Abstract

This research was conducted to deterime the influence of ownership structure, domestic institutional ownership and foreign institutional ownership from stock market liquidity. Control variable in this research is size measure by market capitalization. This research use a quantitative approach using statistical tools in the form of multiple linear regression. This study use secondary data from manufacture firm wich fulfill the requirement and listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009-2010. The result of this study conclude that domestic institutional ownership has a significant negative influence on stock market liquidity wich measured by depth but domestic institutional ownership wich measured by relative spread hasn’t significant influence on stock market liquidity. The second result of this study is foreign institutional ownership has a significant negative influence on stock market liquidity wich measured by depth and also has a significant positive influence on market likuidity wich measured by relative spread. Control variable has varied influence on stock market liquidity. Keywords :       Domestic institutional ownership, foreign institutional ownership, size, market capitalization, stock market liquidity,  depth,  relative spread.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan menggambarkan kinerja keuangan dari transaksi yang diklasifikasikan dalam beberapa karateristik. Laporan keuangan ini akan menjadi sangat bermanfaat apabila informasi yang terkandung didalamnya disajikan dengan tepat. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa pentingkah penyusunan  laporan keuangan bagi salah satu UMKM di Bali ini.definisi metode Penelitian kualitatif menurut Hendryadi, et. al, (2019:218) adalah proses penyelidikan naturalistik yang mencari pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena sosial secara alami. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasannya laporan keuangan berperan penting dalam keberlanjutan bagi UMKM. Kebermanfaatan pendampingan laporan keuangan mampu meningkatkan penjualan UMKM Cocoa Land Bali ditengah-tengah pemulihan ekonomi saat ini.

Abstract

This documentary about the life of Ketoprak Tobong Kelana Bhakti Budaya inYogyakarta. This group is in a critical condition like has minimize income from spectatorsand the actors receive low wages. The main message in this documentary is thededication and love of actors and spectators in an effort to preserve Tobong KelanaBhakti Budaya Ketoprak. Observational style was chosen as the style of deliveringmessages by showing the daily life of Ketoprak Tobong Kelana Bhakti Budaya and theirinteractions with the audience. The script writer strengthens the dramatic element byusing the Dramatik Tension Brand Mathews structure that explains the journey of theKetoprak Tobong Kelana Bhakti Budaya story by having its own emphasis or tension(tension) in each part of the story. This conflict refers to the problem being discussed orfaced. A good arrangement of dramatic tension will prevent it from a monotonous andtedious situation. Script writer use special-general structures using thematic grooves.Futhermore, the visual is sodramatic so that the audience feels curious and reluctantuntil the end of this documentary.

Abstract

This feature tells about the life of people who have a profession as cow milker in Boyolali, from a life of always working hard to provide nutritional intake for the best processed cows in the hope that cows can provide quality milk which will benefit the milkman. However, sometimes the struggle of the cow farmer is insignificant when compared to the wages and results that have been earned. With an increasingly modern development, making this processed milk into quality products and processed by the Boyolali community itself. Therefore, some people there make processed in solid form such as milk snacks, milk candy, milk chips and many others made from pure milk. So that not only liquid milk can be used as souvenirs but other solid products as well. The writing used in the production of this feature uses organic structures and parallel patterns. Here, the author will focus more on the information to be conveyed, in this feature program information will be conveyed clearly through visual images and audio in the form of voice over which will convey in detail through language selection, sentence arrangement in each paragraph which is very informative. This work is packaged in a duration of 24 minutes including a bumper and credit title. This “Milk Pool” feature has a message of the value of life that inspires and provides information about the city of Boyolali.

Abstract

AbstractUniversitas Islam Indonesia (UII) is the oldest and the largest Islamic university in Yogyakarta (DIY), which in early 2017 was in crisis. The crisis caused by the death of three students who attend pendidikan dasarunit kegiatan mahasiswa (UKM) mahasiswa pecinta alam (Mapala) UNISI. The research’s goal is to determine the UII’s communication activities to response the crisis. This research used qualitative content analysis using newspaper like Harian Jogja, Kedaulatan Raykat and media releases on the official website of UII. Crisis management with Three-Stage Approach is used as the theory. The results showed that the communication activities in the stage of crisis event (crisis) are (1) established a crisis center (crisis team) and an internal investigation team; (2) delivereda formal statement and create releases; (3) apology and responsibility to the victims; (4) closed Mapala UNISI organizations and activities; (5) The rector and vice rector III resigned from the management (6) let the police took the perpetrator and gave sanctions to students who involved and (7) updated the UII’s website (www.uii.ac.id) with positive press and remove news / releases about Mapala UNISI.Keywords: crisis, management, UII

Abstract

Technological developments in the 21st century have had a significant impact on various fields, including education. This study examines the effectiveness of the use of Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media integrated with neuroscience and Qur'anic values in improving students' understanding of physics and spiritual attitudes in the Society 5.0 era. The research was conducted in two Islamic-based schools, namely SMA Darussalam Blokagung and MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung, using quantitative methods with pre-test and post-test. The results showed that AR learning media significantly improved students' understanding of physics concepts and spiritual attitudes, as evidenced by the difference in pre-test and post-test scores as well as the results of the N-Gain test which showed the effective category, with an average N-Gain score of 77.12% at SMA Darussalam Blokagung and 76.05% at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung. In addition, students' spiritual attitudes also increased with the average questionnaire score showing the category of "Very Good". This study concludes that the integration of AR technology in learning is effective in improving academic understanding and the development of students' spiritual character.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of the family environment on student learning motivation, the influence of peers on student learning motivation, and the influence of smartphones on student learning motivation, the influence of the family environment, peers and smartphones together on student learning motivation. The approach in this research uses a quantitative approach. The research population was all Al-Faqih Pakis students in Malang Regency, totaling 110 students. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used random sampling and a sample of 86 students was obtained. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the analysis of the partial test (T test) and simultaneous test (F test), it can be concluded that the family environment variable and peer variables have a significant effect on the learning motivation variable, while the smartphone variable has less influence on the learning motivation variable. And simultaneously, family environment variables, peers and smartphones have an influence on learning motivation variables.

Abstract

Seorang   pemimpin   yang   memiliki   jiwa   kepemimpinan   yang   baik   akan   mampu memeksimalkan  kinerjanya  sehingga  dapat  terwujudnya  cita-cita  yang  diinginkan. Kepemimpinan    dalam    prespektif    psikologi    membahas    mengenai    kepribadian pemimpin.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengungkapkan  kepribadian  pemimpin beradaskan   prespektif   psikologi   meliputi   model   kepemimpinan   yang   diterapkan mempengaruhi  keberhasilan  dalam  memimpin.  Teori  kepemimpinan  yang meliputi grand theory, perilaku kepemimpinan dalam berorganisasi.  Hasil kajian literature ini diharapkan mampu dijadikan kajian ataupun informasi yang dapat dijadikan   sebagai   dasar   teoritis   penelitian   selanjutnya   dalam kepimpinan   dilihat berdasarkan  aspek  psikologis.  Kepemimpinan  aspek  psikologisnya  mengarah  pada bagaimana seorang pemimpin mampu menjadi teladan bagi bawahannya, sehingga apa yang   dia   inginkan   (dalam   konteks   organisasi)   diikuti,   segala   yang   diperintahkan dilakukan   sebaik   mungkin,   dan   apa-apa   yang   dilarang   dipatuhi   untuk   dijauhi. Keteladanan    terwujud    karena    ia    memiliki    kelebihan-kelebihan    tertentu    yang tidak dimiliki oleh bawahannya.   Pemimpin   diharapkan   mengimplementasi   teori   kepemimpinan   yang   baik sehingga dapat terwujud cita-cita yang diinginkan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of madrasa head management in developing teacher performance and student achievement at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Madrasah heads have a strategic role in creating a conducive learning environment and supporting improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The research results show that madrasa heads implement several strategies, such as professional development of teachers, empowering the management team, managing learning programs, and strengthening religious culture in madrasas. The implementation of effective management has been proven to increase teacher motivation and performance, which ultimately contributes to student academic and non-academic achievements. This study recommends the importance of leadership training for madrasa heads to increase competence in managing educational resources optimally

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di empat sekolah dasar di Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta dampaknya terhadap siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengamatan langsung di SD Negeri Minggiran, SD Negeri 1 Bibis, SD Negeri Sribitan, dan SD Negeri Ngrukeman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi dalam tingkat keterlibatan guru dan pemahaman siswa mengenai pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di masing-masing sekolah. SD Negeri 1 Bibis menunjukkan tingkat keterlibatan guru yang paling tinggi, sedangkan SD Ngrukeman memiliki tingkat yang lebih rendah. Peneliti menyarankan agar sekolah menyediakan pelatihan bagi guru untuk memahami dan menerapkan konsep pembelajaran berdiferensiasi secara efektif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa.
