Abstract

Internalisasi diartikan sebagai penghayatan, pendalaman, penguasaan secara mendalam yang berlangsung melalui binaan, bimbingan, dan sebagainya Dalam konteks pendidikan, internalisasi mengacu pada bagaimana siswa memahami dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai tertentu ke dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Salah satu karakter yang perlu ditanamkan pada siswa sekolah dasar adalah karakter religius. Karakter religius pada siswa sekolah dasar dapat dilakukan melalui program tahfidzul qur’an. Program tahfidzul qur’an dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai keyakinan, kewajiban, penghayatan, pengetahuan, dan pengamalan beragama pada siswa. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka atau studi literatur dari berbagai sumber seperti buku dan artikel ilmiah terkait. Dan ditemukan bahwa, program tahfidzul qur’an dapat mempengaruhi internalisasi karakter religius pada siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pembinaan karakter peduli lingkungan siswa sekolah dasar melalui Program Adiwiyata, sebuah inisiatif pemerintah Indonesia. Program ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sekolah yang tidak hanya fokus pada akademik, tetapi juga pada kesadaran lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembinaan karakter meliputi integrasi pendidikan lingkungan hidup ke dalam kurikulum, kegiatan praktis seperti penanaman pohon dan pengelolaan sampah, serta keterlibatan komunitas. Melalui kegiatan ini, siswa diajarkan tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dan dampak perilaku mereka terhadap ekosistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang terlibat dalam Program Adiwiyata menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan sikap positif terhadap lingkungan. Meskipun ada tantangan seperti kurangnya konsistensi dalam penerapan program dan variasi minat siswa, solusi seperti peningkatan pelatihan bagi guru dan kegiatan menarik dapat membantu mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kesimpulannya, Program Adiwiyata berpotensi besar dalam membentuk generasi yang peduli lingkungan, sehingga penting untuk terus mengembangkan dan mendukung inisiatif ini di sekolah-sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter menjadi fondasi utama dalam membentuk generasi muda yang memiliki identitas nasional sekaligus kemampuan untuk hidup di era globalisasi. Permainan tradisional berbasis kearifan lokal dapat menjadi alat efektif dalam Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kebhinekaan global pada siswa sekolah dasar. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas berbagai hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi permainan tradisional dalam pembinaan karakter kebhinekaan global. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan sumber data berupa artikel dan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil ulasan menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional seperti congklak, gobak sodor, dan bentengan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai kerja sama, toleransi, dan penghormatan terhadap keberagaman di kalangan siswa. Namun, tantangan berupa kurangnya pelatihan guru dan waktu yang terbatas dalam kurikulum masih menjadi kendala implementasi. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa permainan tradisional dapat menjadi sarana inovatif untuk membangun karakter siswa yang kuat dengan dukungan kebijakan pendidikan yang memadai.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji fenomena resepsi pernikahan minimalis dalam perspektif Islam, dengan menyoroti ketegangan antara nilai kesederhanaan yang dianjurkan dalam ajaran agama dan dorongan prestise sosial dalam masyarakat modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis literatur keislaman, budaya, dan hukum pernikahan di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa banyak pasangan Muslim memilih resepsi mewah karena pengaruh adat, ekspektasi keluarga, dan tren sosial, meskipun hal tersebut sering kali menimbulkan beban ekonomi dan mengabaikan nilai spiritual pernikahan. Islam mengajarkan bahwa pernikahan yang paling berkah adalah yang paling ringan bebannya. Artikel ini menawarkan solusi seperti penyederhanaan mahar, edukasi masyarakat tentang makna walimah yang sesuai syariat, serta optimalisasi peran tokoh agama dalam membimbing umat. Dengan demikian, tercipta keseimbangan antara pelaksanaan ajaran Islam dan tuntutan sosial yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Tahlilan is a tradition that has been embedded in the culture of the Indonesian Muslim community and is often considered an obligation in commemorating death. For some people, tahlilan is not only a religious activity, but also reflects the social dynamics of community interaction. In addition to its religious value, tahlilan tradition can also bring socio-economic impacts, especially for families who have financial limitations. The literature review research method was chosen in this study with the aim of analyzing the tahlilan tradition as an Islamic socio-cultural phenomenon that affects the lives of Indonesian people in religious, social and economic essence. By utilizing literature review, this research is able to explore the meaning of tahlilan in the religious traditions that develop in Indonesian society and examine the transformation of socio-economic pressures that affect tahlilan events. The results show that tahlilan can reflect the social dynamics of Indonesian society, but the socio-economic pressures that arise in holding tahlilan traditions often make sincerity in worship a little marginalized by a sense of obligation that is more cultural. However, with the advancement of economic lifestyles, in big cities tahlilan events have diminished. Although for some people, tahlilan has become an economic pressure due to the expense, it does not prevent them from carrying out this tradition.

Abstract

Corruption is a serious crime that has a widespread impact on the state and society. However, law enforcement efforts still face various structural and implementation obstacles, such as weak deterrent effects, political intervention, and inconsistent court decisions. This study aims to explore the relationship between the concepts of hudud and ta'zir in Islamic criminal law and efforts to combat corruption within the framework of modern law. The research method used is qualitative through literature review, examining classical fiqh texts, national legislation, and relevant scientific literature. The results of the study indicate that corruption does not fall under the category of hudud because it does not meet the technical and substantive requirements determined by sharia. However, corruption can be classified as a ta'zir crime, which gives judges or authorities the flexibility to impose penalties based on the severity of the crime, ranging from fines, asset recovery, removal from office, to the death penalty in cases that cause widespread harm to the state. Compared to Indonesia's positive legal system, which tends to be weak in enforcing strict sanctions, the principles of ta'zir are considered more responsive and adaptive. Therefore, this finding recommends that the principles of ta'zir be used as a normative and philosophical reference in the formulation of national legal policies to create a more fair, strict, and socially just system for enforcing anti-corruption laws.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter melalui program ekstrakurikuler robotik di SDIT Ibadurrahman Ciruas yang mencakup pelaksanaan kegiatan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta implikasinya terhadap pembinaan karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai proses internalisasi nilai karakter dalam ekstrakurikuler. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap aktivitas siswa selama kegiatan ekstrakurikuler robotik, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan pembina ekstrakurikuler, dokumentasi kegiatan, serta pengisian kuesioner oleh siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter berlangsung melalui aktivitas perakitan robot dan pemecahan masalah yang dilaksanakan secara berkelompok, sehingga memungkinkan siswa terlibat secara aktif dan mengalami pembiasaan sikap serta perilaku positif secara langsung selama kegiatan berlangsung. Program ekstrakurikuler robotik berimplikasi positif terhadap pembinaan karakter siswa, khususnya dalam pengembangan karakter kreatif, kerja sama, tanggung jawab, dan rasa ingin tahu. Dengan demikian, program ekstrakurikuler robotik dapat dipandang sebagai wadah yang strategis dalam mendukung internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter siswa sekolah dasar secara kontekstual dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of morning activities as a character building program for students and the process of recontextualizing Pancasila values for elementary school students at SDN Cigabus, Serang City. This study was conducted to gain an understanding of the integration of Pancasila values in routine morning activities and their reinterpretation in accordance with the social development, school culture, and digital reality of elementary school students. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method carried out in the SDN Cigabus environment through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by referring to Thomas Lickona's character education theory which includes moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action as well as the concept of recontextualizing Pancasila values. The results showed that morning activities at SDN Cigabus were carried out routinely through morning lines, greetings and shaking hands with teachers, joint prayers, reading short letters, flag ceremonies, Friday sermons, clean Fridays, and morning exercises, which functioned as a means of fostering religious character, discipline, responsibility, politeness, mutual cooperation, social care, and love for the homeland. The values of Pancasila are recontextualized by linking them to the real experiences of elementary school students, including social media ethics, responsible use of gadgets, cooperation, simple deliberation, and fair division of tasks, thus forming religious character, discipline, responsibility, social concern, and student participation in school life.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and describe a reflective spiritual literacy model implemented through the habituation of reciting prayers and Asmaul Husna to strengthen elementary school students’ religious character. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at SDN Serang 20. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive model with triangulation techniques.The findings reveal that the implementation of reflective spiritual literacy transforms ritual religious activities into meaningful and reflective practices. Approximately 90% of student responses fall into the appropriate category, indicating improvements in spiritual awareness, worship habits, self control, and social religious attitudes. The model integrates three main stages: guided habituation, contextual meaning making, and structured reflection. These results demonstrate that reflective spiritual literacy is effective in fostering internalization of religious values and promoting sustainable character development. The study contributes an integrative model that shifts religious habituation from mechanical routines to reflective and transformative learning experiences. Abstract

The low appreciation of nationalist values ​​among elementary school students shows the need for structured and sustainable habituation strategies. This research aims to analyze the process of internalizing love for the homeland based on Pancasila values ​​through familiarization with the song Indonesia Raya and its implications for the formation of an attitude of love for the homeland of class V students at SD YPWKS V. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data sources consist of school principals, fifth grade teachers, and students. Research instruments include observation guidelines, interview guidelines, documentation, and questionnaires. Data collection techniques use non-participatory observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test validity with triangulation. The research results show that internalization takes place through the stages of value transformation, example, and consistent habituation to form discipline, a sense of pride, and an attitude of love for the country. It is recommended that schools maintain program consistency and strengthen the role of teachers as role models in character education.
