Abstract

Research aims: This research aims to determine the impact of entrepreneurial ecosystems on entrepreneurial perceptions and entrepreneurial success.Design/Methodology/Approach: The sample in this research was 118 bamboo handicraft MSMEs (Micro, Small Medium Enterprise) in Sleman Regency Yogyakarta, selected using the cluster random sampling method with data data analysis using SEM-PLS.Research findings: The results of this study showed that entrepreneurial ecosystem variables such as market access, human resources, government regulations, and infrastructure had a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial success and entrepreneurial perceptions. However, education and training, as well as culture, do not Significantly influence.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: MSME performance is an important way to measure the success of MSMEs. A strong entrepreneurial ecosystem and positive perceptions of entrepreneurs are expected to improve MSME performance.Practitioners/Policy Implications: This research is expected to be a reference and consideration for SMEs and the government to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystem factorso that it will have an impact on entrepreneurial perceptions and improve SME performance.Research Limitations/Implications: There are several limitations to this study that need to be considered for future research. First, the focus is only on certain industries, so caution is needed in generalizing the results to these industries. Second there were challenges in data collection due to unclear addresses and the closure of some MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis di MA Miftahul Qulub Mojokerto. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan objek penelitian guru Al-Qur’an Hadis dan peserta didik kelas X dan XI yang menggunakan kurikulum merdeka. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi membantu guru menyesuaikan strategi pengajaran dengan kebutuhan siswa yang beragam. Metode ini memungkinkan siswa dengan berbagai tingkat kemampuan dapat lebih memahami materi pelajaran. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan waktu guru dalam mempersiapkan materi sesuai dengan tiap kelompok peserta didik dan kesulitan memonitor perkembangan individu secara efektif. Meskipun demikian, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dinilai efektif dalam mengoptimalkan potensi siswa. This research aims to analyze the application of differentiated learning in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects at MA Miftahul Qulub Mojokerto. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with the research object being Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers and class X and XI students who use the Merdeka curriculum. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that implementing differentiated learning helps teachers adapt teaching strategies to the needs of diverse students. This method allows students with various levels of ability to better understand the subject matter. However, the challenges faced are the teacher's limited time in preparing material according to each group of students and the difficulty of monitoring individual development effectively. Abstract

Integrated service posts (posyandu) and families have a very important role in the healing rate of patients with mental disorders. In the Bongkot Village Office, posyandu mental has been established because of the high number of cases of mental disorders in the area. Many patients with ODGJ were found in their families because they were considered dangerous, the patients were not cared for, were ostracized by their families, the family considered that the patients could not be cured anymore and the family was embarrassed when they were found to have family members who had mental disorders. The method given is to conduct training for partners in order to be able to therapeutic group activities, to do psychoeducation for the community, especially ODGJ family groups, to conduct counseling related to mental health service systems, to form SHG groups in families, provide training in making skills and farming. The outputs of the proposed PKM program are publications that will be published in accredited national journals, national seminar proceedings, publications on mass media, product quality and quantity improvement, textbooks, community understanding and skills improvement, health improvement in ODGJ patients, system improvement.

Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap pemahaman konsep Fiqih pada materi ibadah kurban bagi siswa kelas 9. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain post-test control group. Sampel dibagi menjadi kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model TGT dan kelas kontrol dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil post-test menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen (75,22) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (60,74). Uji statistik non-parametrik Mann-Whitney U menghasilkan nilai signifikansi yang menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Uji reliabilitas dan validitas soal menunjukkan instrumen yang digunakan sangat layak. Analisis besaran efek Cohen’s d sebesar 1,65 mengindikasikan pengaruh model TGT terhadap pemahaman konsep Fiqih termasuk kategori sangat besar. Kesimpulannya, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep Fiqih materi ibadah kurban dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa secara signifikan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of commissioner board characteristics, risk management committee, and auditor reputation on risk management disclosure. The samples are selected through purposive sampling technique, resulting in 141 secondary data of the annual reports of consumer goods companies in 2019-2021 analyzed by multiple linear regression and robustness test as the additional test. The results exhibit that commissioner board size and risk management committee have a positive effect on risk management disclosure; commissioner board gender diversity, commissioner board educational background, and auditor reputation have no effect on risk management disclosure. The robustness test reveals consistent results with that of the major test, as such, the study model is robust.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms namely institutional ownership, managerial ownership, the proportion of independent board of commissioners, and audit committee size on earnings management with financial distress as a moderating variable. The sample of this study consists of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2022 selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 160 observation data points. Using hierarchical multiple linear regression for the analysis, this study finds that institutional ownership and the proportion of independent board of commissioners have a negative effect on earnings management, while managerial ownership and audit committee size have no significant effect on earnings management. Furthermore, financial distress weakens the negative effects of institutional ownership and the proportion of independent board of commissioners on earnings management, but it does not moderate the effects of managerial ownership and audit committee size on earnings management.
