Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of human relations, working environment conditions and leadership style on the work ethic of the management of the Student Cooperative "Ilham Ramadhan"  Islamic University of Malang both partially and jointly. Population and sample were all administrators totaling 33 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 17. The sampling technique using questionnaire distribution method and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that partially human relations does not significantly influence the work ethic of the management, while the conditions of the work environment and leadership style significantly influence the work ethic of the management. Together, it shows that human relations, working environment conditions, and leadership style have a significant effect on the management work ethic.Keywords: Human relations, Working Environment Conditions, Work Ethic Leadership Style

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                     This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the influence of Human Resource competence and Teacher Motivation on the Quality of Education in the Textile Vocational School of Pandaan. The sample in this study were as many as 79 respondents of students of SMK Textile Pandaan. The analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS Version 22 For Windows application. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the simultaneous test results showed that the calculated F value was 2439.594 with F significance of 0,000 (0,000 <0,05) so that it could be concluded that teacher competency and teacher motivation had an effect on the quality of education at SMK Textile Pandaan. variable test Teacher Competence and motivation show that partially Variables Teacher Competence and motivation have a positive effect on Education Quality.Keywords: Teacher Competence, Teacher Motivation, Education Quality

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and employee engagement on employee performance. The research sample in this study amounted to 68 people who are employees of PT. Arafura Marine Culture.The method used is descriptive data analysis using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing f, and hypothesis t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation, work environment, and employee engagement, while partially each of the motivation and work environment variables both affect employee performance but employee engagement does not affect the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and motivation on the performance of madrasah teachersAliyah Negeri 1 Malang.ThisresearchisExplanatory Research research. Emotional intelligence research data, spiritual intelligence and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers of thepoorcountry. Population in this research is all teacher of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Malang. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation.Data analysis using testinstrument, normalitytest, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption, hypothesis test. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this study are: 1) To find out descriptions of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Performance. 2) To Know the Effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture on Performance. 3) To Know the Effect of Transformational Leadership on Performance. 4) To Know the influence of Organizational Culture on Performance. 5) Knowing the Dominant Variables between Leadership and Organizational Culture on Performance. The population in this study were employees of Ayam Goreng Nelongso Jln. Surabaya No.56. The method used is the Statistical method using the help of the SPSS analysis tool. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competency and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) company in Malang. The type of research that aims to test a hypothesis to strengthen or reject an existing hypothesis. The sample and population in this study amounted to 35 people who were employees of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Pakis Malang,The method used is descriptive data analysis, namely by using tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test f test, and hypothesis test t. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously each of the competency and organizational commitment variables equally has a positive  effect on job satisfaction, while partially the competency variable does not affect job satisfaction, and organizational commitment does not affect employee satisfaction at the performance of Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Pakis Malang” Keywords:       Influence Of Organizational Competence And Commitment On Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine : 1) Description of employee performance, contract work system, work motivation and work environment, 2) Effect of contract work systems, work motivation and work environment on employee performance, 3) Effect of contract work systems on employee performance, 4) The influence of work motivation on employee performance, 5) The influence of the work environment on employee performanceThe method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach and is carried out at the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic with a population of 57 contract employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis F test, hypothesis t test and coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that: 1) The contract work system, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, 2) The contract work system has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, 4) The work environment has a significant effect. on employee performance. Keywords:  Contract Work System, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research was conducted at PG Kebon Agung Malang, East Java. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of intellectual quotient, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance.The variables used are intellectual quotient, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence as independent variables,  employee performance as the dependent variable. The sample used was 88 PG employees of the Agung Malang garden in East Java using the proportional stratified random method. Data collection method used is questionnaire. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, linear regression multiple regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 14.0 for Windows software.The results showed0that intellectual quotient, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on the employees performance of the Malang Kebon Agung PG in East Java.Keywords : Intellectual Quotient, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to describe work discipline, work stress, work motivation and employee performance and to know the influence of work discipline, job stress, and work motivation on partial employee performance. The method in this research is using quantitative method. This type of research is replication research.The sample of this research is employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency using systematic sampling method, which is as much as 73 respondents. Methods in collecting data using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 FOR WINDOWS.The results of this study indicate that work discipline, job stress, and work motivation have a significant partial postive influence on the performance of employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency.Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Stress, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis research purpose to determine from description of work training, work motivation and teacher work productivity at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach and conducted at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang with total population 37 teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Data analysis technique used is validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, hypothesis F, hypothesis t, and coefficient of determination.The result of this research indicate about work training and work motivation does a significant effect to teacher work productivity at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang,) Work training does a significant effect to teacher work productivity at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang, Work motivation does not a significant effect to teacher work productivity at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang.Keywords : teacher work productivity, work training, work motivation
