Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to discuss the impact of socialization about organizational goals and career development on intention to change jobs with coaching and career development as a moderating role.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research data were obtained from public companies involved in providing products and services to their customers. There were 400 respondents selected to be given a questionnaire that included closed questions, and 378 questionnaires were selected for further analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Both differentiation and regression studies were employed in evaluating the relationship between the independent and dependent variables by SPSS software.Research findings: The results of this study revealed that there was a positive relationship between organizational socialization and career development. Besides, it was also found that there was a negative relationship between the purpose of structural socialization and the intention of changing jobs. Theoretical contribution/Originality: The moderating role of coaching and employee progress strengthens the relationship between organizational socialization and career development. This study uncovered that the organizational socialization component was closely related and consistently increased employee loyalty.Practitioner/Policy implication: The results of this study are good news for managers because the board of directors has a very significant role in socializing the organization.Research limitation/Implication: The scope of this research itself is relative and insignificant due to the limited number of samples. Thus, expanding the sample size and adding a wider area will be able to strengthen the results of this study. New research should be designed to investigate various career development programs that can increase employee loyalty so that it is not easy to change jobs. Organizational managers are also encouraged to innovate in creating and supporting employee career development, especially for novice employees, by providing various experiences to facilitate their career development.

Abstract

Sistem manajemen lalu lintas di Indonesia sekarang ini sudah terintregasi dengan dikembangkannya sistem National Traffic Management Center (NTMC) sehingga dapat dipantau dan dikendalikan dalam satu tempat terpusat. Tetapi dengan sistem manajemen ini, memberikan keterbatasan seorang Polisi khususnya Polisi Lalu Lintas untuk mengendalikan dan mengatur lampu lalu lintas secara langsung di lapangan jika terjadi keadaan darurat. Dengan pemakaian NTMC yang saat ini digunakan, maka untuk mengatasi keadaan darurat biasanya dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan menugaskan Polisi untuk mengatur lalu lintas di lapangan melalui gerakan tangan atau peluit. Meskipun sudah diatur di dalam Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas, solusi ini masih kurang efisien karena menciptakan kebingungan pengguna jalan raya yang disebabkan antara nyala lampu lalu lintas dengan tanda yang diberikan Polisi yang bertugas sering berbeda. Hal ini sering memicu terjadinya kecelakaan. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan dapat menciptakan sistem manajemen baru dalam mengatur lalu lintas jarak jauh melalui handphone. Sehingga dapat membantu Polisi yang bertugas di lapangan dalam mengatur lampu lalu lintas disesuaikan dengan kondisi jalan raya pada saat itu juga. Melalui sistem manajamen ini, setiap lampu lalu lintas akan dipasang sebuah wireless acces point sebagai server. Media wireless ini sebagai jalur komunikasi antara handphone dengan mesin lampu lalu lintas. Persyaratan handphone yang digunakan, adalah bertipe android smartphones karena mendukung pembuatan program socket jaringan sebagai client. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan observasi dibeberapa persimpangan Kota Surakarta dan metode prototyping pembuatan sistem manajemen lalu lintas ini. Pengembangan sistem manajemen ini ke depannya dapat ditambahkan visualisasi hasil CCTV dari sistem NTMC yang sudah ada ke dalam handphone. Jadi selain dapat mengendalikan lalu lintas tetap dapat juga memantau kesibukan lalu lintas agar dapat mengurai terjadinya kemacetan

Abstract

Clustering adalah suatu metode untuk mengelompokkan sejumlah data menjadi beberapa cluster atau kelompok. Data-data yang mempunyai kedekatan akan dikelompokkan dalam satu cluster. Competitive Network merupakan bagian Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan pembelajaran tidak terawasi (unsupervised learning). Algoritma ini dapat digunakan untuk clustering. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sistem clustering untuk pemetaan minat mahasiswa S1 program studi Sistem Informasi STMIK Duta bangsa Surakarta terhadap topik-topik penelitian dengan jaringan syaraf tiruan competitive network. Data input digunakan hasil kuesioner peminatan mahasiswa terhadap topik-topik penelitian yang akan dikelompokkan menjadi 5 cluster. Proses clustering menggunakan algoritma Competitive Network dengan parameter-parameter clustering jumlah clusters 5, epochs 500, 750 dan 1000 serta parameter Kohonen 0,01.

Abstract

The development of technology has increased the ability of the tourism industry to increasingly develop. This is marked by the use of information and communication technology in tourism marketing. This study aims to review the implementation of the Destination Management System in Tourism Villages in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative methods and the object of this study is the Ponggok tourism village in Klaten Regency. The results show that the application of the Destination Management System in the tourism village is not optimal. The information and communication technology used is limited to social media, the web system owned by the village has not been optimized for online services.

Abstract

Sales evaluation exercises at instruments or trading enterprises with many outcomes and components are critical to determining the company's business development. Enterprise managers must know and evaluate sales data through reports on all branchesA trading business that has a department store, so it is essential to assess the sales trade. This sales evaluation knowledge system is necessary to promote store leadership in the deals evaluation strategy, which aims to aid the administration's decision-making process. The dealing data is evaluated using a clustering model to find a group of products selling well, especially in demand and not selling well. The algorithm used in clustering is by using K-Means. The sample data used is sales transaction data of 122 sales transaction data. Based on the results of the Davies Bouldin, it was found that the number of clusters with the best performance was 4 clusters with a Davies Blouldin value of -0.371. This analysis results in the sales data evaluation information system using the clustering model as an instrument for store managers to evaluate deals data at all department stores. The result of this method can be caused by the supervision as data in the decision-making method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of brand commitment on service standard communication, online brand image and word of mouth on online buying intention in the digital era. The design of this study uses descriptive research and causality research, measuring each variable using a 5-point Likert scale. This study uses primary data by collecting data through questionnaires. The sampling used in this study was purposive sampling and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. This study uses statistical methods with SMART PLS as a testing tool. The results of this study indicate that brand commitment has no influence on online buying intention. Whereas online brand image has an influence on service standard communication and word of mouth, then online brand image and word of mouth have a positive influence on online buying intention among digital era users. Abstract

E-commerce has become an integral part of consumer life, with the rapid growth of this industry. Customer perceptions of purchasing drivers are crucial in understanding consumer behavior within the E-commerce ecosystem. This research aims to explore customer perceptions regarding the influence of two main factors, namely discounts and free shipping, on purchase intent in the context of E-commerce. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach through literature review to elaborate on relevant previous studies concerning customer perceptions in E-commerce, particularly in the context of discounts and free shipping. The results of the literature review reveal various perspectives and findings that can provide in-depth insights into the impact of these two factors on consumer purchase intent. The research findings highlight that discounts and free shipping play a crucial role in shaping customer perceptions, significantly influencing their purchase intent. A brief discussion presents the key findings from the literature review, illustrating the contributions of each factor to purchase decisions. The conclusion of this study provides a holistic overview of the importance of discounts and free shipping in stimulating customer purchase intent in E-commerce. Practical implications and suggestions for further research are also discussed. Keywords : E-commerce, Customer Perception, Purchase Intent.

Abstract

Sidomukti Village is a village located in Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. This Community Service aims to carry out selection of village officials in Sidomukti Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. The vacant village official position is Head Of Noyu Hamlet. The Village apparatus selection exams carried out include written exams and computer pratical exams in accordance with Karanganyar Regent regulation Number 81 of 2022 concerning Mechanisms for Appointing and Dismissing Village Apparatus. The result of the Community Service activities was the election of head of Noyu Hamlet, Sidomukti Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency, as stated in the Minutes of Selection of Sidomukti Village Apparatus, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency.

Abstract

Organizations utilize Talent Management to enhance competitiveness, improve employee quality, develop potential, and retain talent. Talent management also plays a crucial role in the career development of lecturers. Promotions in the academic ranks and positions of lecturers in Indonesia are essential to consider, as they significantly impact the quality of lecturers, the accreditation value of higher education, and the global rankings of universities. In this study, a questionnaire was administered to 406 respondents. The results revealed six clusters correlated with the challenges of applying for functional lecturer positions. Based on the cluster analysis, Cluster 0 (20%) exhibited minimal obstacles, Cluster 1 (27%) faced highly challenging obstacles, Cluster 2 (13%) experienced neutral obstacles, Cluster 3 (15%) encountered manageable obstacles, Cluster 4 (18%) dealt with easily surmountable constraints, and Cluster 5 (7%) experienced significant hurdles. Future research could explore implementing a new talent management model, particularly for lecturers who need help applying for functional positions.

Abstract

Electronic commerce or what is usually called e-commerce is a term used to describe the transaction process for products, services and information carried out using the Internet. With increasingly advanced e-commerce services, consumers can more easily access and order products from various places easily and quickly. This causes many companies to compete to create quality e-commerce services that consumers can trust in order to make things easier and add value to the product or company. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of online purchasing experience, service quality, and trust on Shopee e-commerce consumer satisfaction in Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. The population in this research is Shopee e-commerce consumers in Giriwoyo District. This research used purposive sampling as a sampling technique, the number of samples obtained was 100 respondents. The results of this research show that Online Purchasing Experience (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Trust (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, and Experience Online Purchasing, Service Quality and Trust together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency.
