Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the effect of skills, the use of information technology, and the level of education on employee performance at PDAM Malang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the data sample obtained were 77 employees. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable human resource skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Taken together, the variables of skills, the use of information technology, and the level of education have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Skills, utilization of information technology, level of education, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Employee Enggement, Quality Of Work Life and Work on the Performance of Production Section Employees in Public Relations. Trubus Alami Kab. Malang both partially and simultaneously. In this study the population amounted to 85 employees and all were taken as samples. Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis in this study using SPSS version 22. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods, while the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously the work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance on public  relations. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) on the Performance of Employees in the Office of the City of Malang City of East Java. Which is located at Jl. Bingkil NO.1 Ciptomulyo, Sukun District, Malang City. The method used is explanatory research is a research method that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data that is by distributing linkie cyclists to the employees of the Malang City Hygiene Office. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 84 respondents. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social security, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at the Tulungagung regional development planning agency. This research uses a quantitative type. The data used in this study use primary data obtained directly from respondents in the Tulungagung regional development planning agency. Data were taken from 78 (seventy eight) respondents who are employees of regional development planning agencies.This study used analysis tools in the form of validity, reliability, normality test, multiple linear regression, multicollinity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test and measured using a Likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the scores obtained from respondents.The results of this study are (1) social security has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tulungagung regional development planning agency (2) Work discipline has a negative and not insignificant effect on employee performance at Bappeda Tulungagung (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. at the Tulungagung regional development planning agency. Keywords : Social Security, Work Discipline, Work Motivations, Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThe main of this research are to examine the impact of dividend policy, thedebt policy and profitability though the value of company. The data that used onthis research is secunder data, that is a report of company’s debit in ConsumerGoods, listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) annual report in2012-2015. The sampling method used in this study is purposive samplingmethod. Samples that passed the criteria in this study were 19 company inConsumer Goods. Data processing method used is descriptive analysis, theclassical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, F test, T test and the coefficientof determination test. The results showed that the dividend policy significantnegative effect on the value of the company and the debt policy has no effect onthe value of the company. As for the effect on the profitability of the company'svalue. Simultaneously, the house variable, DPR, DER, ROE significant effect thePBV. Furthermore, to examine determination of coefficient R2 value squard is0,0545 it means that the changing of dependent variable is caused by independentvariable that is 54,5%. While 45% the rest it is caused by other factor which isoutside from this research.Keyword: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability and Firm Value.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the development of human resources, teamwork, creativity, employee performance; analyze the effects of human resource development variables, teamwork, and creativity simultaneously on employee performance; analyze the effect of human resource development on employee performance; analyze the effect of teamwork on employee performance, and analyze the effect of creativity on employee performance.The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach and carried out at PT. Mavens Mitra Perkasa Malang with a population of 44 employees. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with the measurement using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F hypothesis test, t hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test.The results of this study indicate that human resource development, teamwork, and creativity simultaneously affect employee performance. Human resource development influences employee performance. Teamwork influences employee performance. Abstract

abstrackThis study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment to teacher performance. The sample in this study amounted to 47 people who are all teachers at SMAN 1Manggelewa-Dompu.The method used is descriptive data analysis by using the test of validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t hypothesis test, and hypothesis testing f.The results of this study indicate that the variable job satisfaction has a significant influence on teacher performance motivation variable  has no significant influence on teacher performance and organization commitment variable has significant effect on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Manggelewa-Dompu.Keywords: job satisfaction, motivation, organizational commitment, teacher performance

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this research is to perceive the affect of the quality in term of working and commitment organization towards the satisfaction of working at dispenduk office and capil in the district of malang. The research is done by using quantitative approach and compiling the data through questionnaire. The scope of population in this research is all the employee working for population civil and also employee working for civil regristation in malang district. The technic used for sampling data is saturated sampling, whereas all the population is a sample for the research that is add up to 99 entities. The method that is being used is instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis. Classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 14 for Windows.The outcome of this research shows the quality of working life and organizational commitment have great affect partially and altogether with the satisfactory of working.Key word: work satisfaction, quality of working life, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of total quality management(TQM), performance measurement system and reward system on managerialperformance. Population of this research is all employee CV. Singkong Arto Maswhich amounted to 215 employees. The sample in this research using purposivesampling technique as many as 55 respondents. Data analysis method used in thisresearch is multiple linear regression.The results of this study partially total quality management (TQM) havea significant negative effect on managerial performance, while performancemeasurement system and reward system have no effect on managerialperformance. Simultaneously total quality management (TQM), performancemeasurement system and reward system have an effect on managerialperformance.Keywords : Total Quality Management (TQM), performance measurement system,reward system, managerial performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emosional intelligence, and spiritual intellegenceon the performance of lecturers at the state University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim in this study the sample was taken as many as 102 respondents who where PNS permanent lecturers. The method of analiysis used in this study is teh method of multiple linier regression analysis with hypoyhesis testing using teh F test and t test. The results of this study incicate the intellectual intellegence, emotional intellegence, and spiritual intellegence have a significant or joint effect (simultan) on the performance of lecturers. Key word : intellectual intellegence, emotional intellegence, and spiritual intellegence.
