Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe dual role conflict, work stress, work environment, and employee performance and to know the influence of dual role conflict, work stress, and work environment to partially and simultaneously employee's performance. This research method using quantitative method. This type of research is survey research.The sample of this research is employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency that is as many as 39 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that dual role conflict, work stress, and work environment partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency. Keywords :      Dual Role Conflict, Work Stress, Work Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe work motivation, work discipline, work environment conditions, employee performance and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, work environment conditions on employee performance. This study uses a saturated sample, namely the employees of PT wing Mulia Prosperous, totaling 42 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The variable of work motivation is measured using five indicators, five indicators of work discipline, five indicators of working environment conditions, and five indicators of employee performance. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work motivation, work discipline, working environment conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that the work motivation variable has no effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. Variable working environment conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Working Environment Conditions, And Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Department of the Environment of Malang City. The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the effect of compensation, work motivation and work environment on employee loyalty at the Malang City Environment Service.The variables used are compensation, work motivation and work environment as independent variables, while work loyalty is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study were 65 civil servants (PNS) of the Malang City Environment Service using the random proportional stratification method. Methods of data collection by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 for windows software.The results showed that simultaneously compensation, work motivation and work environment had an effect on work loyalty, while partially compensation and work motivation had a significant effect on the work loyalty of employees of the Environmental Service of Malang City and the variable of the work environment had no significant effect on the work loyalty of employees of the Environmental Service. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Decisions. The research was conducted online by distributing questionnaires via google forms to 85 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that simultaneously the independent variables (Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Brand Awareness) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Purchase Decision). Meanwhile, based on the partial test results, the Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Brand Awareness variables have a significant effect on the Dettol Hand Sanitizer Purchase Decision.Dettol descriptively, respondents know the brand image of Dettol hand sanitizer well, respondents also know Dettol brand hand sanitizer well, and respondents know Dettol hand sanitizer brand awareness well, and respondents also know the decision to purchase Dettol brand hand sanitizer products well Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and work environment on the performance of CV employees. Jade Indo Pratama Malang both partially and together. The population is 130 employees and a sample of 40 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using quantitative methods and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.The results of the analysis show that partially organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance and work environment does not significantly influence employee performance while work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Together, it shows that work motivation, organizational culture and work environment significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: work motivation, organizational culture,  work environment and employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis current research aimed to know influence of motivation, diciplin of work, and job satisfaction for the employee’s performance In village unit cooperative of Pakis, Malang regency.This current research was conducted by means of explanatory, motivation research data, dicipline of work, and job satisfaction for the employee’s performance village unit cooperative of Pakis, Malang regency. Sample of this research is all employee’s in village unit cooperative of Pakis, Malang regency. Data collecting through questionnaire. The analysis used is instrument test, normality test, analysis multiple linier regression, classical assumption, hypothesis testing. The results have shown that partially motivation has an important effect on employee performance, work discipline has an important effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has an important effect on employee performance and simultaneously motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction have an important effect on employee’s performance in village unit cooperative of Pakis, Pakis district, Malang regency. Keyword. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan di UPT Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Kota Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh sanksi, motivasi dan lingkungan terhadap disiplin kerja secara parsial maupun simultan. Variabel ini menggunakan sanksi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel independenn, disiplin kerja pegawai sebagai variabel dependen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah semua pegawai UPT Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Kota Malang sebanyak 37 responden dan disebut dengan penelitian sensus. Metode pengumpulaan data menggunakan kuesiioner (angket). Analisiss yang digunaka meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji linier regresi berganda, dan ujii hipotesis menggunakan analisi regresi liinier berganda dngan bantuan software SPSS 16.0 for windowss. Hasil penelitiann menunjukkan bahwa sanksi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja UPT PKB Kota Malang, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja UPT PKB Kota Malang, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja UPT PKB Kota Malang, sanksi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai UPT Pengujian kendaraan bermotor kota malang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial hanya sanksi yang tidak berpengaruh sedangkan motivasi dan lingkugan kerja berpengaruh siggnifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai UPT PKB Kota Malang. Namun secara simultan variabel berpengaruh terhadap displin kerja pegawai UPT PKB Kota Malang.Kata Kunci : sanksi, motivasi, lingkugan kerja, disiplin kerja pegawai

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine Knowing the influence of the organization and motivation on organizational commitment. The data used in this study are Primary data, the research population is the management of the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement organization Rayon Alfarabi while the study sample was taken from the population using sampling techniques using proportional stratified random sampling method.The results obtained using the multiple linear regression test Y = 3.102+ 0.139X1 + 0.202X2 + e, and the test from this study used the t test. The results showed that the partial variable of organizational culture and motivation had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Kotabaru Student Association in Malang City, which is a regional organization that accommodates South Kalimantan Kotabaru students who are actively registered in universities in Malang. The purpose of the study was to determine whether Leadership, Motivation and Discipline in Organizations Against Organizational Commitment. The type of research used was quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 48 respondents and data processing using SPSS computer program. The variable used in this study is Organizational Commitment (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Leadership, Motivation and Discipline in Organization. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Suggestions for further researchers who are interested in the same topic, it is better to do further research on other variables that can affect the organizational commitment variable, as well as examine more references to the factors that cause the decline in organizational commitment. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Discipline in Organization, Organizational Commitmen

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                     This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the influence of Human Resource competence and Teacher Motivation on the Quality of Education in the Textile Vocational School of Pandaan. The sample in this study were as many as 79 respondents of students of SMK Textile Pandaan. The analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS Version 22 For Windows application. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the simultaneous test results showed that the calculated F value was 2439.594 with F significance of 0,000 (0,000 <0,05) so that it could be concluded that teacher competency and teacher motivation had an effect on the quality of education at SMK Textile Pandaan. variable test Teacher Competence and motivation show that partially Variables Teacher Competence and motivation have a positive effect on Education Quality.Keywords: Teacher Competence, Teacher Motivation, Education Quality
