Abstract

Tujuan: dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan Hotel Pangeran City Padang dipengaruhi disiplin kerja dan manajemen pengetahuan.Metode: Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal merupakan jenis penelitian yang termasuk dalam kategori ini. Baik data primer maupun data sekunder digunakan. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Pangeran City Padang. Sampel jenuh dari 60 orang merupakan sampel penelitian. Kuesioner atau angket dengan skala Likert yangtelah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya digunakan dalam teknik pengumpulan data. SPSS 29.00 digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian.Hasil: penelitian variabel Knowledge Management pada hotel Pangeran City Padang dinilai sangat baik yaitu sebesar 87% sesuai temuan penelitian. Variabel kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori sangat baik sebesar 86%, dan variabel disiplin kerja berada pada kategori baik sebesar 72%. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,106 menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge Management (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh masing-masing sebesar 10,6% dan 89,4% terhadap Variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sesuai hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. analisis. Selain itu, analisis regresi linier berganda menghasilkan nilai F hitung sebesar 7,186 dengan sig 0,001 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Knowledge Management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pengunjung tentang keamanan pangan Ulakan Padang Pariaman.Methods: Jenis penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi survei. Dalam penelitian ini, data primer dan data sekunder digunakan. Pengunjung yang pernah berkunjung ke Ulakan Padang Pariaman dijadikan sampel penelitian. Purposive sampling digunakan dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 partisipan. Kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data. SPSS 25.00 digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian.Implikasi: Hasil dari penelitian ini yang diadakan peneliti ketika mendistribusikan angket memperlihatkan dimana persepsi pengunjung tentang hygiene makanan di Ulakan Padang Pariaman memberikan pernyataan kategori yang sangat tidak baik melalui nilai rata – rata 72,04 terdapat pada <92,05. Sedangkan untuk indikator bahan makanan (minyak goreng) berada dalam kategori yang kurang baik melalui nilai rata – rata 8,90 terdapat pada rentang skor 8 < 10. Selanjutnya untuk indikator penyajian makanan terdapat pada kategori yang baik melalui nilai rata – rata 20,29 terdapat pada rentang skor 20 < 24, pada indikator personal hygiene terdapat pada kategori yang baik melalui nilai rata – rata 12,55 terdapat pada rentang skor 10,7 < 13,3, indikator peralatan terdapat pada kategori yang kurang baik melalui nilai rata – rata 19,44 terdapat pada rentang skor 16<20, dan yang terakhir yakni indikator area/ tempat memberikan pernyataan kategori yang kurang baik melalui nilai rata – rata 9,70 terdapat pada rentang skor 8 < 10.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yang mencakup atas: 1) Mendeskripsikan tingkat pengetahuan tentang PHBS di tempat kerja karyawan Bunda Grup Hotel Bukittinggi 2) Mendeskripsikan bagaimana sikap dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri karyawan Bunda Grup Hotel Bukittinggi 3) Menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan tentang PHBS di tempat kerja terhadap sikap dalam penggunaan APD karyawan Bunda Grup Hotel Bukittinggi.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif melalui jenis pendekatan Asosiatif Kausal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bunda Grup Hotel Bukittinggi. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni semua karyawan Bunda Grup Hotel Bukittinggi, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel total dimana seluruh karyawan dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini. Proses dalam meraih data yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini yakni melalui angket memakai model skala likert dan diuji validitas dan realibilitas. Data dilakukan analisis melalui penggunaan regresi linear sederhana yang diolah melalui bantuan SPSS versi 20.00.Implikasi: Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan penjelasan dimana: 1) Tingkat pengetahuan karyawan tentang PHBS ditempat kerja masuk dalm kategori yang baik melalui tingkat pencapaian skor pada angka 80,6%, 2) Sikap karyawan dalam penggunaan APD masuk dalam kategori yang baik melalui tingkat capaian skor pada angka 73,8%, 3) Terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan tentang PHBS ditempat kerja secara signifikan terhadap sikap dalam penggunaan APD karyawan sebesar 48,6%.

Abstract

Stunting is a form of failure to thrive which reflects chronic and multidimensional nutritional problems. This study aims to analyze the relationship between a mother's education level, exclusive breastfeeding, and a history of infectious disease on stunting at the age of toddlers (6-60) months. The research design was cross-sectional with a purposive sampling technique. This study was conducted on mothers who have toddlers aged (6-60) months in the working area of the Seberang Padang Health Center as many as 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study were through survey methods and direct interviews with mothers who have toddlers. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding (p-value = 0.001; 0.067) and a history of infectious disease (p-value = 0.028; 0.218) with stunting. However, there is no significant relationship between a mother’s education level and stunting. This research can be said that exclusive breastfeeding and a history of the disease are the risks of stunting. The need for special attention and improvement of health promotion and education programs for the Seberang Padang Health Center in preventing stunting in toddlers.

Abstract

This research was conducted of dissatisfaction of tourists at Taman Muko-Muko who are influenced by the application of sapta pesona. This research aims to: 1) Know the Effect of Sapta Pesona Application on Tourist Satisfaction Visiting Muko-Muko Park, 2) Describe the Application of Sapta Pesona in Muko-Muko Park 3) Describe Tourist Satisfaction Visiting Muko-Muko Park. Research type is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. This research was carried out at the Muko-Muko Park tourist attraction, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency. The research population was tourists who had visited the Muko-Muko Park tourist attraction from January to June 2022 with a total of 6135 people. Selection of research samples using incidental sampling with a total sample of 84 people. Data collection uses a Likert Scale model questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis which was processed using the help of the SPSS version 22.00 program. The results showed that 1) there was a significant effect of the application of Sapta Pesona on tourist satisfaction of 29.8%, 2) the application of Sapta Pesona was in a good category with a level achievement score of 82.85% of the ideal score, 3) Tourist Satisfaction is in a good category with an achievement score of 83.68% of the ideal score.

Abstract

Vocational high schools (SMK) play an important role in preparing skilled workers in Indonesia. However, many graduates still face difficulties entering the job market. This study aims to explore the implementation of the Teaching Factory (TeFa) model in the culinary department at SMKN 2 Pariaman and to examine stakeholders’ perceptions of its influence on students’ work readiness. Employing a descriptive qualitative single-site case study design, data were collected through interviews, observations of learning and production activities, and analysis of relevant institutional documents. The study involved seven informants, including the school principal, the head of the TeFa unit, three productive teachers in the culinary department, and two students directly participating in the TeFa program. Data were analyzed using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) framework. The findings reveal that TeFa implementation faced several challenges, particularly informal planning processes, a suboptimal organizational structure, limited management of human resources, and inadequate facilities. Nevertheless, participants perceived positive outcomes of the TeFa program, such as improved practical skills, work discipline, and self-confidence among students, although these outcomes were not supported by standardized competency measurements. Despite its perceived benefits, high teacher workloads and limited infrastructure constrained optimal implementation. This study recommends strengthening formal planning, enhancing collaboration with industry partners, and integrating entrepreneurial aspects into learning activities. The findings provide context-specific insights for vocational school administrators and policy makers seeking to improve Teaching Factory implementation and better align vocational education with industry needs.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between industrial work practice experience, career guidance, and vocational interest and students’ work readiness at SMK Negeri 1 Sutera. Work readiness was operationalized as a multidimensional construct including technical competence, work attitude, and adaptability. A quantitative correlational design was employed with a sample of 130 students selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through validated questionnaires adapted from previous studies, with acceptable validity (r > 0.30) and reliability (Cronbach’s alpha > 0.70). Data were analyzed using multiple regression after meeting assumptions of normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The results show that vocational interest has the strongest association with work readiness (β = 0.606, p < 0.001), followed by industrial work practice (β = 0.418, p < 0.001) and career guidance (β = 0.363, p < 0.01). Simultaneously, the three variables explain 31.4% of the variance in work readiness. These findings suggest that both experiential learning and intrinsic motivation are important factors, although other variables beyond this model also contribute to students’ work readiness.

Abstract

Appearance and body shape often become a primary concern, especially for adolescent girls during puberty. However, a distorted body image can affect a person's nutritional status. Even adolescent girls with a tendency toward being underweight are at risk of suffering from certain diseases that impact the occurrence of stunting. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of body image on the nutritional status of adolescent girls in Padang Panjang City. This study is quantitative with a survey method involving a sample of 285 adolescent girls from high schools (SMA) and vocational high schools (SMK) in Padang Panjang City. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The instruments employed were the Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ-34), consisting of 34 questions with a 6-point Likert scale, and nutritional status was measured using the Body Mass Index (BMI). Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, and simple linear regression. The results showed that 62.8% of respondents had a positive body image, while 37.2% had a negative body image. The average nutritional status in Padang Panjang City was normal at 62.8%. The hypothesis test results showed an R² value of 0.244 (24.4%), meaning that the more positive a person's body image, the better their nutritional status. Nutritional status in Padang Panjang City is influenced by body image by 24.4%, while 75.6% is affected by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trends, patterns, and thematic developments of scientific publications related to dietary patterns, stunting prevention, and nutritional interventions using a bibliometric approach with Biblioshiny and VOSviewer, as well as the PRISMA method within the ScienceDirect database. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, covering publications from 2001 to 2025. Through the stages of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion, a total of 32 scientific articles met the final criteria.The results indicate a significant increase in the number of publications in recent years, reflecting growing global attention to stunting prevention through nutritional interventions. Bibliometric analysis reveals that balanced dietary patterns have become a central theme in nutritional intervention strategies, particularly in programs aimed at improving children's nutritional status. The most frequently cited studies highlight the effectiveness of community-based interventions, supplementation of macro- and micronutrients such as Lipid-based Nutrient Supplements (LNS), and the role of policies and global initiatives such as Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN). The research network mapping shows the formation of major thematic clusters focusing on community-based nutrition interventions, evaluation of global nutrition policies, and integrative approaches to stunting prevention.These findings provide comprehensive insights into the direction and key contributions of research in the field of nutrition and serve as a reference for academics and health practitioners in designing evidence-based interventions and policies. Practically, these findings underscore the important role of the culinary field in translating balanced dietary concepts into locally based menu planning through recipe modification, food fortification, and culinary-based nutrition education. Thus, nutritional interventions are not only conceptual but also applicable and contextual within community life.

Abstract

Sky Lounge and Café at UNP Hotel Padang is a culinary service business unit with a modern concept and exclusive services. Maintaining and improving service quality remains a strategic challenge, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study analyzes consumer perceptions of service quality and its effect on satisfaction using a quantitative approach, with 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling. The results show that all service quality dimensions (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) were rated in the "good" category, with scores ranging from 3.0 to 3.4. Among these, tangibles (3.4) and assurance (3.3) were the highest-rated dimensions, while responsiveness (2.8) was identified as the weakest aspect requiring improvement. The study further reveals that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, accounting for 55.1% of its variance. The findings suggest that targeted improvements in responsiveness and empathy are crucial for enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research provides practical recommendations for service enhancement in the hospitality sector, particularly in competitive urban settings.
