Abstract

The impact of stock prices on new enterprises, notably Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), in Indonesia is significant. Given the significance of stock prices for MSMEs, engaging in stock price forecasting is crucial. Several stock price forecast-ing models exist, but only a limited number are suitable for predicting stock prices using limited samples, such as the stock prices of MSMEs in Indonesia. The limited sample size is because MSMEs are newly established enterprises accessing stock prices. This study aims to predict MSME stock prices in Indonesia, namely SOUL and TGUK. The forecasting model utilized is ARIMA. The results suggest that the ARIMA (0,1,1) model provides the most precise forecast for the stock price of SOUL MSMEs, while the ARIMA (1,1,2) model yields the most outstanding performance for TGUK. Investors can use the forecast results to identify profit-able investment opportunities or protect their portfolios from po-tential losses. Moreover, companies can employ stock price pre-dictions to evaluate their performance, develop financial plans, and allocate resources.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of halal tourism potential on Muslim tourist satisfaction at Torohudan Beach and Ngrenean Beach in Kanigoro Village. The study aims to identify the most dominant factors influencing tourist satisfaction, explicitly focusing on halal tourism destinations, accommodations, and travel services. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 96 respondents using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using partial tests (t-tests) and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to assess each variable's significance and prioritize improvement areas. The results indicate that all three components—halal destinations, accommodations, and travel agencies—significantly impact tourist satisfaction. Among these, halal accommodations emerged as the most dominant factor, highlighting the importance of providing halal-compliant facilities, such as halal-certified food and prayer spaces. The IPA identified halal tourism destinations and the availability of halal-certified dining options as key areas for improvement, as they were rated highly in importance but exhibited lower performance. The study suggests that improving these areas can substantially increase tourist satisfaction and enhance the competitiveness of these destinations. The findings have implications for local tourism managers, indicating where to focus efforts and resources to better cater to the needs of Muslim tourists and boost overall visitor satisfaction

Abstract

The rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has indeed changed the interaction between businesses and customers, forcing the Febyola Shoes Store at Beteng Trade Center Surakarta to change its marketing pattern from conventional offline marketing to online marketing. This research was conducted in order to help optimize the digital marketing strategy implemented to be more efficient and targeted. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the External and Internal Environmental Analysis Method and SWOT. It is known that the use of online shopping services shows that before the pandemic, 60.3% of young people stated that they had never shopped online or only around 39.7% had shopped online. However, after the pandemic hit, survey data showed that 100% of young people had shopped online. The survey results show that Whatsapp is the favorite social media for internet users worldwide with a percentage of 24.1% of respondents liking Whatsapp compared to other platforms, beating Facebook with 21.8%, Instagram 18.4%, and other media that are far behind the three most popular media at this time. The company uses Instagram social media as a Digital Marketing Media but is not optimal. There are obstacles in the Company's Digital Marketing activities, namely the promotion carried out is not right on target and the promotional strategy is still inconsistent. Abstract

Abstract

The academic promotion process faces various challenges that cause delays for faculty members in reaching higher ranks. This research aims to identify and analyze the factors contributing to delays in the academic promotion process. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques involving the distribution of questionnaires to faculty members who are currently undergoing or about to undergo the academic promotion process. The research results indicate that the lack of transparency in rules, policy changes, evaluation complexity, communication limitations, and institutional support all have a significant and equal impact on the challenges of academic promotion, with each factor having a coefficient of 0.2000. The R-squared and Adjusted R-squared values of 1.000 indicate that this model can explain the entire variation in academic promotion challenges. The high statistical significance of all coefficients suggests that these results are almost certainly not due to chance. Data analysis also shows that there is little autocorrelation in the model's residuals, and the residual distribution is nearly normal. These findings highlight the importance of transparency, policy consistency, effective communication, and institutional support in the academic promotion process. Improvements in these areas are expected to reduce the challenges faced by faculty members during the promotion process
