Abstract

Background : Cervical cancer is the second most common malignant tumor in women in women world and the most common types of cancer found in women in developing countries, including Indonesia. It is estimated that the number of people with this cancer will increase in the future due to lifestyle changes. The incidence of cervical cancer in Southeast Asia is 30-44.9 per 100,000 women each year. The estimated incidence of cervical cancer is 385,540 cases worldwide and in the last 3 years it has increased to 26.1 per 100,000 population. Purpose: to determine the level of knowledge with cervical cancer prevention behavior in adolescent girls in class X-XI SMK Muhammadiyah Brebah. Research method: this is a quantitative research with a non- experimental. The research was carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah Brebah. The sampling technique used is total sampling. With respondents as many as 93 young women class X and XI SMK Muhammadiyah Brebah. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Results: From the results of the level of knowledge with preventive behavior of adolescent girls in grades X and XI about cervical cancer, the correlation coefficient was 0.241 with a significance of 0.017. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge about cervical cancer and the behavior of preventing cervical cancer for female adolescents in class X and XI at SMK Muhammadiyah Berbah.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of promotional strategies, fan loyalty, and life satisfaction on the intention to repurchase the NCT Dream album. Research methodology: A quantitative approach was used to collect data through questionnaires and data analysis techniques using regression with the SPSS 26 software. Results: The research results show that promotional strategies, loyalty and fan life satisfaction have a positive influence on repurchase intentions. Limitations: This research only focuses on NCT Dream fans in Indonesia; it was also conducted for 10 months so that fans’ repurchase intentions may change over this long period. Contribution: This research can be used by sellers who have a target market for fans of the boy group NCT Dream.

Abstract

The Koran is the main source of law in the teachings of the Islamic religion. The Qur'an is the best reading material and reading it is a form of worship. This research aims to determine the relationship between the TTQ (Tartil and Tahfidz Al-Qur'an) program and the learning outcomes of students in Al-Qur'an hadith subjects. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation design carried out at MTs Mutaallimin Patokbeusi, Bandung Regency. And the data collection used is tests and document studies. The research results show that the sig value that connects TTQ learning outcomes and Al-Qur'an Hadith learning outcomes is 0.000. This sig value is smaller than 0.05 so Ho is rejected or H1 is accepted, and it can be concluded that "there is a relationship (correlation) between TTQ Learning Results and Qur'an Hadith Learning Results" or in other words "TTQ Learning Results influence or influence Qur'an Hadith Results”.

Abstract

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmendeskripsikan dan menganalisispengaruhpolaasuh orang tuaterhadapprestasibelajarkelas VA MI Ma'arifBego. Denganlatarbelakangkurangnyaperhatian orang tuadalammemberikanpolaasuhterhadapsiswa, kurangnyakomunikasiantara guru kelasdengan orang tuadalammemonitoringsiswa dan kurangnyaperhatian orang tuadalammendampingisiswabelajar. Penelitianinimenggunakanmetodekuantitatifyaitupenelitianex-post factountukmengetahuihubungansebabakibat. Populasi dan sampelpenelitianyaitupesertadidiksejumlah 30 siswakelas VA di MI MaarifBego. Denganvariabelbebasatauindependenyaitupolaasuh orang tua. Variabelterikatatauvariabeldependenyaituprestasibelajarmatematikaberupanilairaport semester ganjilsiswa. Teknik dan instrumen data dengankuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji validitasmenggunakankorelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitasmenggunakanCronbach’s Alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas ,dan uji regresisederhana.Hasil penelitianmenunjukkanbahwaterdapatpengaruhpolaasuh orang tuaterhadapprestasibelajarmatematikasiswakelas V A. Faktor yang mempengaruhidarifaktor internal daridalamdirisiswa dan faktoreksternalyaitudariluarsiswa. Dengannilaisignifikansisebesar 0.000< 0.05 artinyamempengaruhivariabel Y. Nilai t hitung 3,718 > t tabel1,6 dengankonstribusinilai R Squresebesar 33 % bahwavaribelbebaspolaasuh orang tuaberpengaruhterhadapvaribelterikatprestasibelajarmatematika. Diharapkan guru selaluberusahamenyampaikanpembelajarandenganmudah, dan orang tuadapatmeluangkanwaktuuntukmendampingianakbelajar di rumah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru di MI Mathla'ul Anwar yang berada di Pekon Srirahayu Kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung, dalam menghadapi era digital. Kompetensi pedagogik meliputi kemampuan memahami karakteristik peserta didik, merancang pembelajaran, serta memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Guru di era digital tidak hanya bertindak sebagai penyampai informasi, tetapi juga sebagai fasilitator, konselor, dan pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Kemampuan literasi digital menjadi aspek penting untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21, serta melawan tantangan digital seperti hoaks dan perundungan siber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki pemahaman dasar teknologi, namun masih memerlukan pelatihan lebih lanjut untuk mengoptimalkan media pembelajaran digital. Faktor pendukung berupa motivasi guru untuk belajar teknologi, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan sarana prasarana dan kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan. Solusi yang diajukan mencakup penyediaan pelatihan teknologi secara berkala dan penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan pemerintah. Dengan demikian, pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik yang selaras dengan teknologi menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital

Abstract

Violence against children is an urgent issue in society, potentially causing long-term impacts both physically and psychologically. This study aims to determine the implementation of counseling services in overcoming violence against children. The method used is a literature review by collecting data from various journal articles. The results of this study indicate that counseling services are effective in reducing acts of violence against children and improving children's psychological well-being. The conclusion of this study is that counseling efforts in handling violence against children include psychological trauma recovery, family strengthening, and child protection advocacy. The techniques used vary, such as family therapy, individual and group counseling, and religious values-based approaches. The results showed a decrease in trauma and aggressive behavior, as well as an increase in self-confidence. Thus, counseling services are effective in improving children's psychological well-being.Keywords: Child abuse; counseling services; psychological well-being.

Abstract

Basic accounting learning in Phase F of the Independent Curriculum is designed to equip students with an understanding of accounting concepts and skills in analyzing business transactions systematically and applicatively. However, practice in the field shows that learning still uses lecture methods and teaching materials that are less contextual, thus inhibiting students' understanding and active involvement (Astuti & Rahmawati, 2017). To overcome this, this study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of handouts as an alternative learning resource that can increase students' involvement and understanding of the company's business transaction analysis material. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The handout was developed based on the needs of Phase F students and contains contextual elements such as real transaction examples, account visualizations, and structured practice questions designed to improve analytical thinking skills. The results of expert validation show that this handout is very feasible to use in learning, with a feasibility score above 80%. Limited trials on grade XI students showed an increase in understanding of concepts and transaction analysis skills, as evidenced by the significant difference in pretest and posttest results (Nisfu Syabana & Susilowibowo, 2022). This finding is in line with the results of other studies which state that contextual teaching materials can improve students' cognitive skills in understanding complex material (Nurmalasari & Ratnawati, 2020).

Abstract

Infeksi mikosis termasuk salah satu infeksi yang sering terjadi di Indonesia. Infeksi mikosis menjadi sulit diobati akibat terjadinya resistensi fungi terhadap antifungi sintetik. Untuk itu, diperlukan pencarian obat berasal dari alam sebagai alternatif dalam pengobatan infeksi mikosis. Nephthea sp. merupakan jenis karang lunak yang berasal dari famili Nephtheidae yang tersebar luas di perairan laut Indo-Pasifik. Nephthea sp. mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yang berpotensi sebagai agen antimikroba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas antifungi dari ekstrak etanol 96% Nephthea sp. terhadap Malassezia furfur dan Trichophyton rubrum. Ekstrak etanol Nephthea sp. diperoleh dengan cara maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Ekstrak etanol Nephthea sp. di uji secara kualitatif kandungan senyawa metabolit sekundernya, meliputi alkaloid, tanin, flavonoid, saponin, dan triterpenoid. Ekstrak Nephthea sp. juga diuji kemampuannya menghambat pertumbuhan fungi Malassezia furfur dan Trichophyton rubrum menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Aktivitas antifungi ditunjukkan dengan zona bening (zona inhibisi) yang terbentuk di sekitar kertas cakram. Ketokonazol (15 µg) digunakan sebagai kontrol positif dan DMSO 10% sebagai kontrol negatif. Data skrining senyawa metabolit sekunder dan aktivitas antifungi ekstrak etanol Nephthea sp. dianalisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan uji skrining senyawa metabolit sekunder menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol Nephthea sp. positif mengandung alkaloid, saponin, dan triterpenoid. Ekstrak etanol Nephthea sp. memiliki aktivitas antifungi terhadap Trichophyton rubrum pada konsentrasi 1000 mg/mL, 750 mg/mL, dan 500 mg/mL. Sedangkan aktivitas antifungi terhadap Malassezia furfur tidak terdeteksi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etanol Nephthea sp. mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yang berpotensi sebagai antifungi terhadap Trichophyton rubrum dengan daya hambat bersifat moderat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a religious-based curriculum with a bilingual approach in madrasas as an effort to produce a generation with noble character and global competitiveness. This curriculum is designed to combine learning based on Islamic values with mastery of international languages, such as Arabic and English, in order to equip students with scientific competence and cross-cultural communication skills. The research method used involves a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and analysis of curriculum documents. The results of the study indicate that the bilingual approach in learning in madrasas has a positive impact on students' understanding of religious teachings while improving their international language skills. In addition, the integration of religious education and global competence allows students to be better prepared to face the challenges of the modern world without leaving the roots of Islamic values

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kemampuan literasi siswa kelas IV SD Gulang dalam menyelesaikan soal Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data berupa lembar wawancara dan observasi. Instrument observasi penelitian menggunakan angket, yang terdapat 5 soal Bahasa Indonesia berbentuk pilihan ganda, kemudian peneliti melakukan kegiatan analisis pada lembar hasil jawaban siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kemampuan literasi siswa kelas IV SD Gulang relative rendah hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh pada indikator pemahaman dalam memahami teks diperoleh hasil skor 20 pada 3 siswa dan skor 0 pada 7 siswa, indikator kemampuan membaca diperoleh hasil skor 20 pada 7 siswa dan skor 0 pada 3 siswa, kemudian pada indikator kemampuan menemukan informasi diperoleh hasil skor 20 pada 2 siswa dan skor 0 pada 7 siswa, selanjutnya pada indikator kemampuan dalam berfikir kritis diperoleh hasil skor 20 pada 2 siswa dan hasil skor 0 pada 7 siswa. Dengan adanya data tersebut diketahui bahwa kemampuan literasi siswa kelas 4 SD Gulang dalam menyelesaikan soal Bahasa Indonesia masih relatif rendah mengingat hasil skor dengan rata- rata rendah.
