukan sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebar kuisoner kepada para pelaku umkm yang mengikuti program pelatihan di Kecamatan Jabon Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable pelatihan kerja berpengatuh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja, Kerjasama tim berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja dan Efektivitas kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan karena hal ini membuktikan H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hal ini dapat digunakan pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam menjalankan pelatihan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. X yang berjumlah 65orang. Analisis penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi.26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
