Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of Pedagogic Competence, Professional Competence and commitment to the performance of the teacher in the Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang. The type of research used is Experimental . The data used are the primary data and secondary data, obtained from the now, that is by collecting data from master Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang.Population and Sample which became the object of this research is the whole teacher Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang, i.e. as many as 32 teachers. Technique of data analysis in this study uses the test validity, reliability test, test, test the normality assumption of classical, linear multiple regression test and test hypotheses.The results of the analysis of the data shows that: (1) the competence of Pedagogic effect significantly to Teacher Performance Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang, (2) the professional competence of the influential Teacher Performance significantly to Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi, Malang While (3) commitment to a significant effect on performance Guru Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi MalangKeywords: Pedagogic Competencies, Professional Competence, Commitment and Performance of the Teacher

Abstract

Abstract The aims of this study are: 1) To describe transformational leadership style, organizational culture, work discipline and employee performance, 2) To analyze transformational leadership style, organizational culture, work discipline and its influence on employee performance, 3) To analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 4) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, 5) To analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a saturated sample, namely all employees of PT. Bank XXX totaling 57. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Transformational leadership style, organizational culture, work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, 4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: transformational leadership style, organizational culture, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTEmployee job satisfaction is one of the important things for a company. Because if employees feel satisfied with their work, then the services provided to customers will also get better, and it will trigger an increase in sales. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style servant leadership, company culture, and work environment on PT Karya employee job satisfaction Giri Palma. This study uses a sample of 56 employees from a population of 126 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is using purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The sample used is employees who do not work outside the office of PT Karya Giri Palma. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is obtained that the variables of servant leadership style, company culture, and work environment significantly influence employee job satisfaction. The servant leadership style does not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. Corporate culture does not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims at the description of Job Stress, Communication and Performance, Effects of Job Stress and Communication, Effects of Job Stress, and the Effect of Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Malang Branch. Population and sample are all members of the population of 68 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires using the Likert scale assessment. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS.The results of the analysis show that work and communication stress affects employee performance, partially job stress has a negative effect on employee performance and Communication has an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Malang Branch. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitnent, organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. (2) to determine description the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behvior on employee performance. (3) to determine effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. (4) to determine effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. (5) to determine effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. the population in this study on PT.Bank Muamalat branch Malang sampling technique using filsafat positivisme to obtain a sample.data collection trough questionnarire distribution. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 16.0. data analysis methods used in this study include normality test, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test.            The result of this study indicate that the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitnent, organizational citizenship behavior has a  positive simultaneously, the description that simultaneously on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive, organizational commitment has a positive and significant, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development in Malang. The method used is quantitative. The sample used in this study was 44 employees, the method of data collection using primary and secondary data. using saturated sampling, so get 44 respondents who aim to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the BKPSDM Agency in Malang. The results of this study are the variables of work motivation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially influence employee performance. Keywords: Work motivation, organizational culture, organizational commitment, performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Ability, Work Involvement and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. The work of Delta Permai Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, simultaneously and partially. The population in this study amounted to 160 and a sample of 62 employees. Sampling needs to be done considering that the population is too large to determine the number of samples in this study using probability sampling that is proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis using SPSS version 16.0 for windows. The analytical tool used in this study is the instrument test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study concluded that the variable Work Ability does not have an effect on employee performance partially while the work engagement variable has an influence on employee performance partially and motivation has an influence on employee performance partially. Work ability, work involvement and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.Keywords: Work Ability, Work Involvement and Work Motivation on Performance
